This is subclinical hypothyroidism. May cause - weight gain, lethargy, dry skin, swelling, constipation, body pain, mood swings.

Hi I am 36 years old male. Recently did my thyroid tests done, and as per reports, t3/t4 are normal, but tsh is on higher side (6.91)
what are the impact of this and can it be reduces with some precautions etc, or medicines are required?Please suggest.
