You are quite right in being concerned about it. This kind of excess weight is breeding ground for many diseases (blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, certain kind of cancers, arthritis, back pain etc), which can affect the quality of your life ahead. This is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day.

Pain in the hand can result from a number of factors. Abnormalities or injury of the skin, nerves, bones, joints, blood vessels, and soft tissues of the arm can all result in pain. Arm pain may be the result of referred pain from another part of the body. Please go to a physiotherapist to assess and treat the underlying condition. If pain is caused by an activity, modify or stop the activity. Rest the arm and resume activity gradually. Monitor the response to the activity. Pain experienced in the right hand is usually not serious, but when it is coupled with other symptoms like pain in the leg or tightness of the chest, it may be more serious. Try some home remedies: ice will reduce pain and swelling. Apply ice or cold packs immediately to prevent or minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, 3 or more times a day. Elevate the painful area on pillows while applying ice and anytime you are sitting or lying down. Try to keep the area at or above the level of your heart to help minimize swelling. Apply heat and begin gentle exercise with the aid of moist heat to help restore and maintain flexibility. Some experts recommend alternating between heat and cold treatments. Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. Do not massage the area if it causes pain. Do not smoke or use other tobacco products. Smoking slows healing because it decreases blood supply and delays tissue repair.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Good morning library user please tell does your shoulder pains only while driving or it pains afterwards also please check your position while driving make seat adjustment so that your hand will be in a proper and relax position start doing some neck and shoulder stretching exercises if pain continues then do some physio therapy sessions and let us know.

Pain in knee and feet is due to you don't exercise daily. At least you need to exercise 5 times a week. Along with this while exercise you need to take care of your footwear. And before exercise you need to do warm up for sometime. Do not exert too much on a single day. Hope this information is helpful for further assistance you can contact.

Ask your friend to take essential rest for better healing of his condition. Avoid overusing knee, stop climbing stairs, sports activities etc in case it is aggravating his knee pain. Ice will reduce pain and swelling. Apply ice or cold packs immediately to prevent or minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, 3 or more times a day. Elevate the injured or sore area on pillows while applying ice and anytime you are sitting or lying down. Try to keep the area at or above the level of your heart to help minimize swelling. Compression, or wrapping the injured or sore area with an elastic bandage, will help decrease swelling. Don't wrap it too tightly, since this can cause more swelling below the affected area. Loosen the bandage if it gets too tight. It’s important to find the cause behind the pain and swelling. Please consult a Physiotherapist.

As your age is not mentioned, you neck and shoulder pain can be due to Mechanical neck pain or due to Spondylosis which happens usually after 35 years. Chakkar Jo aate hain Woh unke wajah se bhi hosakta hai ya fir less water intake ki wajah se bhi hosakta hai, low sugar (Hypoglycemia) k wajah se bhi, Low haemoglobin k wajah se bhi chakkar aasakta hai. Ear mein kuch Problem hote Jaise BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) Jo ki Exercise se bilkul theek hojaata hain. Sodium Potassium fall karne se bhi chakkar aate hai aur pain hota hai. Drink plenty of water in a day on an average of 3.5-4 litres. Aapke Problem k kaafi wajah hosakte hain Jo simple hi hote hai aksar patients mein Jo ki Healthy life style and Healthy Diet and Therapeutic Exercise se bilkul theek hojaate hain. Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Please note that the diagnosis is required for his treatment. As you can understand that there are several reasons for a simple back-ache the cause needs to be identified and then treatment would follow. Hi I can understand your problem. Apply cold pack for 20 min. Thrice a day for 5 days. Physiotherapist can teach you exercises to help stretch and strengthen the muscles in your neck and shoulders. Do reply for specific treatment plan. Wishing you a good health.
