Lybrate-user its natural to feel that but for sometime. You need to understand the person whom you have lost had that much of account in your life. Also when you keep thinking about them it troubles them az well. You need to push yourself to be busy else you will get into severe depression, leading to medication and may be some serious problem. If you wish to become a patient you please keep doing what you are doing, else make your self busy and surrounded by welwishers friends and positive people.

I am suffering from asthama since 32 years and I am using deriphyllin tabs and injections with betnesol injection. Now I can not walk little distance I am getting wheesing. Any medicines to improve this ?

You are on wrong line of treatment. Try foracort 400 2 puff twice/day with spacer, tab ventidox m 1tab/day at 5 pm. Try to reduce inj betnesol if possible. Nebulization with solbair I 3-4/day

Most common causes of these symptoms are viral fevers. Paracetamol, plenty of fluids, symptomatic medicines may help.

I have a red color pimples on my whole back shoulder for more than three years. I went to check with one skin specialist, he said it's a pimple for high cholesterol in your body. But I am not fat and at the same time I reduced to intake of oil foods very low. But the issue is not clear, its getting increase only. Please advice me what will I do for this problem.

Dear user, pimples are because of improper diet habits, which vitiates rakta (blood) in our body and then such kind of symptoms will observed. Its not enough to reduce oily food only along with that you have to follow proper diet regime along with some medicines which purifies the blood. Avoid spicy and deep fried food avoid sour food like curd, pickles etc avoid irregularity in diet use pomogranate, manuka, khajur in diet take murabba of amla, gulkand eat home made diet like chapati moong dal and rice for medicines please consult me in private, I will suggest you according your history thank you.

I have depression since three years and I stopped antidepressants before six month. I am working in a college as a lab assistant. It's a less pressure and less hour work. But salary is less and my wife don't want to adjust. I get an offer from one company with good salary so I joined it just to test myself taking leave at current work. My opinion is to find some other earning source.

hi shiv, your concern with your job and your relation is understood able. first you need to decide what you want to work, as less time job and less salary will not be helpful for you in future. give yourself time and think what you exactly want to do, and also talk to tour wife what she wants from you.also explain her your needs to her.

Hi Raza Khan., If we think from the current practice of the medicine the ayurvedic treatment of acne varies from person to person, individuals prakruti i, e body constitution, age, diet and life styles. In classics different modalities of treatment has been mentioned like shodhana (Panchakarma-detoxification procedure of the body), Shamana (internal medicine). Medication:- 1. Apply acnovin cream on the spots before going to bed. 2. Lodhradi churna-use this powder as a face pack mixed with rose water. 3. Cap Tiktamrith-1 cap thrice a day after food. For 1 month. Tips:- 1. Clean & clear the face at least 3 times a day. 2. Keep the face oil free. 3 f. Avoid heavy fast & junk food stuffs. 4. Avoid spicy & more salty ood. 5. Don’t handle the acne like using nails and all. 6. Instead of soap one can use the herbal face pack to clean the face 7. Don’t rub the face offenly while face wash. 8. of Take plenty fruits.

Hi  my age is 22 and I have a problem of overweight of 20 kgs from 4years. I need some suggestions.
1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation. 9. Take 1 tab medohar vati twice daily..upto 1 month.

hi, since your age here showing that you are in the menopausal stage so these symptoms are normal. This is not a disease and every woman has to through this phase. I would suggest you to get your physiological health check up done first.Get your CBC, blood pressure, blood sugar, thyroid and lipid profile done along with vit B12 and vit D. you may show me the test results here on lybrate for further discussion. Eat healthy light food, drink lots of water and take good rest. And go for a brisk walk daily for at least half an hour.

Everybody has tensions and stress. What is important is how you perceive the stress and react to it. Counselling helps to modify your perceptions to situations which make you anxious. 1. See the problem in small bits and pieces and try to solve each piece separately. Don't look at the problem as a whole because it can be very overwhelming and scary. See, which parts you can solve on your own and where you can take help from others. Do you need to learn an extra skill to be able to solve a particular part of the problem? then learn that skill. For eg. If you get anxious about your finances and don't know how to manage it well enough to cover you for the future, then take help of friends, experts who know the subject well. Also you can learn yourself some ways to manage your funds better. You can take classes or go on the net to educate yourself etc. 2. Everybody makes mistakes and nobody is perfect. Make room for mistakes and errors. This way you will learn from your errors and help in making better judgement next time. 3. Take external help: you need not take all the pressure. Delegate jobs to people who have the time and the knowledge to do it. It's important to network and have a sound support system of friends, colleagues, relatives, professionals, who can pitch in at the time of need. 4. Prioritise: learn to prioritise tasks and identify which are not important and do less of those. This way you will have more time on your hands to attend to what is more important. 5. Organise and plan: try to foresee the future and predict what can happen and then have a plan. If one plan fails, then have a backup plan. Successful people usually think through their problems from different angles and come up with different solutions if one doesn't work out. 6. Be flexible: be alert and notice if things are not working out the way you had wanted. Be ready to make last minute changes to your plan. It doesn't mean that you had made a mistake, it just means that some things are beyond your control and these things may not happen as you had predicted. You are willing to modify. 7. Have hope and faith: that's the most important aspect. Have hope that things will work out well. If not now. Maybe later. Have faith in your own strengths and other people. Trust god and leave it to him. If it has to happen it will one day. Meanwhile, tell yourself that you did your best. If things don't work out, then don't be hard on yourself and others. There's always another day. Cheers.

Respected Sir, I am an Engineer, having my own business related to Agriculture and Gardening. I feel depressed most of the time, as I am on my own and have nobody to support or encourage during my business and financial depressions. My wife is a spend thrift who does't care about my financial problems. I have aged parents to take care. My only consolation is, my children are outstanding in their studies. But when I think about my future, I always feel a knot in my stomach and feel unhappy. I don't even get a sound sleep and have a very disturbed sleep. Even a slight sound makes me wide awake. I don't know what to do. What is my trouble and how to come out of this?

You need to stop worrying about losses and gains and your wife spending// You count your blessings. Do exercise/ meditation/ yoga/ Pranayama/walking in a systematic manner. Dont worry no one takes interest in you. Talk to your wife and children about it freely they will help you. Try CBT. Sleep well./eat regularly Check your health with blood tests/ Look forwards not backward/ Take courage and challenge yourself to recover.

Hello, If the diet is incorrect, no supplements might help. You should consume high protein,calcium and moderate carbohydrate diet. Do strength training and ensure you eat combination proteins at regular intervals.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease & develops due to blockages in the skin's hair follicles. These blockages are thought to occur as a result of the following four abnormal processes: a higher than normal amount of sebum production (influenced by androgens), excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation, colonization of the follicle by propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria, and the local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the over-production of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkercheif with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe the slightest sweat from your face as soon as you perspire. When you enter your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing facewash. Take a less carbohydrate rich diet. Do some exercise daily. Along with maintaing the aforesaid rules you can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach.
