Avoid long sitting toward bending, gym and lifting heavyweight. Do hot fermentation and rest after relief do spin spine stretching exercise if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.

Homeopathy is one of the most important and effective therapy for back pain. Homeopathy produces excellent results in backache treatment without producing any side effect and is extensively used in all over the world. Tips for backache: heavy objects should be pushed rather than pulled. The weight of the objects should be taken in your bent legs and arms and not in your back. During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back. Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. For alignment, move side to side while sitting on a balance ball. For motion, try moving forward and backward on the ball.

I have pain in my both feet. I have checked my blood test and my Uric Acid is 8.29 mg. Is the increase uric acid responsible for foot pain. What is the reason for aggressive uric acid. Mr. Lybrate-user, 8.29 mg is high concentration, upper limit being 7 mg. So it is possible that uric acid could be the cause for pain. To reduce uric acid intake of purine containing foods should be reduced. Foods like red meat, organ meat, certain fishes and sea foods like herring, haddock, trout, sardines, salmon, scallops, mushrooms, mussels etc. Avoid sweetened aerated drinks, alcohol and high milk products. Skin less chicken, eggs, other milk products (low fat) and a variety of vegetables are good. Plus if need be then drugs helping reduction of uric acid level in blood may be taken. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user. Knee pain can be caused by a sudden injury, an overuse injury, or by an underlying condition, such as arthritis. Treatment will vary depending on the cause. Symptoms of knee injury can include pain, swelling, and stiffness. Treatment:- treatments will vary, depending upon what exactly is causing your knee pain. Medications:- 1. Tab nucart oa-1tab twice a day after food. 2. Cap k. B. L 101-1tab twice a day after food. 3. Mahanarayana taila+myovedic oil-mix both thw ois together and apply daily before bath 4. Dasanga lepa-take 1tsp of this powde n mix with hot watern make a paste and leave it for 2-3hrs daily. For 15days pnachakarma therapy:- janu basti along with pata pinda sweda for 7sittings will helps a lot. Tips:- 1. Stay slim 2. Strengthening exercises particularly of the quadriceps (straight leg raises and leg extensions are two excellent exercises.

1. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

take 1/2 spoon coriander seeds(dhana) +1/2 spoon cumin seeds(jira) smash it little add 200 ml water keep this mixture for 12 hrs .after 12 hrs filter it drink that water once early morning & in the evening. this will help you. do continue for 10 days after u feel improvement to avoid reccurence if u want ayurvedic treatment u can consult

Overcoming Winter Aches And Pain

Joint pain can occur anytime throughout the year, but in the cold and wet months of the winter you may find it harder to cope with.Although a change in the weather will not cause arthritis, it can worsen the symptoms.

Ways to stop the cold weather aggravating your aches and pains

1. Try to overdress rather than underdress because you can always remove a layer if you’re too hot. For those who suffer headaches, wrap your neck in a scarf.

2. Calcium Intake- Keep a watch on your calcium intake. Foods enrich with calcium are great for your joints and bones

3. Don’t stay out in the cold too long. Make the most of the time outside to warm your core, and get home and warm up to maintain the benefit – the best of both worlds.

4. Quit Smoking- It is a lesser known fact that people who smoke tend to have lower bone density and hence, are at higher risk of issues related to bones and joints. Quit smoking for a healthier lifestyle and robust bones!

5. Try to keep moving rather than shrinking into the sofa as this generates heat and improves flexibility and the range of joint movement.

6. Acknowledge the impact of the colder weather on pain.By making allowances and planning ahead you should find the winter months more tolerable than in the past.

7. A Balanced diest is important: People suffering from joint pains require a well-balanced diet. Foods enrich with Vitamin D, C and K are good for joint pains. Add orange, cabbage, spinach, tomatoes in your diet as they are the super foods and relieve knee pains. For those who have extremely low levels of Vitamin D, can also take supplements after prescription from the doctor. Adding sulphur rich food in your diet is another plus point!
