Hi - for reduce tummy all must be dynamic lifestyles nut not sitting at one place or sedentary lifestyle. Low calorie diet, non fast, junk, cream, oily, spices full foods including restaurant meals. Most importantly there r some specific fat reduce exercises or yoga which you should do two time a day.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. For Gaining weight: Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Is it possible that one may have diabetes even after sugar level is within limit in sugar check up at morning fasting? I was get declared diabetes two years later but for the last two years I got my results of sugar checkup negative whenever I went for testing in morning with fasting condition. In Last two years I controlled my diet and I have not taken any medicine till now. Even though I feel fatigue very often so I am confused.

Check your hba1c level. If it is more than 6.5%, than you are diabetic, and having high sugar level at some time of the day. Fatigue feeling has many reasons apart from diabetes, so check with your doctor for the same.

I am male 41+, weight 83 kg. Now I recently start to going gym 4days in a week from last 3 months, I also tried herballife product for weight losing (now stopped), I have little male breast, and fat in my stomach and hips. Stomach not clears in morning. Feel drowsiness at work. What should I do?

If the disc bulge is acute you need to take rest along with medications. And if it's chronic more than 6 weeks you need to go for some extension exercise to build up back muscles along with hot fermentation with precautions of avoiding sudden jerks to the spine along with forward bending.

Hi, You don’t need to take male enhancement pills with never-before heard ingredients. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice Pelvic floor exercise or Kegel excercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. It makes the muscles of pelvis toned and strengthened! In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform Kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections.

I am in Bangalore. My daughter (2yrs 10months) has fever since Tuesday morning. She has cough as well.The pediatrician said its a regular flu and prescribed dologel for fever less than 102 and meftal for >102 fever. Earlier the fever came at 4 hrs intervals. Since yesterday morning , her fever came at intervals of around 7-8 hours. Is the line of treatment ok?

Hello. It is highly advisable that you never miss out your breakfast no matter how much busy you are. The best time to have breakfast and the most healthy one as well is from sunrise till 2 and half hours of sunrise for example if sun is rising at 6 am in your city than the best time for breakfast will be from 6 till 8: 30 am. Never skip breakfast, you can buy lots of fruits and keep it for your morning meal, fruits are a rich source of fiber and minerals, it is always advisable to have your breakfast as the heaviest meal of the day and on the other hand dinner as your lightest. Have fruits instead of having nothing and being empty stomach till your lunch. Make sure you are waking up half an hour early for your office if you are health cautious and don't want an inner body weakness as well as weight loss problems/weight gain problems. You can even consume fresh fruit juice, buttermilk, dalia, oats, sandwiches (brown bread). They are extremely easy to make/cook, and saves a lot of time besides are healthy in their nature as well.
