This could be due to stress. You should keep your eyes moisturised by taking a good eye drops like genteal. Splash cold water on your eyes 3 times. Take break between your work many times. Eat dry fruits, seeds and nuts daily as they contain essential nutrients that keep your eyes in good health.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: - practice good oral hygiene. - brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. - don't forget to brush the tongue, too. - replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. - use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. - see your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. - drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. - chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

The best ayurveda herb for your case is 1. Crush a little raw ginger to make paste 2. Press the paste on a sieve 3. Extract ginger juice 4. Take 1 tsp ginger juice 5. Add 1 tsp honey 6. Mix well 7. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Avoiding Pitta-aggravating foods like spicy, heavy and oily foods, as well as tea and coffee. Enriching your diet with good foods, such as almonds, seafood and Buttermilk, can help your hair become healthier. Relaxing – as stress has been proven to lead to some hair loss. Protecting your hair from the damaging effects of the sun by covering it with a scarf or hat when you go out. Avoiding refined foods, refined sugar, junk food and alcoholic and carbonated drinks. Increasing intake of fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables and vegetable juice prepared from lettuce, carrot, capsicum and alfalfa. Avoiding the usage of chemical products on the hair. Try herbal oils like nillibhringadi and shampoos instead.

Hello lybrate-user, as you are suffering from psoriasis since a long time, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.

Husainali, sex in supine position with wife down and pillow under buttocks. Lie down for 10min after ejaculation. This will help you to achieve pregnancy. Please also plan relations in fertile period

My bone density is -1. 5. I am around 60+. What do you sugest me about medicine? is it calcium with d3?

Welcome to lybrate, this is Dr. Hitin mathur from new delhi. You are suffering from osteopenia or low bone density. I would suggest that you should get your vitamin d levels done fasting and if the levels are low, you'll need supplements depending on the vitamin d levels. Besides that you can start tab osteophos 70 mg's once a week on empty stomach. Remember not to lie down for half an hour at least after taking this medication as it may cause acidity. This drug is meant to improve your bone density and is to be taken for 1 year. Calcium supplements will continue lifelong. Get your bone density repeated after 1 year.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! Try to take protein from natural sources only, but if you are very keen to take that protein powder then buy any branded protein powder from a reliable store (don't take any other supplement apart from this). It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

1- capsule guggul 500 mg twice daily with water, morning empty stomach and after dinner 2- oat bran like bagrrys or any brand 20 gm may be mixed in wheat aata while preparing rotis and such rotis are to be consumed daily 3- trifala churna 5 gm with warm water at bed time continue for 3-4 months, give feed back after every month.

Boost your calorie intake at every homemade meal. Increase portion sizes, but if you have a light appetite, add calories to the food you do eat. Sprinkle nuts over your morning cereal; toss avocado in salads and spread into sandwiches; stir pasta with olive oil before adding sauce; and choose starchy, rather than leafy, vegetables, as side dishes. An ounce of nuts adds 167 calories, a tablespoon of olive oil, 124 calories, and a cup of avocado cubes, 240 calories.
