u can do exercise every time but only make sure having meal before and after 30 minutes is not recommended.

Hi lybrate-user, actually phimosus has the following affects during erection. Once it gets obstructed it blocks the vessels and very dangerous. So what I suggest is to go for surgery as soon as possible. That is go for circumcision. Removal of foreskin which is a minor surgery. So i'm future you will not have any issues after marriage while having sex with your life partner or else it cause inconveniences while doing sex. Cucumbers are said to have the following benefits: Potential antidiabetic, antioxidant activity, cleansing action of toxins and waste, soothing effect against skin irritation, and prevention of constipation. And here are 10 health benefits of cucumbers in more details.

1. Help you stay hydrated

Cucumbers are 95.2 percent water, which means that a 5-ounce serving contains 4.8 ounces or 150 ml water. That’s already about 26 percent of your daily water intake through food.

2. Support heart health

Cucumbers contain potassium (152mg per cup), which can help lower blood pressure. A review of the best studies conducted on potassium intake showed that a higher intake “is associated with lower rates of stroke and might also reduce the risk of total cardiovascular disease.”

3. Protect your brain from neurological diseases

An anti-inflammatory substance called fisetin is present in cucumbers, as well as strawberries  and grapes

Hello, Thanks for your query. It would have been better if you had given details about hemoglobin level, RBC details (hemogram). Because it is difficult to what degree of anemia is there and what type it is. There are many Iron preparations available, once can choose any one as required. You should consume more of green leafy vegetables and date daily. If you are taking non vegetarian food then organ meat is high in hemoglobin. Thanks.

For hydrocele you have to undergo surgery. It can not be cured by medicine. Consult surgeon for advice and treatment.

Dear lybrateuser, -not having sex doesn't directly affect a persons health, though having sex regularly is believed to improve mood, better circulation & cardiovascular health, improves immunity, reduces stress, help one sleep better -hair fall could be due to anemia, thyroid disorder (for which you require to do blood investigations), other reasons could be due to stress, seborrheic dermatitis, brushing too much -take well balanced diet with more of fruits & green leafy vegetables, protein & calcium rich food, have a handful of mixed dry fruits daily, do regular exercise, walking, jogging, yoga daily for 15-20 min -consult dermatologist to know exact cause & treatment.

Hi..Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products.. vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg.. drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... sleep for atleast 7 hours...

But I would like to tell you that to have a good body you can take up any sport like basket ball, swimming, etc which will not only help you build a good body but also will help you gain a good health. I would also recommend eating healthy food with a good diet plan.

Dear Lybrate user, Bayou may apply lemon juice with cotton ball on the acne area daily for one hour fir ten days and after that wash your face. Avoid spicy oily non veg, etc. Wash your face thrice daily. Drink plenty of water.

To be able to help you I need to know the exact results and tests you have done so far. You will need a thyroid function test, prolactin, testosterone, usg pelvis as well as hsg done if not already done. Also its best to get your husband's semen analysis done to rule out any male factors before you start any fertility treatment.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

For growth, you need proteins. Milk and cheese Soy milk—Nuts/pulses/ lentils/beans and green peas-all have proteins. As vegetarian, you can have all these items. You have tur dal, moog dal, udat dal, chana dal, mutter, rajma--and many other such proteins. In winter, you can have dry fruits which are seeds.Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to you..
