Once you stop monthly oc pills periods are expected to come in 7 days. You have to wait till friday to seek any medical help. Also if you did not forget any pill during these 21 days then there is no reason to worry as you can start next packet of pills after 7 days of stopping the previous even if the menses have not started by that time.

Stress is a very common factor for all working moms. Work, home and taking care of the child all together causes great amount of stress in working mothers.   2. Yoga: Yoga is excellent for stress relief. It involves movement and stationary poses or postures, along with breathing exercises. Yoga enhances the body's natural response to relaxation, making your life healthier.
  3. Tai Chi: Tai chi involves a series of flowing movements of the body along with breathing. Having its roots in martial arts, Tai Chi provides efficient stress relief.

  9. Meditation: Meditation is an amazing mind exercise for stress relief. It requires great concentration and must be performed in a quiet atmosphere. Peace of mind is obtained.
  10. Gym activities: A gym has a lot of exercising instruments and devices. They involve power and strength and energy is unleashed. This is an ideal vent for anger and frustration, which results in great stress relief.

Hairs on face also known as hirsutism is one of the symptoms of pcos. Please don't do laser treatment as it can harm your skin. Homoeopathic treatment can clear your problems. Polycystic ovarian syndrome can be completely cured with homoeopathic medicines. No side effects in homoeopathic medicines. We can prevent further recurrence. Avoid non veg and bakery items. This means you have a 25 day cycle, according to the dates you give. Do you have delayed periods also or not. Did you get your cycle in january or still not. According to these dates your fertile period will be from 8th day (i. E. From 22 dec) till 18th day (i. E. Till 2 jan). But if you ahve delayed periods then get ovulation study done know your timing of ovulation.

Hello- if you are not fully participating in the sex (both physically and mentally) thn your vaginal tract might not elongate during sex and hence your partner's penis does not enter fully in your vagina. Failure in complete insertion can also affect your chances of pregnancy as the sperm might not travel up to its desired distance. Another reason for your problem is if your husband has a very long penis (>7 inches). If not thn follow proper foreplay before sex, use artificial lubrication, these will promote full insertion.

Ayurveda is a very old system of medicine, which originated in India. Using herbs found in nature to cure various illnesses, knee pain can also be permanently cured with this method indigenous to India. It reduces knee pain caused by various illnesses including arthritis, inflammation of the cartilage and wearing of the patella among others.

Here are some common Ayurvedic remedies, which help reduce knee pain:

  1. Alfalfa: Alfalfa is medically known as Medicago Sativa. Alfalfa is excellent for making sure that your joint pain reduces, when taken in liquid form four times a day.
  2. Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha is medically known as Withania Somnifera. In the West, Ashwagandha is popularly known as Winter Cherry. Also, it has a lot of therapeutic properties, which include reducing joint pains. 
  3. Banyan: The Banyan tree's medical name is Ficus Benghalensis. It has a sap very similar to the form of rubber known as latex is derived from the Banyan tree. The Banyan tree's sap is externally applied over the joints and the pain usually disappears after a few regular applications. 
  4. Bishop's weed: The medical name for Bishop's weed is Trachyspermum Ammi. The oil extracted from this herb is usually applied to the knees to reduce the intensity of such knee pains.
  5. Celery: The medical name for celery is Apium Graveolens. Celery is not only an effective treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and associated pains in the knees, but it is also helpful in treating gout. It is usually agreed upon that this particular treatment is usually long lasting because of its alkaline nature.
  6. Dandelion: Dandelion's biological name is Taraxacum Officinale. It is rich in magnesium and is crucial for the correct mineralization of the bones. This mineralization allows the bones to become stronger and also prevents knee pain.
  7. Garlic: The medical name for garlic is allium sativum. Five to six cloves eaten everyday has proved to reduce knee pains.
  8. Ginger: Ginger is biologically called Zingiber Officinale. These can be easily included in your diet and go a long way in curbing knee pain.

Flaxseeds contain several beneficial plant compounds:

1. Lignans: Lignans are present in almost all plants, acting as both antioxidants and phytoestrogens. Flaxseeds are the richest known dietary source of lignans. These nutrients function as phytoestrogens.

Phytoestrogens are plant compounds that are similar to the female sex hormone estrogen. They have weak estrogenic and antioxidant properties

Lignans are fermented by bacteria in the digestive system and may reduce the growth of several cancers, especially hormone-sensitive cancers such as breast, uterus and prostate cancers.

They have been linked to a decreased risk of heart disease and metabolic syndrome, since they reduce the amount of fat and glucose in the blood.

Phytoestrogens also help lower blood pressure and reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in the arteries.

2. P-Coumaric Acid: This polyphenol is one of the main antioxidants found in flaxseeds.

3. Ferulic Acid: This antioxidant may help to prevent several chronic diseases.

4. Cyanogenic Glycosides: These substances may form compounds called thiocyanates in the body, which can impair thyroid function in some people.

5. Phytosterols: Related to cholesterol,phytosterols are found in the cell membranes of plants. They have been shown to have cholesterol-lowering effects in the body.

Flax Seeds are very easy to incorporate into the diet. Grinding them is the best way to make the most of their health benefits.

Try to understand. This is technically so much complicated subject that just listing some misspelled words none can dare to say any thing. Line of treatment is not your concern. Your concern is recurrent abortion and for that the treating gynaecologist is the best person to explain all your question. If he / she doesn't you have every right to change the doctor.

There are no medicine as such but proper stretching exercises, some special massage oils for breast (to reduce extra fats) and some inner wear support will improve it. Massage oils are herbal and specially processed. Some rasa n guggul without side effects will also reduce extra fats.

Yes it can. Therefore I would advice you get a Hb level done to see if you need iron supplements as you are symptomatic.

I HAVE got my CAROTID DOPPLER REPORT Both common carotid arteries are normal in course and caliber with normal age related internal thickening. Colour doppler imaging reveals normal colour filling. Spectral traces show normal wave form and flow velocities Right CCA 0.62M/SEC LEFT cca 0.67n/sec Opinion right carotid bulb showing soft hypoechoic plaque in the medial wall causing 33% luminal narrowing. The plaque is going into proximal part of ICA PLEASE ADVISE I AM SO DEPRESSED.

You have to be careful about progress of plaque, it should not increase. Reduce bad fats, keep good lipids on higher side, get total lipid profile done, if cholesterol is high, try to bring it down through diet and exercise. Do send the reports here on the forum. Spoon of honey with lemon juice in warm water everyday does reduce blood sugar and cholesterol (responsible for plaque, some people have tried pomegranate juice to reduce blockages, others vouch for apple cider vinegar benefits, if these can reduce plaque, without any harm to body, you can also try. Go for long walks as a simple exercise and meditation, reduce stress as internal steroids are generated due to stress and all steroids lead to increase in plaque.

Hey this is extremely urgent I'm worried so much please help. I took I pill on 6th may just after unprotected sex. My periods got over on 1st of july only but today I got my period's again why? Is it normal? I took I pill 2 months back too is it side effect? Am I suffering from something? Like getting periods a full 15 days early is okay or not? I'm so damn worried please help.

Getting periods 15 days earlier is not normal. There are various reasons for that. But it's nothing to be worried about. Just consult a gynaecologist and you would b fine.

left side is better position for sleeping during 19th week of pregnancy because it help to provide proper nutrition to fetus and knee bent and two or more pillow between the legs.
