My face have pimples and black spot, i'm so sad about this. How can I remove this. Is veg peel is good.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to remove pimples and black spots: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Hep. Sulph 30 or calcarea sulph 30 are the common effective medicines when given twice daily for a few weeks. If it is chronic then kali brom 30 twice daily with berberis aqui q 5 drops in water daily is very much helping to cure and give a healthy glow to the skin.

How can I remove dandruff within 10 days? If it cause pimples? I also suffering from pimples in my face how can I overcome?

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

There are certain creams that help grow hair but if it is a genetic cause, it can not grow, no matter how many creams you try. You can get hair transplant on those areas.

Please get it checked by a doctor. Please maintain good hygiene. You can also add Homeopathy as it can help in recurrent infections and your GERD. You also have to be cautious about your eating habits. Do not lie down immediately after taking your meals. Eat in small portions frequently (eat 4-5 times a day). Eat simple digestible homemade food. Have fruits and vegetables. Drink 8-10 good water everyday to maintain good hydration. You can also do yoga (exercise and pranayama) which will support your digestion and overall health. You can contact me online also for further details.

I am born in 1999 and I have no mustache &beard do please tell me any suggestions then I will consult you.

Certificate Course in Fitness Management

Beard is purely a genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

My question is regarding hair fall. How can I control it from falling using home products. Please give me some suggestions.

MD - Alternate Medicine, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda, Mohali
Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs.

My age is 25 years and I have dandruff in my hair. I tried many shampoos. What should I do?

BHMS
Homeopath, Howrah
Do not use shampoo regularly, as they increase the dryness of scalp leading to dandruff. Apply arnica hair oil (homoeopathic) twice a week. You can also apply it a day before using shampoo.
