Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Yes,your son will have to wear glasses as right now there is no other option.Dont worry,initially it will be problematic for your son but as time passes,he will get used to it.Myself is a homoeopath and although I prescribe homoeopathic medicines,and exercises with which eyesight improves but right now your son is too small for medicines but yes I can do one thing right now,I can prescribe you a Homoeopathic Medicine used as a tonic to strengthen eye muscles,just 10 drops to be given once a day along with an eye rotation exercise for next 1-2 years.We will have a review after every 4 months for any change in eyesight anf after he is 5 years old there we will decide the future course or may be by then his eyes are normal with this tonic and exercise.But for this make your son wear glasses and then consult me for medicine and exercise.

Sir, 2 months before I am operated for ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) reconstruction in sports injury center, Safdarjung, New Delhi. But till now I am having difficulty in walking, I can't walk properly and for long distance. So, I want to know that how long will it take to get perfect in walking and without any difficulty. I regular do advised exercises but apart this, is there any need for physiotherapy to recover fast.

Normal delivery has nothing to do with sex. It is a natural phenomenon. Your doctor will decide once the baby head is fixed. If the pelvis is adequate for the baby weight, she can go for normal delivery.

Dear user, You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. It would take few months for your Menstrual cycle to reset on fixed dates like before, bcz in the first few months intermittent bleeding does not allow the cycles to stabilise.

Suffering from a anxiety disorder from many years. Thorough treatment from two years. Mainly health anxiety, ocd about health and disease, blood pressure phobia. Currently on FLUVOXAMINE 100 and Metoprolol succinate 50 mg. Since march 2014. Fluvoxamine is very hard to tolerate, increasing anxiety and panic even trivial health issue. But doctor still is stick to it, even trying to increase dose. I am helpless some times. Mornings are terrible. Sleep quality is good.

Eat Like an Olympian and Improve Your Body's Strength

If you have been following the recently held Rio Olympics, you may have been left astounded by the sheer strength, stamina and performance on display. For a strong body that scores high on the stamina meter, it is important to exercise well. But there is one other thing: food. The way one eats, is the way one performs in the physical sense. Ayurveda is an ancient medical science that places special emphasis on the way we eat as this finally dictates the way our bodies react to physical challenges as well as the onset of diseases and aging. Let us find out how we can eat like an Olympian.

  1. High Performance: For high physical performance, Ayurveda places special emphasis on the removal of Ama from the body. Ama are the toxins that build up in one’s body. There are various kinds of food that can lead to a high level of Ama, and other kinds of food that can help in flushing the Ama out of the system. Therefore, it is important to eat food that supports the digestive system in terms of maximum absorption of nutrients and routine elimination of toxins. This is a balancing act of the digestive system and its fires, which are known as Agni in Ayurveda. This process also lowers the stress levels significantly, which in turn has a positive bearing on the way our bodies perform when faced with physical pursuits.
  2. Balance, Strength and Speed: In order to be able to run and perform well within a certain time frame, it is important to build balance and strength. Ayurveda has a number of herbs like Shilajit and Ashwagandha that will help in this process. These kinds of herbs can be used to season salads and other dishes so that one gets a healthy dose of the same. Indian Gooseberry, Persian Rose and Coriander are some of the other herbs that can also be used for this purpose.
  3. Resistance and Endurance: In order to build resistance and endure with full strength, on the playing field, one will need to eat healthy food on a regular basis. As per Ayurveda, it is important to eat your meals in a routine manner and include all food groups within the span of a single day. Fruit, fresh green vegetables, and dairy products are all required for transporting fuel through various parts of the body for good digestion, absorption of nutrients for better energy, and high performance.
  4. Muscle Tone: In order to improve one’s muscle tone, one can have plenty of Amla berry. This is also known as the Indian gooseberry. The muscle tone can also be improved with other vitamin C rich foods. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

I am suffering from severe cough and cold from one month. So what remedies should I take.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or the lungs.These coughs should not be suppressed to the point that they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately.

Hi, Always be happy and make others a part of this happiness too! Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Take diet in hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea,coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress. Take Some Relax during work. Proper follow up you can feel better and control weight also.

Hello consult your local eye specilist and get your eye sight checked there is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 22 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

See first you should stop all sexual activity like masturbation addiction is the causes of your stomach pain avoid fast or spicy food do yoga daily or exercises try to stay busy doing activities that engage you in other ways besides masturbation. Sublimate by doing things like writing, painting, drawing, playing a musical instrument, or playing sports. Eat healthy and try to cultivate some kind of skill that gives you pleasure and focuses your brain.
