Hi, This cannot be predicted by anyone as it depends on the harmonal secretion in the body. One has to wait till she gets her periods. Some women do not menstruate till 9 months to 1 year as they are feeding the child; but some may start menstruating right from 3 rd month itself.

Is Masturbation Directly Related to Your Wellbeing?

MD - Psychiatry, Diploma in Psychological Medicine, MBBS
Sexologist, Mumbai
Is Masturbation Directly Related to Your Wellbeing?

Masturbation, which has always been a taboo subject, is slowly gaining attention as an issue that can be discussed openly.

In fact, there are several myths associated with masturbation which have been long held. Let's debunk these myths first. The following ideas about masturbation are not only untrue, they are also misleading.

Myth #1: It causes weaknesses
Myth #2: It causes loss of energy
Myth #3: It leads to Impotence
Myth #4: It may induce problem in future sex life or causes guilt
Myth #5: It can cause Nightfall

So what is the truth?

People are beginning to understand that masturbation is not simply a superficial form of pleasuring the self, but an activity that can provide some benefits in terms of health and fitness as well.

Not only that, masturbation also helps men and especially women, learn more about their own sexual behavior, preferences, and desires. It helps them become more comfortable with their body and in tune with their own inner minds.

Here is how masturbation can lead to well-being

1. Masturbation as a process of stress relief: Pleasing oneself after a hectic and taxing day at work can reduce a lot of stress. The activity releases endorphins into the blood which helps to improve one's overall mood and helps the individual to relax. In the 21st century, this is indeed a great advantage where people are constantly under pressure from various areas of life.

2. Masturbation to strengthen the body: In case of women, masturbation makes the muscles of the pelvic floor stronger. Along with this, it decreases the likelihood of developing yeast infections in the vagina or surrounding areas. This improves bladder control and also improves sexual experiences. For men, masturbation helps to develop better resistance to prostate gland infections. It also helps to improve the health of the prostate. It also gives a boost to the immune system.

3. Masturbation also helps with PreMenstrual Syndrome: Most women go through a wide variety of PMS symptoms such as intense stomach cramping, mood fluctuation, anxiety, tension, and pain in the legs and the back. Masturbation has been found to ease these problems to a great extent.

4. Masturbation demystifies the concepts of sex and sexuality: In Indian society, discussing sex and sexuality is seen as taboo. Discussing these issues openly is regarded as immoral. This causes many people, especially young people, to have unclear ideas about their own bodies and bodily desires. This causes a lot of stress and anxiety in their minds. Masturbation helps them to come to terms with these issues by exploring their own bodies in a new way. This helps to promote well being by dismantling primitive ideas about sex and sexuality.

Dear user. SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH PREGNANT WOMEN is not advisable during the first three months and the last three months of pregnancy. You can have sexual intercourse during the middle three months of pregnancy but only after permission from your gynecologist. Take care.

Calender method you can practice to get pregnant fast. If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26days) minus18days=8th day. The longest cycle (31days) minus 10days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period.

Uterus got severe punch by the penis. You should understand penis is a shooting gun. You cannot absorb pains while you doing sex. Later on it may show the side effect. Try to avoid hard intercourse and first try with matured elders to make the uterus to get good functioning. Now you should take ayurvedic medicine like satavari and ashokarista. Further medical need you should meet us thank you.

Hi Asiya, you need to first know cause of the ectopic pregnancy and treat it before planning for baby. As once their is ectopic it increases risk of recurrence to 10% in subsequent pregnancies. We will evaluate the causes and chances to reduce recurrence and plan for treatment further.

Your GF, since she is having asthma, might be strained during sexual act, so you can try to induce orgasm by other techniques. Vaginal penetration alone does not produce orgasm. So try to make her get in a comfortable way. All the best

You can take a second opinion with another gynecologist and get clarification about your wife's present status of health. She should strive to maintain physical and mental fitness by adapting a very healthy life style. She should start exercising everyday. Yoga (including pranayam and meditation) can be very beneficial if done in a correct manner) Eat only healthy food and avoid all junk and processed food. Include more of fruits and vegetables. You can also try homeopathy which is a holistic science and addresses the problem and tries to treat at its root. A detailed history is necessary to begin homeopathic treatment. You can contact me for a personal consultation.
