Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Your girl friend knows better about her periods and the normal blood flow she will be having during her periods. Second day of period, there will be blood flow whether she takes ipill or not. Usually the blood flow continues for three-four days. Sometimes it can be upto a week. Talk to her and consult a gynecologist if necessary. Take care.

When Is the Best Time for Working Out?

Ask Free Question

Everyone wants to work out but is unable to find time to put in the effort. Exercise, first thing in the day can fresh you up but late afternoon to early evening is the best time to exercise, because our body in general and our muscles and lungs in particular are working at their most optimal performance during this period.

Tips for better workout

Working out at any point in a day is much better than not exercising at all. This is why you should not feel anxious in rescheduling a work out to late evening while ensuring a completion of your daily responsibilities.
In order to provide the body adequate time to cool you should finish working out 3 hours before sleeping.
Body temperature increases after a good work out session and having a bath for only about 3-4 minutes after a session can lower your body temperature significantly.
Abrupt changes in temperature are not good for health therefore, do not jump into your car or head straight to the shower in case you are feeling hot after a workout. Cooling down slowly after the work out can be much more beneficial.
Though you can work out before bed, it would be much better if you do not use your own bedroom for the purpose of exercising.
If you are working out before bed, take a deep and long breath once you have finished. This can help you in sleeping properly. Meditation can also support the same phenomenon because it lowers the level of adrenaline in the body.

Ur next period is supposed on 4 August , it may vary according to ur regularity of cycle. Wait for now. Don't do anything now. If cycle doesn't comes on regular time, then do UPT available in medical shop after 4 to 5 days elapsed. Take necessary precaution each time. I pill is not the solution for each time. People r misusing it

Pcod cannot be removed but can be controlled. And in pcos, most of the women concieve after treatment. In fact in pcos, there is very good chance of pregnancy after treatment, compared to other infertility related diseases. Many of my pcod patients have become mother while they are having pcod.

In all probabilities you are not. However to be absolutely certain you cud go in for a blood test for pregnancy which is 100% sensitive. If that's negative you have nothing to worry about.

Being overweight, using certain medications such as blood thinners and having a hereditary bleeding disorder also put you at a higher risk. There are many possible causes of heavy menstrual bleeding, including hormonal imbalance in the body, fibroids or noncancerous tumors of the uterus, uterine polyps, miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy, use of blood thinners and a side effect of using an intrauterine device (iud) for birth control. Blackstrap molasses is another effective remedy to control heavy bleeding. Being rich in iron, it aids in the production of red blood cells and may help regulate the amount of blood lost during menstruation. In addition, it helps reduce blood clots and soothe the muscles of the uterine walls to reduce pain? add 1 to 2 teaspoons of blackstrap molasses to a cup of warm water or milk. Drink it once daily? another option is to add tablespoon of blackstrap molasses to a glass of lemongrass tea. Drink it once in the morning and once at night before going to bed. Follow either of these remedies for a few months to notice improvement in your condition. 3. Apple cider vinegar you can also try apple cider vinegar to overcome the problem of heavy menstrual flow. Hi. Give me more details - are you married and having active, regular sexual life? then chances of pregnancy are there, get it tested. Otherwise, other causes can cause irregular menses - thyroid dysfunction, pcod, stress/ tension, illness, travel, excessive weight loss, birth control pills, breast-feeding, etc.
