Hello sir I have a dark spot on my face and some pimples what should I do for remove them?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

I am suffering from anxiety disorder/panic attack, and it is 8 months now I am taking medicines, I just wanted to know is there any permanent cure for anxiety/panic attack?

Hypnotherapist, DCS, BSIC, Advanced Trainee of Transactional Analysis, Advanced Skills in Counselling
Psychologist,
Along with your medication, you will need to develop an ability to manage stress without feeling too anxious or panic. Thus you can learn through counselling where you will find new ways of thinking which will leave you feeling more confident and in control of yourself and your situation. Thinking positively and realistically is very important. If you don't know any skill for eg. You work in an english speaking organisation and you are not fluent in the language then learning to speak and write in english will help you feel powerful, in control and confident. Exercise everyday for 45 min to increase your confidence levels. Natural neurotransmitters are released which make people happy and confident about themselves. Avoid junk food and have healthy well balanced meals which are good for body and mind. Include lean protiens, eggs, fish, fruits, vegetables and walnuts in your daily diet. Take care.

Hello With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

My mother in law suffered from heart blockage problem n blockage in brain too n suffered from paralysis attack so m worried about her diet so pls Dr. suggest me which food she hv to focused n which is to be avoid. And she like non veg diet a lot. Will it be still good for her health pls suggest me. Thanks.

Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
Continue medicines, reasons for blockages in heart or brain or in rest of the body are same and it's called plaque, starts with inflammation within blood vessels due to wrong eating habits. Non veg food can be taken in little amounts but only if steamed or grilled, no animal fats soaking in it, but masala like black pepper and chat masala are okay. Reduce her salt despite bp under control. Take lemon juice and honey added to it on empty stomach every morning. Besides reducing weight it helps to protect heart and blood vessels. Give her lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. All of the supplements for proteins which she likes. Walking is simple exercise that helps you to reduce sugar and lipids and clear blood vessels of blockages. Stay positive. Stay occupied.

For severe hairfall you need to take all fruits and vegetables which are red in color because they are rich with carotene. U need to take constitutional homeopathic medicine along with your new changed diet for positive results. Diet and medicines go hand by hand to give best results.

In the other eye I have cataract. I am totally dependent on my left eye for reading, walking etc How safe it is undergo cataract operation with insertion lenses lenses.

MBBS, DOMS, MS - Ophthalmology, , Fellowship in phacoemusification

Stent has no contraindication for phaco-emulsification with foldable lens implant but vision will depend on condition of your retina because you are suffering from diabetes also & without knowing retinal status no one can predict vision after cataract surgery.
