I have a problem of skin like the fungal infection what is the cure of this diseases?
it is really difficult to get easy solution for this problem. it reappears again and again. its better to avoid spicy food. Fungal infections can happen to anyone, no matter how strict your hygiene regimen is, or how healthy you are. We live in a world filled with bacteria, toxins, and most of us have a history with poor eating habits that can set us up for developing fungal infections more easily. For instance, high amounts of processed foods, (specifically sugar), meat and other animal-based foods, along with junk and fast food all contain additives, chemicals, hormones, pesticides, and more that damage our gut bacteria and weaken our bodies? immune systems. Antibiotics and prescription drugs only contribute to this problem, therefore we?re not able to fight off fungi we encounter every day like we normally would. Or, if you come in contact with spoiled food, some type of dangerous bacteria in the environment, or drink bacteria-laden water, you might also develop a fungal infection. The possibilities are endless, and though you needn?t walk around scared all the time, it?s still helpful to know how to fight fungal infections more naturally with your diet as much as possible. The healthier you eat, the better chance your immune system has for thriving. you may start taking 1.coconut, 2.garlic, 3.oregano oil, 4.pumpkin seeds ( Eat 1/4 cup of the seeds a day), 5.onion these all are good. besides, u may apply the fresh milk( little quantity) that u get from an oak tree leaf.. you must get a proper ayurveda treatment for complete eradication.

Take onion and garlic as much as you can in raw form only both of them will increase you testosterone levels. Also take ashvagandha churan daily in morning and evening 1 tsf with milk after food.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

I am a 22 year old boy and got hurt on my femur with someone's knees. I tried all home remedies but pain still exists. His knees strikes on my femur and the part got swollen but the bone is safe. I applied pain relieving sprays but still the part is swollen and became red. I'm having problem in walking like climbing slopping surface because have to apply a greater force to climb up. Please help me in subsiding the pain. One more question - my face is full of pimples. I drink enough water per day to fulfill the need of water and to keep my stomach cool. I take medicines for my pimples but they are not subsiding. Please give me tips so that I can restore my face to the original one. Thank you.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.. .apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy infection or drugs. Although, in most cases cause remains unknown in spite of a thorough search. It can be symptomatically treated so that you do not get any new hives and the treatment should be prolonged until it resolves which usually takes 3 to 6 months. Stop all other applications. Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Sertacide Cream for application twice daily for 1 month. Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching) Test – Blood sugar (Fasting & PP) The treatment has to be complete otherwise it will be recur.

4 Myths on sunscreen you absolutely need know to about

Exposing your skin to harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun can have devastating effects on your skin,including wrinkles, sunburn and even skin cancer. So, using a sunscreen every time you step outdoors and using it correctly is of vital importance to have healthy skin. However, most people have different misconceptions about sunscreen usage. Read on to find the real facts behind these widespread sunscreen myths…

1. You don’t need to apply sunscreen if your makeup contains SPF
If any of your makeup products like foundation or powder contains SPF, do not assume that it can replace your sunscreen. Makeup containing SPF cannot protect your skin entirely as cosmetics are generally applied lightly,and mostly doesn’t cover places like T-zones, earlobes or hairline. To fully shield your skin from the sunrays, it’s necessary to apply sunscreen or moisturizer with at least SPF 30 before putting makeup on. It is advisable to apply the sunscreen half an hour before stepping out for maximum benefit.

2. Putting sunscreen on your skin once is enough to protect you throughout the day
Most people apply sunscreen only once before heading out of the house, and don’t reapply it again throughout the entire day.Contrary to popular belief, this does not provide protection for the entire day as most sunscreens lose their effect with time. To ensure that your skin remains protected you need to reapply sunscreen once every 2 hours, and once every 40-80 minutes if you are engaging in activities like swimming and exercising.

3. Waterproof sunscreens won’t wash off
Even if your sunscreen is waterproof, you need to reapply it at regular intervals if you are pursuing water sports like swimming or are the kind who washes their face frequently. When a sunscreen is typified as waterproof, it actually means that the composition of the sunscreen makes it suitable for functioning for a maximum of 1 hour and 20 minutes under water. Moreover, sunscreens containing a ‘water-resistant’ label can bear water immersion up to at most 40 minutes. So, irrespective of whatever the label of the sunscreen mentions, you need to reapply sunscreen every hour to protect your skin effectively.

4. You do not need to apply sunscreen in winters or you are when indoors.
Winter skin is relatively more sensitive than summer skin which is tanned. If one is in hilly areas or snow covered regions there is reflection of UV light from the snow that causes more skin damage. Also glass can allow UV rays to pass through and indoor lighting can also be a source of UV exposure, therefore you should apply sunscreen even when you are indoors.

Acne skin care — Skin care is an important aspect of acne treatment. 1. Skin hygiene — Wash your face no more than twice daily using a gentle non-soap facial skin cleanser (eg, Cetaphil, foaming face wash, or Dove bar) and warm (not hot) water. Vigorous washing or scrubbing can worsen acne and damage the skin's surface. 2. Do not pick or squeeze pimples because this may worsen acne and cause skin pigmentation and scarring. 3. Sun protection — To minimize skin damage from the sun, avoid excessive sun exposure and use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Everyone loves a thick luscious mane of hair, which is shown on television commercials. To be able to flick around shiny healthy locks, you may have tried the best shampoo brands, made frequent visits to the parlour and consulted the doctors several times. However, did you know that the best nutrition for your hair comes from the food you eat daily? Thinning hair, reduction in hairline, excessive hairfall resulting in an undesirable physical change, can be a major cause of frustration and low self esteem. Healthy and hygienic lifestyle, sufficient sleep, adequate water intake and exercises along with a balanced diet help to promote the growth of hair.

Important nutrients necessary to boost hair growth and volume:

  1. Most of the hair is made of protein and therefore it is of utmost importance to include proteins in the diet. Protein cells are building blocks for hair and strengthen your locks.
  2. Vitamin D leads to a healthy scalp and activates the growth of hair follicles.
  3. Biotin (Vitamin B7) leads to the synthesis of an important hormone known as Keratin which forms the fibrous part of hair.
  4. Inadequate Folic acid in the diet can cause a reduction in cell division and lead to premature greying of hair.
  5. Vitamin A and C help to keep the scalp free of dandruff. They lead to the production of sebum that nourishes the hair strands and prevents split ends. Split ends can lead to the breakage of hair, eventually turning your precious mane into a rough, dull and unmanageable one.
  6. Omega-3 fatty acids improve blood circulation to the hair roots, promoting shine and health of hair.
  7. Iron and Zinc prevent breakage and damage of hair. They contribute to strengthening of hair roots.

Some of the best food items recommended for maintaining healthy hair:

  1. Carrots, Whole grains, Legumes and Lentils, leafy green vegetables, fruits: Carrots are rich sources of Vitamin A. Carrots have several advantageous effects on the human body, mostly showing remarkable improvement in eyesight and hair growth. Carrots can be eaten in a salad, boiled or lightly tossed in the pan in just a few drops of oil and beneficial spices for added flavour. Carrots can also be made into carrot juice and consumed on a regular basis. Vegetables, fruits and legumes are rich sources of iron, zinc; vitamins that are essential for hair maintenance.
  2. Lean Meat and Eggs: Eggs and lean meat are rich sources of protein. Egg whites do a commendable job when it comes to promoting hair growth. Egg yolk and the egg whites are known to remarkably condition the hair and benefit damaged hair when mixed with a natural hair pack before shampooing it off. Egg protein is beneficial, whether consumed or applied externally. It must be made a vital inclusion in your diet.
