This is a passing phase in life of every woman-menopause. No hormone tests or treatment. Let her be busy with routine activities, make her net savvy to be connected to virtual world. Stay away from negative friends and relatives. Get her tested for heart, eyes, bones as bones start losing calcium and are more prone to fractures. Give her vitamins and calcium supplements through high protein diet and medicines-shelcal 500/day + nutrisan /day. Avoid bad fats, salt and sugar. Get back here with reports after 15 days.

No need to worry, there is not a big problem. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs.

Hi, There is no chance of getting pregnancy because you have taken ipill with in 72 hrs. So don't worry. White discharge is called as leucorrhea. If your periods are late may be because of hormones imbalance like estrogen progesterone FSH LH Thyroid hormones disturbances orelse PCOD. The home remedies for leucorrhoea or leukorrhea include eating a healthy and nutritious diet, practicing good hygiene, exercising regularly, and using a decoction made of fenugreek seeds and basil leaves. Other home remedies include coriander seeds, mango, neem, aloe vera, okra, Indian gooseberry, and bananas. Maintaining good hygiene will also help you prevent many vaginal infections and also provide relief from the existing symptoms. Leucorrhoea is a condition where there is a white, sticky, and smelly discharge from the vagina. This discharge is generally helpful in flushing out bacteria and other harmful toxins from the body. A pale white, clear or odorless discharge is commonly seen in all women, especially during the menstrual cycle. Sometimes this discharge changes color, and has a bluish tint or is yellow, green or brown. Some women might discharge just a few drops, while others may have a continuous discharge. Estrogen imbalances cause leucorrhea. So once consult a doctor to rule out what is the exact reason.
