Male pattern baldness can be controlled and can be slowed down. Total recovery cannot be guaranteed to be honest. Because if your hairline has receded i.e. If your forehead is getting bigger then those hair cannot be recovered. As you are young we can expect better results with homeopathy. First we need to know why are you losing hair .ill health, heredity, stress, change of water, improper diet etc are a few reasons. Until you decide which treatment to take please be gentle with your hair and take thallium 30 3 pills for a month.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

1.Low-fat milk is recommended. Boil milk before drinking. Drink it warm. This makes it easier to digest. Do not take milk with a full meal or with sour or salty foods. Add a pinch of turmeric or ginger to the milk before boiling it. This helps to reduce the kapha increasing qualities of the milk. 2. Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grape fruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended. 3. Sweeteners: Honey is excellent for reducing kapha. Reduce the intake of sugar products, which increase kapha. 4. Beans are recommended. Nuts should be avoided. 5. Grains such as barley, chickpea and millet are recommended. Do not take too much wheat or rice, as they increase kapha. 6. Spices are recommended only in moderate quantities. 7. Vegetables such as potaotoes and sweet potatoes should be avoided as they can cause weight gain. 8. Follow a lifestyle that will not aggravate any dosha. 9. Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided. Do not undertake physical or mental work beyond your capacity. 10. Limit the use of contraceptives. 11. Follow an active lifestyle, yet the exercises should be according to one's capacity. Both, excessive fasting and overeating are harmful. 12. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me.

Hi Mixing two teaspoonfuls of ghee in a glassful of milk and taking this once a day acts as a liner inside the gut and will heal all the destruction caused by the high flow of Pitta. Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. And avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water.

Failure to thrive can happen due to many reasons in kids. 1 year old kid weighs 10 kg. Your baby needs a thorough check up by a professional of babies and get relevant investigation and treatment. We can only guide you through this forum. Till then keep feeding her simple food with less fats and stop breast feeding gradually and don't give buffalo milk like some mothers do give with a hope to make baby fat buy this rich milk is difficult to digest by tiny babies. Give her toned milk instead. Do write back after a check up through another professional dealing with babies.

My parents are very annoyed with me and wants me out of the house. I feel very lonely and I do not have much of friends my parents are also very distant and I cannot share anything with them they judge me and always brings out negativity. I have been through a series if breakups and tge recent one has completely shattered me. All these negativity has let me hate myself and I have frequent mood swings attitude problems short temper please help me to have a normal life again.

To really understand your problem in its totality, is to go back home to your family of origin to trace some of the genesis of your problems. You may ignore all my assessments for want of complete evidence, and that is okay. I am not the world’s perfect diagnostic man, nor do I boast of knowing it all. So feel free to take what appeals and dump the rest in the garbage can. In my opinion, I think that your problem lies in the fear of rejection. This rejection is usually founded in your family of origin and is somewhat manifest in some descriptions you have given already. This is not to find fault with your parents: they may have done a lot of things with good intentions but may have inadvertently set up rejection. However, surprisingly, what you perceive is more important than the reality itself. Let me explain: when they ask you to keep quiet, they are essentially saying just adjust. This is not a bad thing but in the repeated demand of this, you will feel of lesser importance. This comparative thing is a form of rejection, even in your parents’ innocence in asking for the adaptation. This is really a silly reason but quite demonstrative. If you go way back, and see if there was any rejection prenatally or postnatally (again all this with intention or without), the child will pick up the sensation or feel like she is not wanted or even rejected. As you can see, I am presuming all this. You will have to give it substance if you so have the substance. Without reaching to any conclusions, just indulge in this thought to see if there is any semblance of truth to explore it further. Your parents may throw light on this but don’t share too much of what I saying until it has been verified. Also, find out, if there was an abortion or miscarriage before or after you were born. Whether you were wanted by both parents at birth. Whether they expected a male child and were disappointed that you were a girl. How long were you breastfed by mom etc? These will all throw some light on my proposal of rejection if there is any truth. So it is not surprising that so many of your relationships are ending in either you rejecting them or they rejecting you! You need to meet with a counselor and work all this out. At your age this claim of depression is serious. If you have depression then there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved. As regards the concentration you are sure to have hormonal imbalances which may impact your memory because of the chemical but also the distractions that come with it; together with depression I can imagine your problems. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling.

Hi lybrate-user. Sorry to know that your suffering from sensitive teeth sensitive teeth tooth has a layer on the top called enamel which is a protective layer preventing leakage into the layers beneath this. The next layer below this enamel is called dentine, which is a very sensitive layer. So when you say your tooth is sensitive which means that your enamel is probably missing in few areas or thin in few areas exposing the second layer which is a sensitive layer. There are few toothpastes available in the market which combat sensitive teeth. It works for few individuals. However meet your dentist to actually diagnose the problem and then go ahead with treatment. Your dentist might suggest you simple enamel fillings or any other type of treatment which is appropriate depending on the severity of your sensitivity. However get your medical records updated and mention to the dentist if you have any gastric regurgitation, which cud be the cause at times. Minimize the intake of carbonated drinks, citrus fruits, squeezing lemon to food, consumption of wine as these are the very few major culprits to dissolve the top layer of the tooth and exposing the second layer thus making your teeth sensitive. Stay away from tobacco related habits which also makes your teeth sensitive try to use soft tooth brushes to prevent unnesasary wearing of the tooth surface. Your dentist would be the right person to customize the plan which suits you the best as every individual is unique.

May be you are suffering from nasal polyp. nasal polyp is a type of growth in nasal mucosa that leads to recurrent upper respiratory tract infection that is recurrent cold , feeling of nasal blockage and difficulty in breathing so that person has to breath through his mouth. You might have eaten some thing which is causing stomach upset go easy on your good for a couple of days eat very simple homemade food and in very less quantities and take lots of fluids and it's you will be ok within a couple of days.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.
