Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Hi this is Rahul. Here I have back pain and ulcer in mouth from last three days please suggest what should I do.
LOW BACK PAIN PHYSIO BALL EXERCISE DEAR, 1….The exercise ball is an exercise treatment option for back pain sufferers and is designed to help prevent or minimize further episodes of low back pain as part of a rehabilitation program. The exercise ball is effective in rehabilitation of the back because it strengthens and develops the core body muscles that help tostabilize the spine. With the exercise ball, also called a Swiss ball or physio ball, an element of instability is introduced to the exercise that one would not normally get in a floor exercise. The body responds naturally and automatically to this instability to keep balanced on the exercise ball. Over time, the muscles used to keep in balance on the exercise ball become stronger. In essence, individuals build strength in important back muscles and abdominal muscles without knowing it. •The exercise ball also uses what is called" proprioception, an awareness of where one's hand or foot is in relationship to space. The instability of the exercise ball provides the body with constant opportunities to evaluate its orientation in space, developing and training the body's natural awareness. Enhanced proprioception provides the body with increased balance and stability Simple and versatile way to start moving again after a back pain episode •Improved muscle strength •Greater flexibility and range of motion of the spine •Enhanced balance and coordination of core muscle groups used to stabilize the spine and control proper posture while using the exercise ball, which in turn reduces stress on the low back •Increased tendency to maintain a neutral spine position during exercise •In particular, many Swiss ball exercises are designed to bring movement to the spine in a controlled manner to help keep the discs nourished. Moving the vertebrae helps nourish the discs in the spine by increasing blood flow around the disc and by causing the water to flow in and out of the disc The exercise ball has additional applications in areas such as general fitness, strength or weight training, as well as exercise for pregnant women.

Sir, I am from Bangalore. I have a problem with my left foot and it has been diagnosed as CHARCOT FOOT on stage II. on 14.05.2014 I met with a small accident in which the front wheel of a car brushed my left foot which resulted in two small fractures which were not treated well during that time. Many ortho surgeons suggested that there is nothing wrong with the foot and I can walk normally. But my pain did not subside. My diabetologist suspected it to be Charcot foot and later it was confirmed. on the advise of a foot surgeon from M.V.Diabetic Centre, Royapuram, Chennai now I am using pneumatic shoe since 19.12.2014 (Ottobock-Germany)and I am not taking even one step with out the shoe. I will not have pain when I walk with the pneumatic shoe. Since last four months I am taking calcium tablets. Now I need your help in knowing the following. 1. Whether this Charcot foot is curable fully, if it can be, how long does it take. 2.Whether I can have normal physical activity using the pneumatic shoe. 3.is there any probability of the recurrence in case it cured and whether there is any possibility of the other foot being effected. 4. Or there any better alternative than the pneumatic shoe. 5. How I should conduct myself as for as my normal walking is concerned.

Hello I have back pain problem. I can't set all of properly. What should I do? _.
It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium levels in the body. If the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

Hi, I am 28 years old female not married I was 68 weigh I got back pain and leg pain please suggest about my health.
It may be due to disc buldge at l4-l5 level, causing sciatica (rediating pain in legs from lower back). Start physiotherapy. Treatment includes tens, us, and hot pack at lower back. Also some exercises according to your reports. You can send me your reports or just explain your symptoms for correct exercise plan for your problem. Msg me in my inbox with your details for slip disc exercise plan.

First he has to use foot drop splint. Consult with a neurologist and find out the reason of foot drop. At times it happen because of some nerve get compressed from the back. You can visit to a physiotherapist they usually give muscle and nerve stimulation and stretching and strengthening exercises.
