Dear Lybrate User, *Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite,

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Drink at least cup of milk daily.
3. Apply coconut / til oil to your whole body and almond oil to your face at the time of bath. It will help to prevent dryness.
4. Use malai+turmeric+besan once in a day to look beautiful and fresh.
5. Take good sleep.

Hello lybrate user aapake undereye dark circles ka main reason hai aapaka tension aur stress. Aapaka face aapaki body aur dimagi health ka reflection hota hai ye pehale samajiye. So aapko apana tension kam karne k liye pehale try karana chahiye usako aap avoid nahi kar sakate to meditation, yoga uye chije sikhiye jisase aapaka mind relax hoga aur nind bhi aayegi. Dark circle kam karane k liye ek potato lijiye use mixture me grind karake usako juice nikaliye aur is juice ko apane dark circles pe lagaye 10 min bad dho daliye. Roj rat ko oil se sir pe massage kare usase nind acchi aayegi.

Please go to a gynecologist for regular check-up and do some tests. Preventive health check-up should be basically followed by all the women. It could be due to Hyper acidity 1.Take bland diet,Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy,oily, fatty and junk foods,onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Dont skip or postpone your meal,Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting,Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. You should be check thyroid test. And don't use medicine for weight loss. Drink more water. And go for walk and jogging and do exercise atleast 10 to 15 minutes. Consumed lukewarm water and half spoon methidana powder in the morning. Take healthy and heavy breakfast like vegetable daliya, upma, vegetable sandwich, poha, oats, cornflakes, sprouts use salad before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3big meals. Don't use table salt.

Hi, my mom is having the following symptoms since two weeks. Head ache Sleeplessness Neck pain Sometimes numbness in hands Please help. Its urgent. I am worried. She had the same problem previously and doctor prescribed sucral, happy-D She doesn't take tablets regularly and has not sickness most of the times. Please measure her blood pressure and hemoglobin at regular interval. Also a xray of cervical spine needs to be done to confirm spondylitis. For now give her Rhus tox 200 twice daily. If she is already taking any medicine that needs to be thought of again.
