I burnt my hand with bike silencer and it like water log what need to be done for this.

1.Put Ice cold water 2.Apply silver sulfa diazine cream locally 3.Don't puncture the blister 4. Take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food if there is pain 5.Take antibiotic to prevent infection 6.Consult doctor for advice

Do not use harsh soap 2. You can use Calamine lotion local application for Itching for 3-5 day 3. Mix a tsp each of honey,curd,green tea and pomegranate,apply it on face for ten minutes and wash off without soap.Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants.

Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

Greying of hair is generally due to certain deficiencies. Healthy diet fruits vegetables, fish and eggs help in hair issues. Using too much of hair cosmetics, colours, straightening etc worsen thus trouble. Also that if you have started getting grey hairs that means they should be treated so that further greying stops. Hi lybrate-user thanks for writing. There are lot of reson for hair fall. Like. 1. Anemia 2. Dandruff 3. Fungal infection of scalp 5. Seborrhoes dermatitis of scalp 6. Psoriasis of scalp 7. Eczema of scalp. 8. Nutritional deficiency 9. Chemotherapy or rediotheraphy in cancer treatment. In your case first we hv to rule out cause of hair fall. Than accordingly we can treat it. Tips for hair fall 1. Try to take our holistic natural medicines for assure result with in 15 days with out side effect. 2. Avoid direct sun exposure to hair. 3. Calcium, along with many important functions in our body, also regulates normal skin color. It does so by stimulating melanocytes, the skin cells that produces melanin pigment. Also, when you provide higher calcium content to the upper epidermis of your skin, you help maintain effective barrier against moisture loss. This prevents skin from going dry which can also affect your skin making it darker. Milk also contains lactic acid which reduces skin’s pigmentation making your skin lighter in complexion. Get this: • Milk (preferably cow’s or goat’s milk)- 1 bowl • Washcloth Do this: • Take the bowl of milk and warm it a little. Now wash off using lukewarm water. Repeat this daily. 2. Mix yogurt, lemon juice and oatmeal to get make a face mask. Apply this to your skin. Leave it there for 15-20 minutes before washing off with water. 3. Add 1-2 tsp of honey to 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Apply this to your skin. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water. Repeat daily.
