Hello, you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 650 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get your BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis

Dear all, I have few set of doubts for baby feeding, I am blessed with baby boy, now he is 5 months old, he is not properly taking mother feeding, and he is not sleeping during day time, per day he is sleeping only 7 hrs that too during night time. When he born his weight is 3.50 kg now he is 4kg 800grms. When he was in 2 months doctors? advice to to give powder milk (enfamil a+). We are feeding using feeding bottle. Please help us to increase baby weight, and increasing mother feeding regards,

I feel bad that due to improper counselling parents often do weird things with their beloved babies. Upto six months of age, exclusive breast feeding is recommended. I am surprised that someone has recommended powder milk. The focus has to be to increase mother's milk and keep the baby on breast as long as possible.Even water should not be offered to the baby.The mother should drink extra water/liquids like juices/soups etc and keep herself well hydrated for optimum milk production. Also she should take a wholesome diet and never worry that her milk is not sufficient for the baby. If the baby is passing urine frequently, passing stool 6-10 times per day and gaining weight, breast milk production is enough. regarding sleep pattern, it is a very good thing that the baby is sleeping 7 hours at a stretch. The baby should be awake during the day and interact with the environment. Dont worry. Sleep patterns change. Your baby will start sleeping during the day too.

Sir your problem is loss of taste. Taste buds in the tongue lost its inervation, nothing much can be done to regain the taste. You continue other medications as usual.

Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. Is snoring is a disease? How we can prevent snoring while sleeping? Any medication? Natural therapy?

Hi, snoring is not a disease. Snoring occurs when a person is not able to move the air through the nose and throat while sleeping. As a result, the air vibrates the surrounding tissues and causes snoring sound. Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Get done anemia profile tests, it will help in identifying cause of anemia. Meanwhile start Syrup DexOrange 2 tsf (10 ml) three times a day after 2-3 hours of meals. Lemon water/ orange juice helps in iron absorption. Do not take tea/ coffee/ milk with it. Take iron rich diet i.e. Jaggery, dry fruits (apricot, almonds, cashew nuts, pea nuts, raisins), green leafy vegetables (broccoli, spinach, green peppers, peas, turnip greens, lentil sprouts), meats (liver is the best source), boiled lentils/ soyabean/ beans/ chickpeas, dried coconut, potatoes, beet etc. Make them a place in your regular diet.

Weakness may leave you without energy to carry out day-to-day activities, drowsy or tired, sluggish, and uninterested. Other symptoms include excessive sweating, loss of appetite, difficulty concentrating, and difficulty falling asleep. You can feel weak due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Persistent weakness can be caused by health problems like anemia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, a sleep disorder, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes and heart disease. In these cases, it is very important to find out the exact cause behind your weakness. To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking. Whenever you feel weak, eat one or two bananas. You can also try a banana shake or smoothie. To help strengthen your body and keep from feeling weak, eat a ripe banana with one tablespoon of honey twice daily. Soak two almonds, one dried fig, and a few raisins in water overnight. In the morning, remove the almonds, figs and raisins and drink the water. Peel and eat the almonds, followed by the fig and raisins. Also, carry roasted almonds with you and whenever you feel fatigue or weak, eat some to get instant energy. Whenever you have weakness, drink a cup of warm milk with one teaspoon of honey mixed in it. You can also boil two to three figs in one cup of milk. Eat the boiled figs and drink the milk to gain strength. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of clarified butter to a glass of warm milk. Drink it twice daily to cure weakness caused by excessive loss of blood. Also known as amla, indian gooseberry is a highly nutritious fruit that can improve your energy level. It is a good source of vitamin c, calcium, protein, irons, carbohydrates, and phosphorous. Simply eating one indian gooseberry daily can strengthen a weak immune system.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

My hair are very thin and dandruff also comes often although I try to remove it. But also my hair is very thin and weak and brittle. I'm losing a lot of hair. But I'm not stressed, I follow a good diet, I drink water, moderate exercise, I eat walnuts etc also but still nothing is helping much. My hair are silky and super shiny but very less. I'll soon go bald. Please help. Suggest some good lotions or herbal shampoos. Try to avoid chemicals. Suggest a hair routine as well.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Hello. I want to talk about a complicated situation going in my life. And it's making me insane. I'm 22 years old student. Till 12th boards. I was quite serious about my career. And I'm still. Really want to achieve. And want to be working girl. But after 12 I took and really worked hard for a national level college. Though I could not got that but still it was my choice not to go for other that was good enough but out of state. I wanted to be stay in my own city which I really where are all my friends as well my bf. After a lot of fight I took architecture instead engineering I thought it would be great for me and everyone was against it. But I won and my college began. 1 year was okay. I mean not great. I mean I was just an average girl with hi-fi thinking. And 2 year my attendance was becoming short day by day. I started thinking I don't deserve I want something else. Once my attendance was very short in 3 year. I got so scared that what would everyone will ask about my attendance. And so on and what will I tell to my class teacher and friends. I got really scared and stopped going to classes and did not attend the exams as well. Everyone of my batch will graduate next year. I don't know what should I do? I mean what I'm suppose to do? I cannot talk to my friends or my family relatives. That's why I'm very scared. I wanted to an ias. And it was my dream since I was in 9th std. And now I don't know what to do. Sometimes I think I should die just end my life instead of wasting everyone's money hope and time. And frankly I can't tell or talk to anyone. The only thing I'm worried about is my career studies and graduation. Please help me.

Dear lybrate user Neha, ups and downs are part of life and we cannot control it what we can control is to give proper direction to our life when there is will there is way.i want to give few suggestions please have a little faith in me what i am suggesting .first of all think only about yourself don't think about what others are thinking about you if you will acheive something good in future every one will follow your path.i am giving one example" once there was boy ,his father and horse ,they were going somewhere when both son and father were riding the horse people said how cruel they are ,then son started to walk and father was on horse then people said that how cruel the father is ,he is on horse and son is walking ,then son was on horse then people said how cruel is son,then both son and father started to walk then people said how foolish they are.the moral of the story is that if you will consider what people are thinking and saying then you will deviate from your goal .you want to be an ias you can start from now also its never too late as your age is 22 and maximum age to appear in ias exam is 32 so no issue with age.you can see many example of girls who were average students but qualified ias exam.what actually need is your determination and hard work so start from today.even god help those who help themselves.good luck.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. aManagement: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
