Proper Diet and Nutrition: • Liver • Green vegetables • Potatoes • Nuts such as almonds and peanuts • Chicken • Beans • Peas • Fruits like apples and bananas Milk and dairy products Proper diet and nutrition play an extremely important role in improving our height. . A well balanced diet which is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iodine and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth. For these minerals to be assimilated in our body we must refrain from junk food and food that contains trans-fats as these interfere with the absorption of the minerals and nutrients which are needed for our growth. In order to get protein, carbohydrates, amino acids and calcium required for healthy growth and development, we should make these following items a part of our everyday meal. • Egg yolk • Carrots • Fish The importance of calcium in the overall development of the human body cannot be ignored. This nutrient is vital for the growth and maintenance of strong bones and cartilages. Thus, it is advisable to have milk and dairy products to fulfill our calcium requirements. Apart from this, we must also drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to detoxify your body. Proper sleep A good night’s sleep is absolutely essential not only for our overall well being but our growth also. It is due to the fact that the growth hormone does its job of thickening and lengthening your bones during deep sleep. Correct sleeping posture is also crucial for proper growth as correct posture keeps the spine straight and this adds to our inches. Exercises to Increase Height: All of us know about the benefits of exercising, exercises, if done correctly and consistently can cure half our diseases. Exercising in all its forms is generally good for maintaining our bodies in good shape, but there are specific exercises which help us in increasing our height. Before we get to know about these exercises we should always remember that how we sit or stand also contributes to a large extent to how tall we appear. If our posture is not correct, that is we sit sloughed or don’t stand straight, we appear shorter than we actually are. So keep your spinal erect awhile sitting as well as standing. Stretching exercises are a great way to add up to your height a few inches. Some of the stretching exercises are: 1. Basic leg stretches 2. Super stretch and touching toes 3. Twists 4. Cobra stretching 5. Bar-pulls (hanging from the bars) Hanging from bars 3 to 4 rounds, each round lasting a minute is very effective. Yoga Apart from regular exercising, practicing yoga also helps in maintaining the correct posture and thus contributes not only to height gain, but to the overall development of your body. The different yoga positions make your body supple, besides stimulating the growth hormones. Tadasana: Also known as the mountain pose is very effective as , this asana helps in lengthening your spine. Bhujanga asana is also very effective as it elongates and strengthens our spine. In fact, all the asanas which stretch our spine work wonderfully Height Increasing Factors: There are some important factors that are necessary in determining your height. These factors are naturally and easily available and play an important role in increasing your height. Meditation The major systems in the human body are the endocrine system. The pituitary gland releases human growth hormone (HGH). This is responsible for height increase. So, take 5min. Medication on the pituitary gland and stimulate this will helpful to release growth hormone. The pituitary gland is located in the center of the skull, just behind the bridge of the nose, is about the size of a pea. You see the effect of meditation. So try it and increase your height such a magic, but scientific way. Exposure to sunlight Sunlight is one of the most important sources of vitamin D. Vitamin D contributes to your height in the greatest way because of its effect on bone growth. Exposure to sunlight allows your body to get the required dose of Vitamin D. Sunbathing, especially early in the morning or late afternoon, can be very beneficial because the ultraviolet radiation is at its lowest during this time. Growth stunting factors People should refrain from abusing substances like alcohol and some narcotics etc..As these substances dehydrate us and they also interfere with our growth, metabolism resulting in stunted growth and development. People who are trying to gain weight should moderate their intake of caffeine as it interferes with calcium absorption, which in turn is very important for our growth. Stress Stress is the is the root cause of many diseases and it also has a negative effect on our growth by interfering with the working of our endocrine system. Immunity Build up your immunity as a sound immune system means a healthy body and a healthy and happy body means time for growth.

