Few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. - Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. *you can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

My wife is 63 years old and has chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis for past 10 years. She used to have pain in various joints and has been using pain killers. Hello, Give her homoeopathic medicines - Rhus Tox. 200 and Eupatorium Perf. 200 - both 3 times a day. These medicines will help in reducing the pain which started after chikungunya. But Rheumatoid Arthritic pain can't be get rid off as one can't reverse the pathology.

Are you married? How do you know you have erectile dysfunction? If you are masturbating so often daily, you may not be suffering from ED. Masturbation is alright accept if you indulge in it too much. Once you indulge in it you will get so used to that that you may not want to relate to another person to experience full sex through intercourse. Go meet a sexologist and discuss your addiction. You will also need to exercise and play contact games. Do not be alone for too long, and do not spend time in the bathroom beyond what is necessary. Always be in the company of others, and be occupied with interesting activities. Hobbies are really good. Think less of sex, and certainly do not watch porn movies. Learn to appreciate women and love their company in a healthy way. You will enjoy good sex with the opposite sex, if your mind is not distracted by self-indulgence. Acne has left scars and pores all over my face. What should I do in order to reduce my pores?

acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing. In the study, vitamin e either had no effect or made matters worse for 90% of the patients, and 33% who put vitamin e on the skin developed a contact dermatitis. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Having sex is a from of mental relaxation and physical exercise. So having regular sex with a loving partner is definitely helpful in maintaining good health. However it is not at all necessary that the more you have sex the more you will be healthy. Sex is just a part of healthy life.

I am 28 years old, married having 2 babies. Since a week long I am having a problem of black stool. It was not before but since few days I'm having blackish colour of stool with a bad fuel smell. I'm not having any stomach pain. I'm ok but I'm very much tensed regarding colour of my stool. Sir/madam please suggest me what should I do next. As I'm ashamed to narrate my problem with my family.

You are suffering from severe reactive depression to love failure, at this age it s understandable how you feel, in few years from you will laugh at these things. So do not do anything silly. You parents would have sacrificed a lot to bring you to this level. Consult a psychiatrist and take a course of antidepressants. All the best.

If you are losing 10 - 15 hair daily then it is not hair fall. If you are losing more than 100 hair daily then you will require treatment. You are lucky you do not have hair fall so relax.

I frequently have the neck pain and shoulder pain. what the solution for it. Pain is not so sever but still feel uncomfortable during dat time.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, You can take Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning Kindly follow advises given below: 1. strict to sleep time schedule 2. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3.
