What is sexual desire?
It is the attraction that manifests itself in a physical way, which leads to sexual excitement, peak and intercourse for satisfactory sexual activity. This is considered a normal part of the physiological make up of human beings. Yet, there are individuals who suffer from complete lack of desire, which may be categorised as an often unnoticed health issue. This can affect both men and women. So what else should you know about lack of desire? Here's our list!

  1. Lack of Desire for Women: Women often go through phases where they experience complete lack of sexual desire. This could be due to a variety of reasons, starting from hormonal changes to stress. This condition is usually known as Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder for women. This can be due to a combination of physical as well as mental factors.
  2. Lack of Desire for Men: Lack of desire for men is usually characterised by a condition known as erectile dysfunction where the patient may have a problem in getting and retaining an erection for long enough to go through with a complete cycle of sexual activity. The causes for this may range from ailments like low testosterone, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, to stress.
  3. Frequency: Contrary to popular belief, lack of sexual desire does not happen due to less frequency of sex, for either male or female patients. As per medical studies, there is no set behaviour or pattern that can create low sexual desire.
  4. Relationship Issues: The issues may range from conflict and lack of performance as well as an utter lack of any kind of emotional stability and satisfaction in the relationship. This is one of the most common causes for lack of desire for both males and females. It may lead to complete lack of sexual interest for females, and stress that causes erectile dysfunction for males.
  5. Sociocultural Stress: Many times, there are many sociocultural factors that affect conditions like lack of desire. This may include stress due to one's job or peer pressure. In many cases, constant exposure to media executed imagery and pornography can also lead to unreasonable expectations. This can lead to stress and lack of interest in one's partner.
  6. Medical Issues: Lack of desire may also be a side effect of medical ailments like depression and other mental related problems. Also, chronic physical ailments like endometriosis, fibroids and thyroid disorders can lead to such problems. Lack of desire may happen due to certain types of medicines like antidepressants and contraceptives.

It's common. While sometimes it can be a sign of a problem, other times it's just part of life. Erections happen as a result of many physical processes. Body parts have to move, expand and contract. Nerves have to respond to stimuli, and blood has to flow in the right directions at the right pressure. Dear, White coat hypertension is a psychological disorder. In order to treat it, check your blood pressure at home by using digital sphygmomanometer..• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. 1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Hairfall can be due to number of reasons such as: - prolonged/ severe illness such as typhoid, tb, major surgery - crash dieting, anemia - hormonal imbalance - hypothyroidism, pcod etc - intake of drugs such as some antihypertensives, anticoagulants - deficiency of various essential nutrients. - in males, it could also be because of genetic factors and dht the cause should be treated if possible. Treatment of the cause, where possible, is important. General precautions include: - take diet rich in iron, calcium and proteins - use mild shampoos only (shampoos generally do not regrow hair, only prevent excessive fall) - do not use excessive chemicals on hair - also, avoid procedures such as ironing, hot air blow drying of hair, rebounding etc.

Hi, dark underarms are generally caused by sweating, improper cleaning, dead skin cells, and friction caused as a result of different qualities of clothes. In some people dark underarms could be due to the alcohol content in the deodorants or the shaving products that they use. Another common cause of dark underarms is plucking and shaving. Every time you pluck or shave it causes micro-abrasions. These wounds on healing cause darkening of the skin. Tips to help you whiten your underarms in a natural manner: - scrubbing your armpits with an exfoliating scrub of your choice for about five minutes daily is the first step to whiten your dark underarms. - aloe vera gel when rubbed over the underarms in a similar manner also has the same effect as cleansing them. - raw grated potato juice helps bleach your skin and whiten your underarms naturally. - cucumber juice also has the same effect. - regularly rub a slice of lemon over your underarms and see the difference. - also, once you are done with your shower, you could take some baking powder and rub it onto your underarms. - another tip of for whitening dark underarms naturally is using a paste made using one tablespoon curd, one teaspoon milk (natural), and one teaspoon gram flour. Add a little turmeric powder to this paste and liberally apply on your armpits. Wash it completely once it dries off. - mixture made from sandalwood powder and rose water can work wonders and help whiten your underarms. - another mixture that can help is lime juice and coconut oil in equal proportions sprinkled with a dash of turmeric powder. Apply this to your underarms and rinse in about 20 minutes or so. If you are wondering how to whiten your underarms overnight try waxing. Waxing helps you get rid of your underarm hair and also help in the removal of dead skin cells, leaving your underarms looking clean. Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! It is not true that Masturbation will cause small penis/ or bend or lack of proper sex and weakness The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. Hello lybrate-user, tretin contains a molecule called tretinoin which is photosenstive i. E it can make your skin more prone to sun tanning. Thus its prudent that you apply a good sunscreen like la shield sunscreen gel in morning and afternoon. Meanwhile I would suggest you to discontinue further use of tretin and instead use a detanning cream like melaglow cream twice a day to bring back your original skin tone.
