Your problem is quite common. Do kegel exercise and start and stop technique. Also had squeeze method so that you make your pelvic floor strong and control your ejaculation. No medication needed now. This exercises could do wonders for you but do not eat nonveg and do not have alcohol. Eat salads and drink lots of water to detoxify body.

For this you hv to visit to your local dentist as bleeding could be from gums due to inflammation. Get scaling that is teeth cleaning done along with use of mouthwash for 7 days.

I am 23 years old female. I have undergone surgery for polycystic astrocytoma four and half years ago. I didn't have any radio therapy treatment. I am continuing levipil 500 tablet twice a day. How long should I continue my medicine? Does the medicine have any side effects? I have heard that while in taking this medicine pregnancy is not encouraged. Are there any complications in my future life?

Hi since yu have astrocyyoma and yur only 23 probably yu had a low grade astrocytoma which is common in yur age. Perhaps yu had a gross total resection. Thats y radiotherapy has not been given. However rt is always indicated as it reduces your chances of recurrence. So remain.in follow up with yur doctors. The scar from your sx can cause epilepsy or seizures. So levipil has been given to you. your surgeon n physician will tailor it acordingly. Although long term use might not be justifiable. Levopil as such is safe in low doses however its recommended to take it with caution and in discussion with your gynaecologist.

I'm having off and on sleep problems. My sleeping cycles vary mostly. Sometimes I'm working late and sometimes I go to sleep on time, but I always try to keep up with 7-8 hours of sleep. But there are someday when I don't get good sleep and it disturb the rest of consecutive days. My eyes can feel a lot of sleep but I can't really get sleep which has been frustrating. Please suggest.

For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for homeopathic medicines.

you may have a throat infection.dont let it become too severe.consult a doctor at the earliest and take the prescribed medicine. do gargling with warm salt water thrice daily.

If you are seeing positive changes it is good, but beware of cheap OTC creams available laced with chemicals which guarantee you changes and glow!

Sexual Shyness - 4 Possible Causes

While sex is something that everyone fantasizes or thinks about, when it comes to the actual act of being with a partner, shyness and inhibitions may stop you from actually having a god experience. While some factors for shyness can be physical, in most cases, they border on emotional and psychological problems.


Factors that might cause sexual shyness
Some of the factors that cause sexual shyness could be:
1. A fear arising from lack of experience
2. A low self esteem
3. Bad encounters and experiences in the past
4. Body image issues


These are all factors which can be changed and controlled with a slight change in your thinking and conditioning yourself in certain ways. 

Overcoming sexual shyness with the partner 
While most people have active fantasies about sex, when it comes to a one on one experience, many people feel out of their comfort zone. Let's look at a few mental and thought conditioning exercises that can help you counter sexual shyness.
a. Don't have major expectations - One of the biggest issues with mostly men and to some extent women, is they have elaborate fantasies which don't come true in the real world and thus aren't prepared to handle real life sexual situation when they come up. Thus you should preferably have a no expectation approach.

b. Ensure that the surroundings are comfortable - If you are having a hurried encounter or in a situation you aren't comfortable in, it might lead to bad experiences which will keep manifesting every time you have sexual encounters. Thus make sure that your surroundings are comfortable and you are relaxed before the act.

c. Don't let physical shortcomings scare you - Both men and women tend to be very conscious about their bodies. If you have to be naked in front of someone, you may feel even more self conscious. Stop feeling bad or sorry for yourself because of your body. No human being is perfect and if the other person wants to be with you in bed, they will ignore any physical imperfections that you think you may have.

d. Think about the act and prepare - Remember that you are with a person and not with a fantasy. Once you are comfortable with a person and usually after a few times, you can then try fantasies and role playing. Initially think about the act before in your head and feel excited in its anticipation.

e. Enjoy the build up and the foreplay - Sex isn't just the penetrative part but all the fun section like kissing and foreplay that build up to it. Go slow and enjoy those sections as well and you will automatically be aroused enough to a point where inhibitions will go away. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

YOu need to control mind and be calm . By hearing about someone falling sick you will not get that disease . Do meditation and yoga . Read books or listen to music for mind control and calmness

you should have got RCT done before cap.. sometimes this problem subsides with time. if pain increases you will have to get RCT done for that tooth

check your BP. check your eye sight. take crocin pain relief one sos in case of severe headache.take rest and good sleep. avoid stress. inform if nor t ok.
