Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

I am suffering from a pain in my left hand when I try to rotate my hand. When I try to lift as well try to put hand back to its original position. It pains and also some crick type sounds do comes. Please help me whether it's frozen shoulder or something with the rotator cuff. I used to do workout with weights. But that has been a long time .

Drive with good driving posture.sit at angle of 100 degree. Support ur head with headrest. Always do stretching exercises if neck pain. For persistent neck pain,do hot wet fomentation. Sleep on a stiff mattress. Hope this helps u.

Hello, . It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Your menstrual problem can be due to that Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! My dear, pain in leg is a postural defect. You need to correct your sitting posture while going for study. Sit on a table rather than to sit on bed. Try to move on for 15-20 mints while sitting on study table. Go for aerobic exercise, suitable for legs for 20 mints. Homoeo medicine @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Ensure, sound sleep for 6/7 hrs. Do not skip your meal, it should b on time regularly. Report after a wk, take, care.

hi it's due to lack of exercises and vitamin D deficiency.... eat a good food and early mrng stand for 5 to 10 min in the sun..and do the general exercises if u have any doubts revert me back

Kindly avoid standing for long hrs, lifting heavy weight, and give rest to your back. Take adree shacharadi kwatham, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, 2 times a day. Take panchamruta loha guggal, 2 tabs with dashamoolajeerakarishtam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, twice a day, after meals. Take ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm milk, twice a day, 1 hr after meals. Do massage with mahanarayana oil over back upto your ankles daily once a day. Warm the oil for best results. Contact some ayurveda panchakarma specialist for basti and kati basti. Continue the regime for 45 days. Avoid cold eatables and cold water in your diet. Stay in touch, good luck.

Get serum calcium and vitamin D3 and B12 tested. Take lots of fruit juices and calcium rich milk diet. Do stretching exercises of legs. Consult a physician.

Posture correction must. Do hot fomentations and stretch your back. If it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment and ultrasound if report are normal.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs. You have to do knee strengthening exercises, ie. Knee rehabilitation exercises which will strengthen your knee.

Do hot fomentation twice a day. Go to you nearest physiotherapist and take treatment i. E. Ift, us, swd for next few days. Followed by back strengthening exercises. Dont bend forward, sit straight with a proper support, sleep on a hard bed.
