i have White coloured ulcer on tongue from last 4 months. i took B complex taken. Kindly suggest.

Ulcer from last four month is little more time you first know the cause of ulcer in mouth main reason is said to be Hurry Worry and curry Nutritional deficiencies, Poor dental hygiene, Hormonal imbalance. Maintain good digestion and oral hygiene .apply boroglycerine and take B complex and folic acid tablet twice daily. You need to have precautions. Avoid eating spicy, oily foods and hot beverages. Include fresh fruits containing vitamin C and raw vegetables as part of your diet. Include fresh yogurt, buttermilk, cottage cheese and other dairy products in your diet. Maintain good oral hygiene. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush. Apply honey and turmeric mix on ulcer this helps in reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. Reduce your stress levels by activity that you find relaxing, such as yoga, meditation or exercise. Be careful and see dental surgeon and get it checked.

Hi you should go to a nearby Gastroenterologist and get yourself checked thoroughly. It could be peptic or gastric ulcers or oesophageal varices which are a result of chronic drinking.

I am I CA student and I am preparing for my exams now, now a days I am feeling very sleepy. I could not even concentrate for 1 hour continuously. I have already given up mobile and listening to music which was a good booster for me. Now I feel very depressed and I don't know how I have self generated a fear of failure. Please help me. I take a cup of coffee daily, a strong one. I do exercise daily but it isn't working. please help me with some suggestions to concentrate. Should I take the memory tonics available in the market.

Yes, you can go for memory tonics. Apart from that, try to meditate for 15 minutes daily in the morning and evening. Also, do not completely avoid music, you can hear it from time to time. Try concentration exercises like: take a book or a magazine and count the number of words in a single paragraph. Count them again to ensure that you have counted correctly. You can start off with one paragraph and as you get used to it, move on to counting words in two paragraphs. Then move on to counting words on the whole page. Make sure that you perform the counting mentally and only with your eyes without pointing your finger at each word. This is one of the simplest brain exercises to improve concentration. Select an inspiring word or just a simple sound and think about it in your mind, repeating it in your mind for 5 minutes. Once your mind has begun to concentrate on it easily, move on to 10 minutes of uninterrupted concentration. When you start feeling drained out just tell yourself 5 more pages and stay with the book.

You would have few problems like worms, g, I infections or simply gas/ bowls problems. But take soft foods less oils, salad, fruits fibres, vegetables, sour courd fresh water. Timely meals.

In morning when I enter to toilet for doing potty at that tym I use to have force from my body for freshing up at that time mostly sperm comes out so what to do.

It is due to over-straining. Do not force or over strain while passing stool, instead change your diet to more fibrous food. Take fruits, chapati which contains husk. Take warm water. Avoid fatty oily food. Night watching. Regular exercise helps a lot for problems of chronic constipation. You can take isabgol power mixed with a glass of lukewarm water at night after food.

I am suffering from pains in hand and shoulder and doctor suspecting about c5 radiculopathy. Also suffering from Type 2 diabetes. Pl. Suggest.

Radiculopathy Is A disease of the root of a nerve, such as from a pinched nerve or a tumour and you have vertebral disc prolapse in C5 area and MRI and physiotherapy are needed in the initial stage and as you are young it is easily correctable .The symptoms of radiculopathy depend on which nerves are affected. The nerves exiting from the neck (cervical spine) control the muscles of the neck and arms and supply sensation there. The nerves from the middle portion of the back (thoracic spine) control the muscles of the chest and abdomen and supply sensation there..Fortunately, most people can obtain good relief of their symptoms of radiculopathy with conservative treatment. This may include anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy or chiropractic treatment, and avoiding activity that strains the neck or back. The majority of radiculopathy patients respond well to this conservative treatment, and symptoms often improve within 6 weeks to 3 months. If patients do not improve with the treatments listed above they may benefit from an epidural steroid injection.

I am 20 year old male. I have problem of headache at mid night since last 3 days. I have also a low grade fever from 3 days. I take pain killers diclofenac and for fever I take paracetamol. But the condition persistent till now. What should I do now?

Headache and fever persistent for 3 days should be evaluated first. Get your basic blood reports done like Haemogram done and consult with your local doctor. Don't take diclofenac in such conditions as if this condition is a viral fever associated with decrease in platelet count you can have bleeding diathesis. You can take paracetamol which will relieve your fever and headache both and is safe too. Do not continue self medication if problem is persistent, get professional advice.

5 Common Mistakes That We All Commit in Bed

Though there are several important things which are needed for a relationship to work just fine, but physical intimacy is the most crucial ingredient. A key to a successful committed relationship is a happy and satisfactory sex life. However, there are certain mistakes that we all comit during our intimate time with our partner.

Mistake #1: Avoiding Sex Talk
Talking about sex with your partner maybe awkward and it is completely normal if you both might be reluctant talking about it in the beginning. The inability to have a frank, open and honest conversation about sex is a major problem among couples nowadays. If you are not satisfied with your sex life, then it is important to sit and talk it through with your partner. Counselling sessions can also help you both overcome this problem. While in bed, it is not only the act that matters. Several other ambient pleasures, such as talking dirty in your partner’s ears can add a whole new level to your sex life. Compliment your partner once in a while; it is especially true if you are the man in the relationship. Making your partner feel good about him/her can and usually does improve things when it comes to within the sheet actions.

Mistake #2: Faking it
This is another common mistake, which people make when they are in an intimate relationship. Though little encouragement can go a long way, faking orgasms regularly does not help. Trying new positions or having sex at a place where you’ve never had it before can lead to pleasant changes. This will break the entire monotony of the routine and breathe more life into your sex.

Mistake #4: Self neglect
Life can become pretty hectic and many a times, you may not find the time to take care of and groom yourself. This can be more so if you have been with your partner since a long and you have started taking him/her for granted. Changes in physical appearance do occur with time, but this, in no way means that you do not take care of yourself. Putting a little bit of effort in the way you dress and show up in front of your partner can make him/her feel all the more important and valued, thus adding that extra urge to get you in bed.

Mistake #5: Overthinking
This is one crucial mistake that individuals make in a relationship. They tend to over think about a certain topic, event, or a situation and ultimately end up becoming excessively conscious and aware when it comes to the big night with their partners. Instead, try and have a small talk with your partner to clear things out so that your mind is not clogged with thoughts which may ultimately turn out to be baseless.

I have a jaundice since from my childhood. Now I am 20 years old. From my birth im having this. I was consult a many doctors and took many medicines in my childhood days. I dropped my medicines and treatment after 8 or 9 age. Because it didn't change. Now I don't take any medicines. I have a high point level of jaundice from my childhood. I didn't feel any symptoms of jaundice like tiredness and any pain. According to my childhood liver surgery, there was no damages. I have a jaundice but I don't have any problem. I feel like a normal. Since I have a dark yellowness on my urine. So I need your advise about this.

Take 7 almonds + Add 2 dried dates + Add 3 small cardamoms + Soak them in water overnight + Crush them to make fine paste the next morning + Add 2 tsp sugar + Add 1 tsp butter + Mix well + Eat once every day.
