Sometimes persistent trying gives rise to lot of stress and prevents pregnancy. Relax, go for a vacation. it may work.

If she misses her normal monthly period on due date it is sign of pregnancy. Then she should test her urine for pregnancy. Kits are available at chemist shop you can test at home if it comes -ve then thanks to god and stop premarital sex.

It is important for pregnant women to keep their teeth clean. Germs from mother's teeth can enter into the blood of mother and affect the child.

I'm a 19 year old girl. I'm diagnosed with Fibroadenoma in my right breast. The size is 54*46 mm. I'm using homeopathy medicines since 4 months and the doctor is saying that the lump will be dissolved in another few months. For second opinion I consulted another doctor who said Surgery is the better option. Should I just wait for few more months or get the surgery done. I personally want to get rid of the lump.

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Fibroadenoma of the breast, although benign, does increase the chances of breast cancer. Its important that the conditioned be monitored, through regular breast exams, to ensure that it is not growing. Should it be growing still, its advisable to get this removed surgically. Nevertheless, I would advise that you get this clinically evaluated by your OB/ GYN, discuss pros & cons and proceed as recommended by your OB/ GYN. Simultaneously, do follow a streamlined and balanced diet (preferably Mediterranean) & regular lifestyle with due emphasis on regular exercise, stress reduction and relaxation. Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Especially, vegetables & fruits rich in carotenoids, vitamin C & vitamin B12 are known to help in this condition. Also, apples, broccoli, and cabbage contain glucaric acid which is closely similar to calcium D-glucarate that helps clearing out toxins and excess hormones out of the body that is likely to increase the risk of hormone dependent growths like fibroadenomas and also cancers of the breast. Try avoiding tea, coffee, carbonated soft drinks, dairy products including chocolates, alcohol, greasy, sugary and other high calorie food stuff including fast foods etc all. Green tea is an exception though. Stay well hydrated and have at least 8 - 10 glasses of clear fluids through out the day. Hope this helps. Take care and all the very best. Sincerely

I want to know about the products being sold in the market for a healthy vagina. Like V wash .n lqds n soaps which are for vaginal use. They say that normal soaps should not be used down there. please tell are they really helpful for keeping our vagina healthy .should I use any of them. please tell in detail .there benefits .

Yes seema, you are right. Normal soaps may disrupt the Ph of vaginal area. There live many microbes in balance and these soaps may destroy the balance there. one should use very soft soaps specially mend for the same. However there is a natural self cleansing phenomenon always going on in vaginal area. Actually one needs not to apply anything there. But if you get regular vaginal infections, you can use soft soaps mend for the same.

Remember "after morning pill" It is available at medical shops, it's legally certified Pass on the message to all your friends It should be taken the morning after unprotected sex. Infact I advise all women to keep two such pills in their hand bags in the heat of sexual excitement we often forget about protection Condom gives less pleasure Spermicide cream is very good and I strongly advise this protection Now that it is 15 days, wait for your next period and if it does not come straight away go to a gynaecologist and wash the uterus It's the most definite way.

My fiancee keeps having extreme pain at her time of the month, it's really frustrating for me because she won't let me talk to anybody about it. When I ask her that is it common with every other girl then she says No, and tells me that many of her friends don't even feel a little bit of pain. This makes me really worried that why she suffers from extreme pain. Why does this happen and what can be done to control the pain?

some females experience severe pain as compared to others. there is nothing to worry about. she may take anti spasmodic medicine at that time if pain is unbearable. also she can take mag phos 6X during periods to alleviate the pain. with regular treatment the tendency of getting the severe pain can be abolished.

Do the sperms have that motility, that it can even travel to a thin pant of your opposite sex while hugging and kissing? Please help me Dr. did has given me a stress.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS

No ..sperms are like living beings..they need actual contact with eggs of female to cause pregnancy..until the penis has contact with vagina during intercourse , pregnancy won't happen and never with just kissing or hugging

Hi lybrate-user. You need to start losing weight right away. Running, yoga, dance along with a healthy diet will help. But before starting any exercise, please speak to your cardiologist as you seem to have some heart condition.
