I from Chennai age 16+,M, I have constant pain in the joints of the neck jaws, sinusitis,sudden coughs and vomiting sensations,gastritis. So pleas suggest me what cane i do?

For sinusitis start tab.Montair-L daily at bed time, duonase nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day, steam inhalation for 2 weeks and after that get CT scan done to find out any pathology.For gastritis tab.Pantop 40 mg daily empty stomach and syp divol-LA 2 tea spoon full after meals for 2 weeks.Avoid hot and spicy food.

I have pain in all of my joints. My shoulders, my hands, my back and legs etc. Earlier, I used to be a fit boy but since last 2014, I haven't exercised much. When I try to throw hard, my shoulders e, elbow and joints pain. When I run, my knee joint and other joints pain. I think I'm having bone problem. Please suggest me something.

Hi lyvrate user, pms is due to harmonal imbalance that usually happens before &during periods&sometimes due to any cysts present inside also. Generally mood swings are common in pms. If its so disturbing, then you can try colocynth 200, mag phos 30 potency pills thrice/day one after another, each dose should be 6- 8pills, chewable. yes it is osteoporosis n it is due to hysterectomy and hormone replacement therapy should be taken which includes both estrogen and progesterone along with calcium tablets

leg swelling caused by the retention of fluid in leg tissues is known as peripheral edema. It can be caused by a problem with the circulatory system, the lymphatic system or the kidneys. swelling may be due to low calorie diet tends to draw lesser amount of water from the tissue because of meager presence of protein, which leads to water retention. and high salt intake also cause for swelling. first take balance diet and reduce salt intake. do exercise and yoga regularly. if still problem remain then visit to doctor and take proper treatment.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Consult after 5 days.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

You need to lose around 11 kg. Instead of running/ jogging start regular brisk walking/ yoga/ free hand exercises for 40 minutes. Sudden running/ jogging with high weight can damage the soft tissues in your legs causing pain. Drink 3 litres water daily. Avoid junk/ fried/ processed/ packaged/ canned foods/ sweets/ chocolates/ ice creams/ cold drink/ alcohol. Eat small amounts of food every 3 hours instead of few large meals. Have plenty of whole fruits & vegetables in your diet. Prefer steamed foods.

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

I deliver a baby girl on 27th Jan 2017. I have been experiencing joint pain and fatigue. My pelvic area also hurts. Once I am in a lying position it gets difficult to get up. Hello Rachel. Thank you for contacting. A detailed examination is required. It is a common problem after pregnancy. Mild exercise will help in reducing pain in joints. A proper technique should be followed for lying to sitting. Posture maintenance is very benificial. Physiotherapy is very effective for joints and pelvic floor strengthning. Dear you have cervical spine problem and need detailed evaluation and imaging to come to a diagnosis. You can apply ice for 20 minutes every hourly. Give rest and don't do any exercises of neck. Consult an orthopedic surgeon if not relieved in a day or two.
