  1. Practice good hygiene. Wash your hands regularly to avoid the spread of bacteria and virus.
  2. Use a tissue and handkerchief. Don't cover your mouth with your hand while sneezing or coughing. Germs and viruses cling to bare hands and muffling coughs and sneezes often result in passing along the germs to others.
  3. A warm salt water gargle can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat.
  4. Drink warm milk. Milk does not cause mucus builds up. In fact, the protein, calories and fat in the milk make you strong.
  5. Decaffeinated tea or warm beverages can be soothing and can help break up mucus.
  6. Getting enough sleep is vital for a healthy immune system. Resting when you first come down with a cold helps your body direct its energy toward the immune battle.
  7. Ventilate the room. Tb bacteria spread easily in small closed rooms where the air doesn't move. If it's not too cold outside, open the windows and use a fan to blow the indoor air outside.
  8. If you have a cough which lasts for more than a week, wear a surgical mask when you're outside and around people

Im suffering from stomach pain from past few days im having pain below hip and in in my vagina during urinating and washing so what can I do for that my age is 15.

Few main causes of lower back pains and pain while urinating are 1.Urinary tract infections are the most common cause of painful urination. They occur when germs gain entry into the body through the urethra and cause infection. Males and females are afflicted by several types of impotency and dysfunctions which can negatively impact their relationship with their partners.

Erectile dysfunction, orgasm/ejaculation disorders or low libido are some examples of male impotency.

  1. Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Medical conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure, or anxiety about having sex can lead to ED. Other contributing factors to ED are depression, fatigue and stress.
  2. Ejaculation Problems: These include ejaculation that occurs early during coitus and the inability to ejaculate at all. Some of the causes for this can be history of sexual trauma, strict religious beliefs, antidepressants and anxiety about sex.
  3. Low Libido: Decreased hormone levels, illness, and medication side effects, and psychological issues like stress, depression and anxiety about having sex can lead to decreased or no sexual desire.

Loss of interest (low libido) in sex, difficulty in reaching orgasm, vaginal dryness and tightness causing pain during sex are some of the sexual problems that affect females.

  1. Low Libido: Lower levels of the oestrogen hormone can cause absence of sexual desire. Certain medications like antidepressants, fatigue, depression and anxiety can also lead to low libido.
  2. Difficulty achieving orgasms: Not being able to achieve orgasms or delayed orgasms can affect both men and women. Again, certain medications like antidepressants can cause orgasm disorders.
  3. Vaginal dryness: Sex can get painful if the vagina is not properly lubricated which in turn effects libido, arousal and desire. Hormonal changes during menopause and breastfeeding as well as psychological issues like anxiety about sex can cause vaginal dryness.
  4. Pain during sex: Vaginal dryness or endometriosis causes pain during sex.

Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder - How it Affects Men and Women?

Do you feel disinterested in getting physically close to your partner? If yes, then it can be a sign of HSDD, that is Hypoactive sexual desire disorder. It is a sex disorder marked by disgust and disinterest towards sex. This disorder affects both men and women.

Men with Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder
Men are generally perceived as highly sexual beings, but in reality, 1 out of 5 men may be suffering from HSDD.

Some possible causes of male HSDD include:

  1. Psychological issues: Anxiety and stress due to the strain of family or relationship problems, rigours of daily life or mental disorders such as depression are some of the factors that influence sexual desire.
  2. Medical causes: Diseases (for example: diabetes), conditions (such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and obesity) and drugs (such as hair loss medications) have adverse effects on sexual desire.
  3. Hormonal problems: Low levels of testosterone usually lead to low sexual desire. Other hormones, such as the thyroid hormone or prolactin (hormone that governs the development of breast milk) can also contribute to the cause.
  4. Low levels of dopamine: Dopamine is a neurotransmitter, which is responsible for the pleasure perception in your brain. Low levels of dopamine usually signify low sexual desire.

How it can be treated ?
If the cause is psychological, then sex therapy (psychological counselling based on sexual issues) is used to treat HSDD. But if it is hormonal, testosterone supplements are used.

Women with Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder
Female HSDD is more complicated and is difficult to diagnose. HSDD can affect women across all ages.

