Take high calorie diet. And follow these:(1) don't drink water before meals (2) eat more often (3) have 2-3 bananas everyday (4) use weight gainer shakes (5) add cream with tea/coffee (6) use bigger plate (7) drink milk (8) get quality sleep (9) do free hand exercise, pranayam.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

Just eating is not enough. The food should also be digested and used to build the body. Start by adding 40 sprouted peanuts to your breakfast. Eat sprouted and steamed moong or matar (100gms) with curd in breakfast at least 4 days in a week. In order to improve digestion remain on fruit diet for one fixed day every week. Drink a cup of spinach juice on the day prior to that day.

Your BMI is 14.2 which indicates very low weight with less muscle mass. We consider as per standards below 18 is the under weight marker. Basically we need to find out what is the underlying medical cause for your very low weight. If diet is the cause of your low weight, changing to a healthy, balanced diet that provides the right amount of calories for your age, height and how active you are can help you achieve a healthy weight. 1.Eating at least five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables every day. 2.Basing meals on potatoes, bread, rice, pasta or other starchy carbohydrates. Choose wholegrain where possible. 3.Having some dairy or dairy alternatives (such as soya drinks and yoghurts). Choose lower-fat and lower-sugar options. 4.Eating some beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other protein. Aim for two portions of fish every week – one of which should be oily, such as salmon or mackerel. 5.Choosing unsaturated oils and spreads, such as sunflower or rapeseed, and eating them in small amounts. 6.Drinking plenty of fluids. The government recommends 6-8 cups/glasses a day. But try not to have drinks just before meals to avoid feeling too full to eat Let me know the results positively Do nor rely on Sugar related foods.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

According to ayurveda, stiffness or laziness in morning is a sigh of indigestion of kapha. Your associated complains are also like that. So just follow start following * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * keep excersice. * do not take dinner to late.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals.

Use warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day. Rich proteins and nonveg if you like otherwise tofu and milk proteins. Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and morning walk every day.

This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Also use these proven tips. 1) eat more often. 2) drink milk. 3) try weight gainer shakes. 4) use bigger plates. 5) add cream to your coffee. 6) take creatine. 7) get quality sleep.

Normally this may be flue or viral fever. Try Bed rest, plenty of oral liquid, Paracetamil Tablets 3 times a day for two days. If no relief you may have to see your doctor for examination diagnosis and advice.
