Dear Lybrate user. The transparent clear liquid which comes out of your penis while having foreplay, speaking to a girl, watching porn etc is called pre-cum. This is a natural procedure and you don't have to stop it. Pre-cum is used as a lubricant on the penis glans, when the penis enters the vagina. Please understand. This is never a health problem. Don't worry. Take care.

Is there any problem using ipill-72 or nowill 72 for more than 3 times in month nd more than 15 times in a year. Please help me with detailed information. And she some times has irregular periods and heavy pain and bleeding for 2-3dyas during periods time.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist,
Is there any problem using ipill-72 or nowill 72 for more than 3 times in month nd more than 15 times in a year. Plea...
iPill or 72 named tablets are called Emergency Contraceptive pills. These are to be used in emergency for preventing pregnancy in cases of unprotected sex. It is meant to be used for couples who have very infrequent sex, or for prevention of pregnancy in cases of rape etc. BUT it cannot be used for more than 1 time a month, as it contains ;large amount of hormones which can disturb the menses cycle of the lady who takesit for next few months. So when even 1 tablet can cause so much havoc, imagine what will happen if it is taken for more than 3 times. If a couple is having frequent sex, more than 1 per months then the female partner should take regular oral contraceptive pills which are to be taken for 21 days ....... In your case the irregular periods are due to the ipill, stop using them and go for regular OCPills........Meet a gynecologist to know more about how to use OCpills and to protect from pregnancy. If a couple is NOT married, then they should use condoms for sex, as it protects both against pregnancy and also against sexually transmitted illnesses.

I have very low sex time hardly 1 min. I am pure vegetarian means no egg no drink no smoking. My height is 5.6 and weight is 82 kg, I have 40% disability in my left leg. Please help me how I can increase my sex time.

Sexologist, Mumbai
Have lot of foreplay .Do not hurry for penetration. Hugging. Kissing.oral sex. Are the different ways of enhancing pleasure. Have penetration as last option. You can masturbate before you meet your partner, as getting excited faster may be the commonest reason. Disability has nothing to do with pleasure and sex.

First time intercourse is alwyz painful. It will be alright as the time goes by. Sexual arousal is most important before doing sex. It relaxes the muscle and smoothen the path. Soo give some time in foreplay. And if this continued then you need some treatment. And fr your husband it will be alright if he follows some advise. Contact me in private soo that I can query more and can give some advise.

Lemon (Neembu) - Reasons Why You Should Use it in Your Diet?

Lemon (Neembu) - Reasons Why You Should Use it in Your Diet?

A lime may be one of the smallest things when you go shopping for fruits and vegetable shopping, but it is one of the richest. The health benefits that a lime carries are just too many, and it packs in too much of goodness. While the vitamin C is what immediately comes to our mind, there is more to it. Read on to know some of the most common benefits of the small, powerful lemon.

  1. A powerhouse of essential vitamins and minerals: A lime is a source of various vitamins and minerals, including potassium which is essential for heart health, good nerve function, and maintaining blood pressure levels. It also reduces cancer as it contains antioxidants and bioflavonoids.
  2. Fights infection: We all know lime to be very good at fighting cold and cough. Not just that. It even is useful in more severe infections like cholera and E.coli infections. As cholera is transmitted by food, adding lime to foods helps prevent this transmission.
  3. Heart healthy: Lime is rich in antioxidants which keep the arteries healthy and improve blood circulation. They also reduce the buildup of plaque in the walls of the arteries. This also reduces hardening of the arteries, reduces the onset of blood pressure, and improves overall heart health. Including lime peel and lime oil in the diet can provide these benefits.
  4. Drink to your health: Starting the morning with a glass of lime juice (with some honey added to taste) can be the best way to start the day. It provides energy and boosts you to begin the day like nothing else can.
  5. Glowing skin and hair: After squeezing out the juice from the lime, rub the lime onto your face and see the skin glowing. If that sounds not feasible, apply lime oil to your face to keep the skin elastic and youthful. Applying lime to the hair is a natural way to keep the hair shiny and black.
  6. Moving the joints: Uric acid can accumulate in the joints and cause bone pain and discomfort. Citric acid from the lime ensures this uric acid accumulation is reduced, thereby reducing gout and inflammation.
  7. Weight loss: The citric acid is an excellent fat burner, and drinking two glasses of warm lime water per day can show obvious results in a week’s time.
  8. Add fragrance to your food: Lemon oil which is made from the peel can be used as a good flavouring agent to many dishes including curries and pickles. While the tanginess is not considerable like using a full lime, it still gives the fragrance and flavour of a lime.

With these benefits, the next time you go vegetable shopping, don’t forget to throw in a couple of lemons.

Hi Dr, I have one more question, I am 35 years old married woman with two daughter's, I want to know is anal sex good or bad, my husband sometimes does anal sex with me, I allow him because he loves doing it, but I don't enjoy so much, I allow him as I don't have choice, pls tell me is anal sex good or bad.

Hi Dr, I have one more question, I am 35 years old married woman with two daughter's, I want to know is anal sex good...
Anal sex can expose its participants to two principal dangers: infections due to the high number of infectious microorganisms not found elsewhere on the body, and physical damage to the anus and rectum due to their fragility. Risk of injury to the woman is significantly higher because of the durability of the vaginal tissues compared to the anal tissues.

Hi, I am 31 years old and expecting to be pregnant for first baby. I did follicular study and on a) 14th day of my periods scan doctor told that there is one follicle in the right ovary measuring 1.8*1.8, left it is 2.3*2.3 and both the follicles are in the stage of rupturing. My lining was 10.5. B) Me and my husband had intercourse on 14, 15, 16th days. C) On 17th day I took scan again and both the follicles are ruptured and lining is 14. D) On my 18th day I felt dizzy and nausea. E) on 19th day I was suffering from lower abdominal pain and dizziness. F) One of the neighbor who is a practitioner (not a gynaec) told me to check for beta hcg on 20th day itself since I had abdominal pain on that day and I took hcg. The result was 1.2. I think it was too early to detect pregnancy. G) Today is my 22nd day and from morning I am getting a white discharge total wetting feeling but when I checked it was creamy and feeling urinating frequently. Kindly advise the chances of pregnancy and when should I test.

best thing is to wait till ur dates of next expected date of periods... if u dont concieve we can see.. 18 th day nausea and dzziness are not relaed to pregnancy..all symptoms of pregnancy can happen only after missing periods, usually.. never so early.. I would like to bring to u some modification in the ovulation protocol that u followd.. do not do blind intercourse.. PLEASE DO IT ONLY AFTER CONFIRMED OVULATION. or it is a waste

Mai daily mere bf ka sperm piti hu, Kya sperm pine se bhi pregnancy ho sakti hai?

PDDM, MHA, MBBS

Mai daily mere bf ka sperm piti hu, Kya sperm pine se bhi pregnancy ho sakti hai?
No, it's not possible to get pregnant from oral sex alone. Sperm must get into the vagina — and eventually up through the cervix into the uterus.

Drinking a cup of tea everyday helps in keeping the gums and teeth healthy as it contains high amounts of flouride and flavonoids which prevent harmful bacteria from sticking to the teeth.
