I am 18 yrs old. And suffering from joint pains in both knee from almost 2 months also dark reddish brown lines have developed on back side of the joints of both knee. Now those reddish brown lines have also come in my right hands elbow joint. What should I do. I have not suffered any trauma or accident.

Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having body pain and laxity through out. Which joints you have pain? if your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, elbow, hip & knee) then you can do hot water fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear then you can do hot water fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. Please wear knee brace / elbow brace / wrist brace so that you will feel warm, comfortable and very protective. However if the pain initially starts in the distal joints then we shall definitely say it is rheumatic arthritis. Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain.

Numbness can be due to decrease in electrolytes or sugar at that point of time and so I will suggest you to drink a glass of lemon water during sleeping time.

My tibia bone has been fractured. I operated intramedullary nail fixing. At how much time I can run or go to the gym?

It usually takes 3 months for bones to unite.After that you must do physiotherapy to get normal joint mobility.When you join gym. yo should increase your stamina gradually.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

I was suffering with water in stomach and gas formed in body and knee joints pain what I have to do?

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Cyra-20mg 1 tab od x 5 days do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

Start with Physiotherapy treatment. Learn exercise for Spine and knee joint. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take Calcium; multivitamin and vitamin D 3 for 2 month.

Am 26 years old having a issue with my knee am facing knee pain problem regularly can you plepole solve my problem.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. Best wishes.

Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

Popping sound in my knee, it feels as if some misalignment, after 2,3 simultaneous moment knee gets back to position, sometimes I even feel pain. Had visited doc he suggested physiotherapy which I undergone for 2 consecutive weeks. No relief till now, Doc than asked for Vita d tablets even having them for one month, still popping sound, pain and misalignment feeling.

Hi. If you have popping sound that does pain or swelling, it can be a sign of meniscus tears.(it is rubber like c shape disc that cushions your knee and acts as a shock absorber) or may be cartilage injury. As you said doctor gave you vit. D tablets, take for more 1-2 months. It will give you result.

I have deficiency of vitamin d3. I feel weakness in my legs. I have pain in my knees and backbone. vitamin d3 qty in my blood was 36 and in my wife is 16. Whst mediation we should take.

Normal level of vitamin D3 is 20-50ng/ml.Level less than 20 is considered to be low.Follow the advice given below. 1.Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2.Take milk,fish,mushroom,cheese,egg yolk.cereals which are good source of vitamin D 3.If you have deficiency of vitamin D,you have to take vitamin D tablet 6000 IU one tablet daily for 8 week after consulting doctor

It is more of neurological and pathological cause for headache and degenerative changes in joint pathological cause or of mechanical injuries were main causes for joint pain commonly do avoid stress smoke and anxiety follow breathing exercise whole body stretches regularly to at least 15 minutes per day and timely food with balanced diets best wishes.

Use modified footwear and avoid load bearing on the same. Ultrasonic therapy helps a lot. For sudden onset go for analgesics. Later on do stretching exercises.
