Hello lybrate-user, it seems to be melanin pigmentation. Which is because of excess of melanin cells (which gives colour to skin ).it does not harm .But please still visit a dentist and get a through check up done.

My father is 53 year old, 6 months, not why saliva in their mouths? What measures.
Lybrate-user your father is having less saliva in his mouth from last six months. There can be many reasons for dry mouth. See dental surgeon for check up and follow advice. Ask him to drink plenty of water. More of fluids and soft diet. Rinse mouth frequently and before going to sleep.

I have mouth bad breath. Any suggestion to remove it. Any medicines to remove that bad breath.
Kindly get scaling done and use mouthwash twice daily for 15 days. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.

After 24 hours, rinse with your mouth with a solution made of 1/2 teaspoon salt and 8 ounces of warm water. Do not drink from a straw for the first 24 hours. Do not smoke, which can inhibit healing. An ice pack applied to the area will keep swelling to a minimum. Take pain medications as prescribed. The swelling usually subsides after 48 hours. Drink lots of fluid and eat nutritious soft food on the day of the extraction. You can eat normally as soon as you are comfortable. Eat soft foods, such as soup, pudding, yogurt, or applesauce the day after the extraction.
