The basic difference between curd and buttermilk is the process of dilution by the addition of water. The more water you put in curd, the less concentrated the buttermilk becomes. According to Ayurveda, the churning (montana) of the curd into buttermilk, gives it additional properties. Churning induces the proteins in the buttermilk to be easily digested due to their degraded structure.

Even though birth control pills are very safe, using the combination pill can slightly increase your risk of health problems. Complications aren't common, but can be serious. ... But accidentally taking the pill during early pregnancy won't increase the risk of birth defects.

Hello user. Gallstone disease is a disease of gall bladder mucosa. So even if your stones are gone you have a diseased gall bladder. So best treatment is to go for a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Some medications like udiliv 150 twice a day can be used for small solitary gall stones howver not used for multiple stones as they are usually pigment stones. Not cholestrol stones. Besides neeri has no use in gall stones. Its used in kidney stones. Hope I helped you.

Gastric issues are much more common these days because of lifestyle changes. Just make some changes to get rid of it.

There are few steps to be followed:

1. Drink 4-5 litres water per day in summers and 3-4 in winter.
2. Do regular exercises like yoga and cycling or jogging and some abdominal exercise.
3. Avoid oily street and junk foods as much as possible. Now days you can search oil free tasty recipes.
4. Add oats daliya black grams milk fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables in your menu.
5. Always prefer fish and chicken over mutton or beaf if you are non vegetarian.
6. Tapper the amount of food as the day end. Take a full plate in breakfast and decrease the amount to almost 2/3in dinner.
7. Go for a walk after dinner no smoking no alcohol and take a good sleep.

Regards
Stay healthy
