This condition is known as apthus ulcer. Most commonly seen in cases of constipation, stressful condition or some systemic diseases. It is a self limiting condition. But in symptomatic condition antiseptic with local anesthetic solution may improve quality of life.

My heart rate is consistently above 100 at rest. On lying down its 103 and on sitting its 112. I also feel dizzy and weak. Is it a cause for concern?

Many factors influence resting heart rate. Genes play a role. Aging tends to speed it up. Regular exercise tends to slow it down. Stress, medications, and medical conditions also influence the heart rate. You can slow your resting heart rate by doing things that are also well known to help maintain a healthy heart: exercise more. Reduce stress. Avoid tobacco products. Lose weight. Still if your hear rate is more or increasing visit your doctor. Use manual method to find heart rate.

I have neck pain since 2 days and I use some tablets and sprays but it does not work. Can you suggest me what should be done?

* neck pain occurs due to wrong posture or due to strain on your neck muscle. Check your posture, do not bend your neck excessively and when you work on your laptop or computer after half hour of working move your neck slowly in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. * do neck massage with lukewarm mustard oil. * do not take pillow of high hight during sleeping or avoid to take pillow. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Some people have darker skin around this area if it is the natural colour then nothing much can be done about it if required you can get it checked from a dermatologist to rule out any skin condition.

Hi lybrate-user. There are various therapy to reduce weight without exercise. Like dieting, or medicines and even bariatric surgery which now a days is possible just in 30-40 thousands. But my personal experience and advise always is to reduce weight by natural means. Like With exercise. Dieting and some natural medicines like homoeoapthic. I know it is difficult to manage with job and baby but still you will have to adjust your time table. It is for your own good.

Postural kyphosis can usually be treated with physical therapy to help strengthen the muscles of your back and correct your posture. Mild pain relievers and antiinflammatory medications can also help with symptoms. These curves do not continue to worsen with time or lead to more serious complications. Surgery is not needed for postural kyphosis.

Healthy pink lips add extra charm to a person's face. These naturally appealing lips don't need regular application of lips balms or lipsticks to look luscious and healthy. But several factors like the sun’s UV rays, smoking, caffeine and age can affect our lips and darken them. There are several natural solutions to lighten darker lips. Here is a list of natural home remedies that can lighten dark lips. 1. Sugar Scrub Take sugar and use it like a scrub. This will remove the darkness and dead skin from your lips and provide your lips a pink colour. Repeat this daily in order to get rid of black lips. 2. Beet Root Juice Apply 2-3 drops of beetroot juice and massage your lips. Beet root will make your lips pinker, giving them a luscious look. 3. Olive Oil Rub 1 or 2 drops of olive oil on your lips. This will reduce the darkness and moisturise your lips. 4. Lemon Juice We all know that lemon juice is great for hair and even greater for skin. It is also beneficial in making your lips beautiful and pink. Apply 2-3 drops of lemon juice on your lips. Stretch your lips and massage gently. You will see that the darkness is removing itself and your lips will appear to be soft. 5. Rose Flower Take 2-3 drops of rose flower oil and apply it on the lips. Rose flower oil will give you pink coloured lips, naturally. 6. Honey & Raspberry Take honey, raspberry and lemon juice in equal amount and mix them together. Apply this liquid balm on the lips and leave it. Honey and lemon will naturally remove the darkness from your lips and raspberry will give you the pink colour, you always wanted to have. 7. Brush Your Lips When you are done with your brush in the morning, brush your lips. Do it on a daily basis. This will work as a scrubber and remove the dead skin. Apply a good lip balm afterwards. For oily skin: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Hi, my husband met an accident last year and he got deep cut in his artery of left hand wrist at the base of thumb. It was operated and there are 7-8 stitches. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial. It is certainly true that protein is required to build muscle, as well as for numerous other important functions in the body.  However, there is a limit to how much muscle growth can actually occur, no matter how much protein you consume. The first thing to remember is that eating protein alone will not increase muscle.  To build muscle you have to use it.  The slight damage done to the muscle during weight lifting and other resistance activities and then healing is how the muscle grows larger, so if you are simply consuming protein powders isn’t going to happen. Muscle growth requires adequate supplies of protein, however, for the majority of people this is easily obtained from food sources. So, your basic food intake is crucial even for your supplement to work.

Its efficiency is not proved yet. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Please note you can repeat your husband's semen analysis from another lab also, if that report also says azoospermia, then you have to go for surgical extraction of sperms (TESA/ PESA. Regarding Pcod it is sometimes genetic also, so do not worry. With Pcos there is anovulation or delayed anovulation so we need to give medicines for ovulation. Have you done your hormonal tests like Serum prolactin, Serum TSH and Serum Fasting Insulin Levels.

Hi There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. .

Tight glycemic control comes at a risk of hypoglycemia. Regular and timely meals along wid insulin reduces d risk of hypoglycemia. You should monitor your sugar and visit your doctor regularly for fine adjustment of insulin doses.

Sex is an art not power. Male and female differ widely in terms of of sexual responses, male gets quickly aroused and female takes longer time to get aroused, male reaches climax quickly, its physilogical and normal, but not ideal, to prolong sex duration man has to work hard, he has to slow down mentally, by diverting mind from situation, and learn ways how to delay his reflexes. One idea is to stimulate the partner by foreplay to near orgasm sate and pentrate. Count number of strokes if it is less than 45plus minus 15. Means (30 to 60) then seek medical advice. If satisfied ok otherwise consult privately.
