Never eat these mass gain supplements, they are like slow poison. Instead go for natural healthy home made hygienic food. Make sure your intestines are clear and well detoxified because they might be the root cause of your thin body condition. All absolutely wrong conclusions. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

Good morning, you might be getting tanning on your face, avoid sun exposure as much as possible. Use a good medicated sunscreen like sunban ultragel- 3 times during the day, apply it at least 20 minutes before you go out. Stop using any cosmetics or mustard oil on the face. Use biluma cream at night. Thanks.

I had stomach pain in morning with very bad vomiting sensation, loose motion and body ache.

Symptoms suggestive of acute gastritis, can take antacids and antiemetics to avoid the symptoms. Start with Pantoprazole and domperidon combination once a day before breakfast and antacid syrup thrice a day for next 7 day see the difference.

There are many shampoo available in the market at present, among how to pick the shampoo is mild for the scalp. What is ingredients from which we can make out that this is a mild shampoo.

Dear lybrate-user! we should always use a mild shampoo. A shampoo containing sodium laureth sulphate is milder than a shampoo containing sodium lauryl sulphate. Minor difference in spelling. Apart from this a mild shampoo contains some polymers also.

My hairs are falling from a long time. And it seems that soon I will be a bald. What should I do?

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

There are many pimples, pores, redness, and tanning on face. Since 2008 I am facing this problem I tried many medicines, creams, ayurvedic treatment, home remedies but this all makes my skin conditions worse. Do not know what to do with my skin? Whatever I do remedies it gives me short term relief and after it become worse again. Please suggest me what to do now?

Please stop worrying, as stress is also a major issue fr skin problems. Opt for a balanced diet, avoid oily, chocholates and spicy food. Have a glass of beetroot juice 2 times a week. Leafy vegetables. 1 hour of Yoga under supervision will also help.

Follow the tips *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.
