Hi, take plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to moisten your facial muscle. Take, protein rich diet. Your diet b easily digestible on time. Avoid, dust, smoke, intensified sun, caffien, alcohol, nicotine. Take homoeo medicine: @ berb aquaq-10 drops, thrice with little water, orally. @ echinaceaq-20 drops with 1/4 cup of water to clean your face, twice, dly. Take care.

Posture correction must. Avoid long sitting, toward bending and lifting weight. Do hot fermentation and rest if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment and do stretching exercise in daily routine.

You might be suffering from overt hypothyroidism which requires thyroxine suppliment. Get your Free T3 Free T4 and anti TPO antibodies test and consult any diabetologist or endocrinologist for starting Levothyroxine dose. TSH takes around 6 to 8 weeks to reflect its change after starting thyroxine suppliment.

Homoeopathic cream antimarks cream (biovalley) apply twice daily in circular fashion dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (homoeopathic suncare cream of bakson company), every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1. Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2. Take pulp from aloe vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good.

Even after putting her best in her family, Radha's husband was shouting at her again, her children were again complaining about the food, her mother-in-law about her joint pains and even when she had a million issues on her mind, the one bothering her most was her board presentation scheduled tomorrow in office.

Tired, exhausted and challenged she smiled remembering her mother's words-

'They say it's difficult to be a woman! You need to think like a man, act like a lady, and look like a girl and work like a horse.'

From an amoeba to higher species four aspects are common-Nutrition, Reproduction, Excretion and the fourth one is Stress. Working professional or a home maker, a woman's plate is always full with multiple projects and a huge list of things to do. Cooking, washing, cleaning, picking & dropping kids, homework, spouse attention, extended family, social obligations, and dependency on maids, over demanding workplace, sometimes obnoxious co-workers, and long commuting hours are facets that bother every woman today.

All these activities and stressing situations are disturbing. The human mind is not conditioned to handle so much. The result is emotional disturbance- anxiety, energy drain and undue stress.

We need to understand that we have the power to be happy, stress free, peaceful and only we can help ourselves. Hence it's important to take charge of situations causing stress. We should try to go easy on ourselves and accept the following:

We are not Durga or an Octopus with multiple hands: We need to understand our limitations and should not stretch ourselves. We can always ask for help from others. Sometimes people around us are just unaware about our needs. We should ask our family, friends, co-workers for help bluntly, rather expecting them to read our mind.

Don't try to control the uncontrollable:  We should not get tense unnecessarily when something happens unplanned and hampers your schedule. We need to accept facts -we can't change the weather, situations, how others behave. The best way is to relax and accept situations and re-plan your day.

Don't be a perfectionist: Expecting perfection from others adds on to our stress.  Not everyone can be organised like you. Your maid might not be able keep your home spotless, your daughter's hand writing could be as poor as the girl you hated in your class, and your co-worker might not be good in MS Excel. A perfectionist cannot delegate work. Be easy on yourself and on others. Most importantly don't nag people about issues; it can make them feel suffocated.

Self-compassion: Be compassionate with yourself too. Don't feel pressure to perform every time. Don't try to put extra efforts beyond your limit to please others. Give some room to others to make mistakes- after all people learn from them.

Stay on schedule: An organised approach to handle tasks always gives a pleasure of accomplishment and it's very important to design a balanced routine and stick to it. A 'Me Time' is very important when you budget your day.

Simplicity reduces stress:  Keeping less stuff helps us to manage and organise things better. Don't buy or store things you don't need.

Take care of your health: Our mind, body and soul are inseparable. Taking care of your health, practicing yoga, and exercising, eating a healthy diet is important to fuel better emotional well-being.

Tears are not sign of weakness! Don't feel guilty: Yeah! Shedding tears does not make you weak.  Don't feel miserable for being sensitive. Express yourself openly!

Be assertive in communication style: We can always put across our points assertively without sounding irritated, frustrated or angry. It's important to put your thoughts and difference of opinion constructively.

vomiting may be due food eat by road side. but eye red may be eye flu. take tab. emeset -4 mg sos. tab. lcz once a day after meal. use eye drop genty 1 to 2 drops twice a day. if symptoms persist again consult near by doctor for physically examination. welcome in lybrate

Any diet for cholera should be aimed at minimizing the debilitating effects of dehydration. This is especially true in order to allay the loss of body fluids and salts from the body. When giving a person some liquid to quench thirst, make sure to give it only in small quantities. This is because anything that is taken internally may be vomited by the patient. Giving the liquid in small quantities will allow it to stay longer in the stomach. In turn, every additional minute in the body means more absorption for the body. Diet for cholera should consist of the following: *Upon arising, the person should drink a glass of lukewarm water with a fresh lime along with a teaspoon of honey. *For breakfast, diet should consist of fresh fruits and a glass of fresh milk with honey or buttermilk as sweeteners. *For lunch, a patient should eat steamed fresh vegetables, wheat tortilla with butter, and a glass of buttermilk.

I am 57 years old male. Suffering from cervical spondolosys. X-ray show some reduction of gape between c-4 and c-5. Suffering since last 30 years. Now getting pain in the middle of spinal chord. Tell me what is the remedy ?

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Massage with your thumbs from the midpoints of your shoulder blade towards back of your head upto the lower edge of the ear on your either side. Use oil or water. Move only upwards only. Afterwards do arm rotation forward and backward slowdown report after 5 days. Please ask somebody to massage your spinal column from neck down up to sacral bone using both hands ie both thumbs on one side other fingers on other side do only from neck and not from sacral to the neck. You can also use a wooden roller purchased from a acupressure items shop. Try this first. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Consult after 5 days. Do not do from top to bottom. Wish you cure without medicine.
