If your asthma is controlled then you should not require asthlin inha. Try budamate 200 2puff/twice day with spacer.

I am 60 years female having uncontrolled hypertension and asthma. Dr. Prescribed me cilacar t 1 od nebicard. 10 1 bd. Minipress 7.50 1 bd. Dytor 10 1 od arkamin 1mg! bd. Duolin 4 puff. Tiova 2 puff. Budecort 200 2puff. Daily. Patient have edema. Please advice.

MD PULMONARY, DTCD
Pulmonologist, Faridabad
Duolin is a reliver drug and should not be taken daily. Budecort 200 is very less dose and need addition of laba for good effect. Better get stepped up dose for asthma after consulting a resp. Phy. Get echo done to r/o col pulmonale which may be a cause for oedema. Nebicard though a selective drug and said to be not aggevating asthma, but better to avoid it or reduce its dose.

There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed to protect against future flares or prevent gout or uric acid problems from occurring in the first instance: maintain a high fluid intake (2-4 liters a day) avoid alcohol maintain a healthy body weight eat a balanced diet limit fish, meat and poultry intake. If attempting to lose weight, avoid low-carbohydrate diets. If carbohydrate intake is insufficient, the body is unable to burn its own fat properly, releasing substances called ketones into the bloodstream. This results in a condition called ketosis that can increase the level of uric acid in the blood. It is most important to avoid foods that are high in purines, to ensure that the levels of uric acid in the blood do not get too high. Here is a list of high-purine foods to be wary of: beef kidneys brains dried beans and peas liver mackerel mushrooms lose some weight by walking or other exercise, avoid meats and get always be on a prescribed diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian. I am a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and a doctor, consult privately for detailed treatment plans using diet and medications.

I am suffering from cough from last 7 days. I eat medicines but still not working. Give me some solution on it.

BHMS, MD - Homoeopathy
Homeopath, Lucknow
Cough is generally the result of taking allopathic medication took for simple coryza, or in other words anything which make mucous, secreted during simple coryza, dry. To treat a cough, don't use cough syrups (you can see all cough syrups written in small cough suppressant) and avoid taking ginger tea at all. Take steam inhalation at least 2 times daily and gargle with salt water in morning. Drink black pepper tea with pinch of salt added to it. 2 times a day. If not relieved get an homoeopathic treatment.

Bronchitis (asthama) is inflammation of bronchus system. Majority of time problem is allergic in condition. Allergy are mainly due to dust pollution food fruits with pesticides etc. Mainly here we have to increase immunity so that no allergy can happen and well this done by homoeo medicines. Safe effective and cheap. CONSULT ME ON PRIVATE CHAT.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue. For further queries get back to me.
