As I am in 3rd semester on my pregnancy. So pls provide me the food intake chart.
1. Proteins: Especially essential during 3rd trimester (7th to 9th months of pregnancy). for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi) 2.Carbohydrates Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important during pregnancy to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 3.Iron : Especially essential during 6th to 8th months of pregnancy). Helps in production of haemoglobin and transportation of oxygen to blood cells. 1. Largest mineral found in our blood which also helps in producing energy. . 2. Different Ways to Boost Women's Health

Diploma in Nutrition
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Secunderabad
Different Ways to Boost Women's Health

Women's health concerns are a little different from those of men. If you're a woman, these tips will soon have you feeling fit and energetic.

Eat a healthy diet: you want to eat as close to a natural foods diet as you can, that means a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and fewer processed foods. Eat whole grains and high-fiber foods and choose leaner cuts of meat, fish, and poultry. Include low-fat dairy products in your diet as well - depending on your age, you need between 800 and 1, 500 milligrams of calcium daily to help avoid osteoporosis. Avoid foods and beverages that are high in calories, sugar, salt, and fat.

Apple cider vinegar in water is the best way to start your day. This bitter drink helps to stimulate the stomach's digestive juices, to help with food digestion. Try taking two teaspoons in water 10 minutes before breakfast.

Healthy eating will help you maintain a proper weight for your height, which is important because being overweight can lead to a number of illnesses. Try some raw vegetables, such as celery, carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, or zucchini with a dip made from low-fat yogurt.

Exercise: you want to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week, if not every day. Aerobic exercises (walking, swimming, jogging, bicycling, dancing) are good for women's health in general and especially for your heart

Manage stress: no matter what stage of her life - daughter, mother, grandmother - a woman often wears many hats and deals with a lot of pressure and stress. Take a few minutes every day just to relax and get your perspective back again. It doesn't take long, and mental health is important to your physical well-being.' you also can manage stress with exercise, relaxation techniques, or meditation.

Avoid risky habits: stay away from cigarettes and people who smoke. Don't use drugs. If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Most women's health studies show that women can safely consume one drink a day

1] morning sickness[ vomiting in pregnancy] is caused due to less blood sugar level in the morning. Take some glucose biscuit on the bed on awakening before getting out of bed. This will give you relief. 2] if you can not eat enough at a time then take small frequent meals. Do not remain empty stomach for more then 3 hrs. 3] take sips of glucose water three or four times in a day. 4] eat one apple daily for betterment of baby. 5] now you should start calcium supplement if you can not drink milk.

Before ovulation occurs, the average diameter of the dominant follicle is 22 to 24 mm (range 18-36 mm). It is the only marker that can predict ovulation with ease. * In stimulated cycle (hormonal treatment), generally, all or most of the antral follicles grow. The growth rate will be different for each of them. YOu can conceive.

Is there any possibility to getting pregnant by oral sex? As he have a oral sex with his gf.

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Haldwani
Hello- No, you can't get pregnant following oral sex. The truth is, a girl can't get pregnant this way, even if she swallows sperm. But you can catch STIs through oral sex, including gonorrhoea, chlamydia and herpes. It's safer to use a condom on a penis if you have oral sex.

My wife is approx 1 month pregnant. Will it affect our baby if we have unprotected sex from now. Please suggest.

My wife is approx 1 month pregnant. Will it affect our baby if we have unprotected sex from now. Please suggest.
Sex during pregnancy will not directly harm your baby. An amniotic sac and the muscles of your uterus protect your baby. Additionally, a thick mucus plug seals the cervix. This plug protects the baby from infections and assures the penis never comes into contact with the fetus. In most cases, sex during pregnancy will not hurt the baby; however, there are some exceptions. If you are experiencing any of the following, you will want to discuss whether you can have sex with your partner. High risk pregnancy a history of pre-term labor or miscarriages unexplained vaginal bleeding or cramping placenta previa multiple fetuses an incompetent cervix.