In women, this disorder can have a wider spectrum of causes, which include:

  1. Interpersonal relationship problems: Certain problems such as the partner’s performance issues, loss of emotional gratification with relationships, childbirth and becoming nothing, but only a loved one’s caregiver can all lead to low sexual desire.
  2. Sociocultural influences: Media’s portrayal of sexuality, peer pressure and job stress have negative influences on sexual desire.
  3. Low testosterone: Women produce testosterone as well, and similar to men, low levels of this sex hormone cause a significant dip in sexual desire.
  4. Medical problems: Mental illnesses such as depression or medical problems, such as fibroids or endometriosis (a disorder characterized by the growth of uterine tissues outside the organ) affect women, physically and mentally, thus making ‘hypoactive sexual desire disorder’ a possibility.
  5. Medications: Excessive use of antidepressants, oral contraceptives and blood pressure drugs can lower sexual desire.
  6. Age: The androgen (sex hormone) levels lower drastically as a woman ages, thus negatively impacting her sexual desires.


Sex therapy (therapy that concerns itself with counselling and addressing one’s physical or psychological hindrances to sex) medication changes, diagnosing underlying medical problems, vaginal estrogens and testosterone therapy (therapy that helps in managing the effects of low levels of testosterone) are mostly used to increase sexual desire in women. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist and ask a free question.

Hello..... After abortion a woman body need some time for recovery... Atleast 2-3 weeks are must... If you had sex between this time then there is chances of infection to uterus..... Give her some time..... After abortion do not do intercourse.. Women body is also not ready for pregnancy just after abortion..... Wait for 3 weeks... For pregnancy wait atleast for 2-3 months..... It helps massage the liver, kidneys, pancreas, uterus and the reproductive organs. 4. Shavasana (Corpse Pose) is another useful posture to try. In PCOS, the more you relax, the better you feel and this posture will help you completely relax at the end of your yoga session. 5. Padma Sadhana practice is also considered very effective for PCOS patients. 6. Make sure you don’t hold the postures that put pressure on the abdomen (Bow Pose, Superman Pose, Cobra Pose and Boat Pose) for a long time. 7. A few rounds of Sun Salutation at a faster pace can be good for weight loss; however, it is a good idea to practice only a few slow rounds daily for more relaxation. •

Dear, if you do not feel hunger then to increase your hunger, I suggest you these best tips- * take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily once. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * if you still do not feel hunger and feel some heaviness in stomach then check out your liver function test and take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking alcohol and smoking. * check out your thyroid profile and take proper treatment if results are positive. * regularly take a citrus fruit like orange or a glass of lemon juice atleast for 1 month.

No vaccine during pregnancy as pregnancy is immune compromise condition of lady so if you give any live vaccine she may suffer with the same disease. Only injection tt is given in 6 th .7 th n 8th month if pregnancy.

I am 22 years old female. I never had acne in my life and I had fair glowing face. I am a hypothyroid patient and since 4 months I did not get my periods. Your acne is due to hormonal imbalance. in women estrogens - feminising , progesterone- masquiline are in balance. if androgenic hormones are more in females , acne ,facial hair and male type body with broad shoulders does happen. in men also there are 2 types of hormones in balance. you are taking thyroxine also. you need a good endocrine ( hormone) doctor who can adjust the dose of hormones to be given from outside in addition to hormones produced by body naturally.

Hello. The total duration of pregnancy is 40 weeks that's 9 months and 7 days so you can calculate accordingly. But it's very difficult to plan the exact timing according to your wishes. Not necessarily you have ovulatory cycle every month. And you can not do any thing to have twins. Please leave certain things to almighty god and don't try to control everything.

There is no shortcut to success! by same analogy, there is no shortcut to increase memory power rapidly. But with efforts & persistence you can surely increase your memory in following way
1. Study/read in short time intervals of 30 minutes followed by 10 minutes break where you can stretch, do rope skipping in that 10 minutes break
2. Make notes, take plenty of notes using short forms, symbols, digits etc.
3. Revise these notes periodically, preferably once every 3 days 4. Make mnemonics, use them frequently, revise frequently
