Take mineral drop 6 drops twice a day with 1 glass of water. You can also use keva alovera shampoo twice a week. use ketamac shampoo also twice a week only. Eat green veg., dry fruits, vit. B 12 , vit. C fruits. coconuts oil also apply on hair . Avoid stress. Checkup testosterone , thyroid profile. vit. B 12, .. and reply.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.

Dear lybrate-user good evening masturbation is not a bad thing, twice a day is not good as you loose proteins and loss of body immunity. You better divert your mind towards other activities. Never think or never move among female sex everytime. Ok tq.

Dear lybrate user, you need the following medication:- 1) homoeopathic aloe socotrina 30, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) homoeopathic mother tincture kurchi q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Continue the medication for at least one week. Avoid fatty, spicy foods. Always drink filtered water.

Don't take isotretinoin take Vitamin A Take Vitamin A :- Aquasol 25000 iu twice daily x 3 days repeat it after gap of one week for 3-4 months.

Hello, I was suffering from fever and blocked nose in past weeks, these problems were solved. But I am experiencing quite a lot headache in market backside of head, there has been huge pressure, I worry its because of stress may be. I have not been able to meet my targets and may so pain is high. It was there few days before I got fever and its is even now also. I suspect it is because of stress even though I try to calm myself but still I am not able to cope up with this problem.

We should rule out sinusitis as the cause for headache and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required

Feeling Tired Even After a Lot of Sleep - Did You Know Why?

One of the most common scenarios that most people are faced with is a constant feeling of tiredness and lethargy even after you have had a full night’s sleep. The questions popping in your mind right about now is, why is this happening? Why does the lethargic feeling fail to leave you even after you had a proper 8 hours sleep? Why is your sleep getting into the way of your professional productivity? Though there are a number of different explanations to this constant feeling of cloudiness throughout the day, hence, experts in the field have listed down some of the factors that prove to be the major causes behind this condition.

Some of these most common and powerful reasons are listed below.

  1. Thyroid: The moment your thyroid levels start soaring, you will automatically find it difficult to keep up with the pace that your day to day life demands. The thyroid gland, which is placed right in front of the throat, is the size of the knot on your tie. This gland produces a hormone. When the activity of the thyroid gland, it starts secreting more and more of the hormones, leading to a condition termed as hyperthyroidism. The same gland when underperforms, it starts holding back the hormone secretion, leading to a condition called hypothyroidism. In both the cases the metabolism of the body slows down, leading to an increased level of tiredness even after proper sleep.

The main cause influencing this situation is the lack of presence of enough red blood cells. The main function of these red blood cells is to transfer oxygen constantly from the long to the cells and tissues. A break in this process leads to you feeling weak and also short of breath.
  3. Diabetes: Diabetes poses a serious threat to the all over functioning of your body. It is termed as the slow killer and constantly works towards undermining the level of energy a normal individual can hold. This adversely affects your day to day life, including your performance at work and also performing your daily chores at home. The glucose in your body serves as a fuel for your daily activities. Since patients with type 2 diabetes cannot use this rising glucose in their blood properly, they end up being more tired than they ought to be.
