How to loose weight fast. Need attain 70 kg. Am now 90 kg. How to attain goal ASAP.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow some instructions as stated below: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drinking excessive alcohol or eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Alter your lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. Try to go to bed early (before 10 pm is ideal) and wake up early as well (between 5 am and 6 am is good for a start). 3. Be physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch TV whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Try to eat healthy and eat on time – Not only eating healthy is important but also eating at the right time is equally important. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here’s a sample diet you can follow: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

Hello, Kindly tell me latest reading of BP and sugar and also tell me weather you have consulted to eye specialist or not as I your mother case there are possibility of 1. cataract 2 glaucoma 3. refractory errors etc. and also we can not go for any surgery with out control of BP and Blood Sugar

This is 25 years old female, who has been suffering severe sinusitis since last three years. Taking only over the counter medications with some relief. I am facing symptoms like .breathing difficulty. Chest tightness on left side. Recurrent headaches. Lightheadedness. I have nose deviated nasal septum. *Take healthy food --- seeds, pulses, fruits, vegetables etc. *Avoid fried foods, processed food and junk food * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water, have fruits and keep hydrated. * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this problem. Take homoeopathic medicine Calcarea carb 200----5 drops in the morning only on Wednesdays and Sundays for 20 days.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Dear lybrate-user, Your father in law is suffering from Diabetic neuropathy which means that his nerve cells are affected by high sugar and it starts burning, tingling. The treatment is to control sugar very well, stop smoking, avoiding alcohol and taking appropriate treatment from your doctor. Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Dear sir/madam, I want some suggestion. Which vegitables or which type of food I should take to prevent the high production of uric acid. Because I had a very hard pain in my gouts due to excess of uric acid in my body.

Very pertinent question. Please tell and educate your friends about gout and food. 1) please do not take any uricosuric medicines for gout during acute inflammatory stage. These medicines itself may flare up gout. Only nsaids to reduce inflammation. 2) diets and dos nad donts: although there are no foods that do not contain uric acid itself, people who are concerned with reducing the level of uric acid in their body should know which foods contain high levels of purine. A) take plenty of oral fluid at least 3 - 4 liters per day. It helps to wash away uric acid from your systems through kidney and prevents to form crystals and precipitate in synovial cavities of the joints. Urinary alkalinisation (making urine alkaline) - promotes uric acid solubility. B) avoid all animal proteins (particularly red meat) and stop taking any animal organs like liver, kidneys etc. Occasional (avoiding is good) small fishes and small amount of chicken is allowed. C) avoid all vegetable seed particularly - spinach, tomato, brinjal, pulses etc. Strain or separate it out before cooking. Though beans are also contains purine but less. Beans in moderate quantity and soybeans do not harm that much. D) avoid bread - many bread products have yeast, a main ingredient that has excessive quantities of purine. Yeast creates a hostile environment in the body by disrupting its acidity. You could develop kidney stones and bladder problems. Chapati is best alternative. E) avoid asparagus and mushrooms - because of high uric acid content. F) avoid high oxalate containing food - that facilitates formation of kidney stone in presence of uric acid. G) a higher level of consumption of dairy products is associated with a decreased risk. H) moderate intake of purine-rich vegetables or protein is not associated with an increased risk of gout. Remember - a raised blood urate (hyperuricaemia) with no symptoms does not mean a patient will inevitably develop gout. A medicine thiazide diuretic raises uric acid level, may not produce gout. If gout develops however then it is prudent to stop thiazide. Raised uric acid is associated with other factors such as hypertension, dehydration, hyperlipidaemia there is also a theoretical risk of hyperuricaemia with low carbohydrate diets, due to higher protein content. You may need evaluation with rgu, ultrasound and urine culture. If any abnormality in the reports like stricture or bladder neck contracture found then you will need cystoscopy and viu or bni. In case of infection in urine then treat that first.
