Dear Lybrate user Start some streching exercise of back and leg muscles. It will relax the muscle. Take hot water formentation. Back muscle are going to stiff only that causes pain. When position change you feel pain as sitting from chair or table to standing position. Because basic muscle involves to perform that activity. Its may be due to sedentary lifestyle or less physical workouts like cycling, running,walking, etc.

Food sources of silica include cucumber, mango, green leafs, beans, celery, asparagus. Natural organic silica is also found in horsetail herb. Among some of the foods high in zinc are pumpkin seeds, fresh oysters, brazil nuts, eggs, pecans.

Use jaborandi hair oil 3/week and wash the hair with mild scalp cleanser 3/week. Food rich in proteins like sprouts, beans, nuts are good for hair. Green leafy vegetables are good source of iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. All this will form the foundation of hair. There are many reasons for hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, mal absoprtion, thyroid problem are few of the reasons. Treat the hair fall in time.

Hi a) take 30 ml of khadirarishta before meals, b) take 1 tsf of haridra khand after meals, c) take 1 tablet of gandharwa-haritaki vati at night before sleep do all these things for 15 days it gives you good result thanks.

It must be dengue although sometimes it happens that the test for dengue is negative though you may suffer from dengue. Give plenty of fluids. Visit nearest doctor. Don't ignore if there is any bleeding from any orifice of body. Avoid toothbrushing. Get well soon dear.

Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. Daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert.

As you are young and so there is still chances of gaining height. There are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen toslow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

I am experiencing some behavioural problems. I've started talking to myself a lot these days. Though this is my habit for the past few years but has considerably increased these days. I've started started to keep everything up to me only. My social life is almost zero . Now I don't like meeting people even my frnds. It's like I've become over shy and over introvert. I've even tried to hurt myself a few times. The main problem is that I act scenarios which are far away from reality when I am alone. I get completely involved in it till the time the scenario exists. My sleep is almost normal. I sleep like I am unconscious at that time. I feel very low self confidence. May be food is not assimilated properly. Observe the following to improve your digestive system---*Diet –Avoid fried, spicy and sour foods. *Maintain food timings-neither stomach should be empty nor heavy, frequent small helpings may be ok. *Prefer – whole grains, milk, curd, greens, fruits and such items which suit you. *Have timely and adequate sleep. *.Drinking lots of water is good .*Be relaxed and avoid tension *.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps digestion, dissipation of gases and nutrients reaching the body *Increased blood circulation, in turn, takes away toxins from the system making you more active agile and fit. Digestive disorder and flatulence bloats your abdomen causing pressure on other adjacent organs. Homoeopathy has good treatment for digestive problems without causing adverse effects. To start with, take Nux vomica 200 in the morning and in the evening for 6 days and give feedback.

Flat moles are hard to remove. They do not really go with creams, raised moles do. You can try for laser treatment. For thick and curly hair, use loreal professional expert shine curl shampoo and conditioner. Oil your had with coconut or almond oil before hair wash. Do not use shampoo nore than thrice a week.

- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums. - eat a balanced diet and limit snacking between meals. Carbohydrates and sugars feed dental plaque. - try an oral irrigation device, commonly known as a" water pick, to clear debris from around the gum line. - have your dentures aligned as needed.

Hair fall has various reasons. It is sometimes confused with thinning of hair. Nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid problem are few causes. What ever the reason is, it is very important to eat food which is rich in minerals, protein and iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp with jaborandi hair oil and wash it with mild scalp cleanser. Thinning needs scalp check. Consult trichologist.

Most important symptom is missed period. There r other symptoms but all of them appear 2 weeks after the missed period. Those r nausea, vomiting, breast fullness and increased urination. If you have a missed period then you should get urine pregnancy test done at home after 7 days of missed period to confirm it.

Get your blood checked for CBC and Lipid profile and revert back with reports and apart from walking do exercise regularly