I am trying to gain my weight from last 5 year. I eat a lot , but my weight is not gaining.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello, To increase weight you should increase your appetite so you should take small & frequent meal. Take small quantity of food/ food items either you are hungry or not. It will increase your appetite slowly. To gain weight you must consume simple foods, which has enormous amount of calories & protein. Consuming lot of calories doesn’t mean that you have to over eat or over stuff yourself. You must always choose healthy sources of calorie dense foods. Eat foods with high amount of calories than your required metabolism. Never skip your meals and make sure you are including all varieties of foods like fruits, vegetables, cereals and foods with high protein in your diet. Dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese are rich in protein and calcium. If you are non-vegetarian then include Egg & meat Egg is a protein rich food with high amount of calories. Nuts are the most nutritious and protein rich food. Fruits are the best sources of carbohydrates, healthy sugars, vitamins and minerals.

Probably,u have angioedema.this can b confirmed only on an examination.u need to get ur blood tested.u vil need medications regularly.this is because ur body doesn't have the ability to counter a reaction on its own but medicines help normalise this level.so keep at it and don't give up on ur medicines.

I would like to to ask for some helpful suggestion regarding my mother, aged 61.In 2005 she fell down from our home stairs, in that incident accept her knee joints, everything was fine. The bad thing about the knee join happened was on on of her legs her knee joint bones were 90% shattered. She went through 2 surgeries in a span of next 5 years, 1st surgery was to fill in and repair the ankle joint with some kind of "Filling"(that's what the Orthopedic Surgeon said. It was going to heal in time but the doctor said that now that ankle movement will be fixed (not movable any direction. She was okay with that and after few physiotherapy sessions she was walking without any pain. From January 2015, she suddenly started to feel numbness in the operated leg, and she started getting hamstrings regularly. When she got diagnosed it was discovered that the initial fall also caused her slipped disc and now the bone in her waist is ruptured in a way which also tangled few nerves or veins. The orthopedic doctor said it is a very risky to operate now as if any vein tangled gets cut, they won't be able to stop the bleeding. So they asked her to move on. She didn't gave up and still trying with Herbal and acupuncture treatments but day by day it's getting worse. She can't stand straight for a second without holding anything. Nowadays she use to walk with her upper half bend little forward. I ask why you can't stand straight, she says whenever she tries it always causes her immense hamstring (both under thighs. She is having blood pressure for along time and take meds for them regularly and its in control. If you can help me out with any suggestion that could ease the pain of her hamstring (she can't bend her ankles, then it would be very helpful. Thank You. With regards. Niloy Bhattacharya.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1. The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes. Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2. Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3. Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4. Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5. Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine ferrum phos 6x (3 tabs) thrice a day for 15 days and revert. Diet should be balanced to get rid of dark circles and take food that are rich in vitamins. Fruits, green leafy vegetables especially cabbage and spinach are to be taken. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. Make a habit of sleeping for sufficient time so that you may see some changes regarding dark circles.

You can apply these home remedies for relief: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water it will reduce your pain. * Make your body warm by more layers of cloths. Specially cover your head and foot properly.

My friend is 44yrs old. Had gone through a hysterectomy 8 yrs ago and removed one ovary due to fibroids. Now her doctor has asked her to remove the second ovary too due to a cyst which is around 7 cms and causes a lot of pain every time she ovulates. My question is will she loose her sex drive and will she be unable to have an orgasm? Her doctor has also said he won't put her on hrt. But natural pills for hormones.

yes, your sexual desire may change. That’s because both testosterone and estrogen, hormones that are important in sexual desire and intercourse, are produced in the ovaries. These glands produce about half of testosterone and nearly all of estrogen. While testosterone is thought to contribute mainly to desire, estrogen is important for healthy vaginal tissue, keeping it thick, moist and flexible. Without estrogen, vaginal tissue becomes drier and thinner, more likely to tear and lead to painful intercourse. While supplemental estrogen can prevent or minimize this, without it you may find the fear of pain prevents you from having sex. Many studies, however, show an improvement in sexual function after a hysterectomy. This is likely because the surgery eliminates the pain, bleeding or other symptoms that may have caused problems with sex. Also, the surgery eliminates the possibility of pregnancy, thus making sex more gratifying for some women.
