Take Belladonna 30, 3 drops, thrice daily. Use Schwabe's cmd2, eye drop. instill 2 drops in each eye twice daily. Wash your eyes with cold water twice daily. Revert me after 1 week.

Yes she can take this and she needs to take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass.

Is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use this no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

The short answer to this question is that adding milk to coffee does not harm your health. Although more studies are needed to confirm these findings, it lowers the absorption of an antioxidant called chlorogenic acid available in coffee by 23%. This simply means that you are not getting 100% of the benefit of that one antioxidant, yet you are still getting much more of it than coffee abstainers.

This morning-to-evening, sleep-promoting schedule may help you get the rest you need.
Morning
7:00 a.M. Wake up at the same time each morning, even on weekends.
8:00 a.M. Limit yourself to just one cup of caffeinated coffee at breakfast, or drink decaf. Too much caffeine in the morning can stay with you until bedtime. (If you're used to drinking several cups of coffee a day, wean yourself off it gradually over a few weeks.)
9:00 a.M. Get outside for a 30-minute walk. Both exercise and morning sunlight can help you sleep better.
Evening
6:00 p.M. Eat a light dinner. A heavy meal can lead to heartburn, which can keep you awake. Avoid caffeinated tea, coffee, and soda, as well as alcohol and chocolate.
9:15 p.M. Turn off your TV, computer, cell phone, and tablet at least 30 minutes before bed. They stimulate the brain. Read a book (not on a tablet), take a warm bath, or listen to soft music to help your body and mind unwind before bed.
9:45 p.M. Get your bedroom ready for sleep. Dim the lights, close the curtains, make sure the temperature is cool and comfortable, and cover your alarm clock so you can't see the time if you do wake up in the middle of the night.
10:00 p.M. Use the bathroom.
10:15 p.M. Lights out. Try to go to bed at the same time every night. If you can't fall asleep in 15 minutes, leave the bedroom. Sit somewhere quiet, like the couch, and read a book for 15-20 minutes or until you get sleepy. Then go back to bed.

Honey and Cinnamon in Water

This is one of the easiest as well as effective home remedies which will help you to lose weight successfully. Let's learn how to prepare this weight loss remedy!

Required things:

  •     Organic honey - 1 tbsp
  •     Organic cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
  •     Filtered water - 1 cup

Process:

 

  1.     Take the cinnamon powder in a bowl.
  2.     Boil the water and pour it in the cinnamon powder.
  3.     Let the cinnamon powder steep in the water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4.     Now add the honey, stir the liquid and drink it.
  5.     Drink this mixture twice a day, once in the morning on an empty stomach and once before going to the bed to boost up your weight loss process.

Note: always add honey to the cooled liquid as the enzymes in the honey get destroyed when added to the hot liquid.

if its causing pain or locking in the knee then it may require arthroscopic debridement. otherwise avoid high impact activities.

Please do your blood pressure and hb% check. If you are a computer savvy - limit the time of being online. Go for a walk/visit your friends home take milk daily one glass and a glass of mixed fruit juice daily. Continue treatment.

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. 1.no alcohol 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine contact on private chat.

Hello, yes excessive or daily consumption of soy can lead to hormonal imbalance in men leading to this problem. However 1-2 times/week of soy in moderation should not cause any harm.

Bread is High in Carbs and Can Spike Blood Sugar Levels Even whole grain bread usually isn’t made out of actual “whole” grains. They are grains that have been pulverized into very fine flour. Even though this process reserves the nutrients, it causes these products to be digested rapidly. The starches in bread get broken down quickly in the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream as glucose. This causes a rapid spike in blood sugar and insulin levels. Even whole wheat bread spikes blood sugar faster than many candy bars (1). When blood sugar goes up rapidly, it tends to go down just as quickly. When blood sugar goes down, we become hungry. This is the blood sugar roller coaster that is familiar to people on high carb diets. Soon after eating, they become hungry again, which calls for another high-carb snack. Elevated blood sugars can also cause glycation at the cellular level when the blood sugars react with proteins in the body. This is one of the components of ageing (2). Studies on carb restricted diets (which eliminate/reduce starches and sugars) suggest that individuals who are diabetic or need to lose weight should avoid ALL grains regularly u dont eat

Hello lybrate-user- weight gain depends not only on diet but also on sound sleep. Try these ayurvedic tips and medicine- a) sleep at least 8-10 hrs a day. B) eat food according to your digestion over eating sometimes causes indigestion which in turn causes weight loss. C) increase dairy products and non-veg diet in your meals. D) use shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily, ashwagandha pak 1 tsp twice. Madhu malini vasanta 1 tab twice a day. You will see improvements within few weeks.

You should increase your body weight. Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, yoga, push ups and others. Do not skip meals. Take extra amount of foods frequently than before. Take extra refined food with unrefined. Use more fish, egg, meat to gain weight. Add more healthy fats in cooking. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.
