I have a sore throat since two days. What should I do?
Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, cold drinks. Oily foods. If symptoms are from more days or again persist then do few tests for confirm causes of it.. cbc, x-ray chest. X-ray P.N.S. ..after tests consult again for best advice.

I am 26 old female married with two kids ,4 years back I had tubal ligation and now this year's from last three months I missed periods, light burning sensation in stomach above belly .feeling hunger. And one more thing every year in may or June in summer I used to get blood stools. Hello- It has nothing to do with your tubal ligation. You might be suffering from internal piles. Avoid spicy diet. Skip fasting. Make your bowel clear with the use of ayurvedic laxatives. Don't strain during defecation. Start Abhyaristha 2 tsp twice daily with equal water after meals.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Hi, If the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight.Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *Alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *Take GRD Powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk ,drink once a day

Hi, you should take plenty of water daily use little ghee or any other sort of oil in preparing food if you do not have any other health issues. Take alovera juice everyday internally and apply externally on the skin use some oil preferably coconut oil before taking bath all over the body. Or apply milk malay. Use some moisturiser while going outside.

Hello 1st you need to strong your will power. Set your mind dat you r best. Dis thought dat all bad unhealthy things or foods r bad for your body. Then after you should start to take healthy diet nd light walk which will increase your metabolism and will increase your appetite. You can use small diet in small frequent interval. You should take whole egg. Full cream milk. Any fruit shake with milk and sugar. Stuffed parantha with butter. Vegetable with dry fruits.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) and take it three times in a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) and take it three times in a day for a week and update with the feedback. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Hello I am 27 years old I am suffering from lack of sleep. My sleep time is 12 am to 9 am but I am not able to get proper sleep. Feel insomnia. I am shifting my side whole night and even not feeling comfortable and sleepy. This is second time happening. First time I wasn't able to sept for more than 20 nights and days as well. If you do 2 hours of Gymn, you require a good diet along with Rest, an Overtired Body is always restless and sleep deprived. Please do not take any sleeping tablets. Try taking a warm glass of milk+honey at bedtime + listen to some soothing music ,Avoid aggressive TV programmes and do read some motivational books like autobiographies. Give us a positive feed back after 2 weeks trial.

Hi, the yellow color of your teeth might be because of stains which can be superficial and deep or even it might be the natural hue of your teeth. If the they stains are superficial they can be removed by a complete scaling procedure. Deeper stains can be removed by bleaching which can also lighten the yellow shade of your teeth to a certain extent.

At this stage of age if you want to increase your height then do stretching exercise. And to loose your weight start taking lot of water to clean and refresh your body. Take salad before every meal start your day with lemon and honey water do work out get a reducing chart and follow it to bring your weight in 80s.

You just go for urine pregnancy test as if your periods are regular, there is a strong possibility that you may be pregnant but it doesnot confirm this until confirmed by a urine pregnancy test.
