What are the foods eating daily life to make our sperm count more? And stronger and making increase are stamina?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
What are the foods eating daily life to make our sperm count more? And stronger and making increase are stamina?
Foods that increase sperm count are------------- 1. Bananas----bananas contain bromelain which is an enzyme that controls sex hormones. Bananas also contain vitamin a, b1 and c. These vitamins promote sperm production and also enable the body in improving its stamina. Eat 1-2 bananas daily------------- 2. Dark chocolate----------it contains an active ingredient known as l-arginine hcl. This helps in increasing the semen volume and it also raises sperm count. Eating dark chocolate can help men in having better orgasms.---------------------- 3. Garlic---------------------garlic is rich in allicin that helps in improving blood circulation. This in turn promotes blood circulation in the genitals and strengthens the sperms. Garlic also contains vitamin b6 and selenium which controls the secretion of sex hormones and reduces sperm damage.------------------------ 4. Pomegranates--------------pomegranates are rich in an antioxidant that reduces malondialidehyde which is responsible for damaging the sperms. Consuming pomegranates on a regular basis can help the body in killing free radicals and also in improving the potential of the sperms. 5. Walnuts--------walnut is rich in arginine which helps in raising semen volume and also promotes sperm production. It is also composed of omega-3 fatty acids that promote blood circulation in the penis. Walnuts are rich in antioxidants and they protect the body from several diseases.-------------- 6. Spinach-------------spinach is rich in folic acid that raises sperm count. Folic acid is also responsible for strengthening the sperms as well as increasing their motility. 7. Fruit salad----------fruits like strawberries, oranges and cherries contain lots of antioxidants. They prevent sperm damage and also increases sperm count. Fruits are also rich in folic acid which strengthens the sperms. The antioxidants in the fruits help in killing the free radicals and thus they protect the sperms. Fruits are a rich source of vitamin c which prevents clumping of the semen. This in turn promotes motility and improves the possibility of fertilization.------------------ 8. Egg--------------eggs help in promoting fertility and raising the sperm count. Eggs contain vitamin e which prevents tissue degeneration of the testicles. Eggs are also rich in antioxidants that neutralize free radicals and protect the cells.-------- 9. Water---------last but not the least, drinking lots of water can help the body in increasing sperm count. It also helps in improving the functioning of the sperms.---------------- myself is a homoeopath with 20 years of experience in this field and there are some very effective homoeopathic medicines which helps your body in raising its sperm count and they can also improve the functioning of the sperms and that too without any side effects. These medicines are also capable of improving fertility.

Symptoms Of Prostate Disease!

MBBS, MS - General Surgery, M. Ch. (Urology), DNB (General Surgery), MBA

Symptoms Of Prostate Disease!

What menstrual problems are to women, prostate problems are to men. The prostate is a gland in the lower abdomen that aids in the production of semen. The prostate is walnut sized in a young man, but can get enlarged with age. As it grows bigger, it can cause a number of problems. These are commonly seen after a man celebrates his 50th birthday.

There are three common prostate problems faced by men. Some of the symptoms that can tell if a man has a prostate problem are:

1. Difficulty faced while urinating.
2. The urge to urinate frequently at night.
3. Constant feeling of a full bladder.
4. Pain while urinating.
5. Blood in urine.

Prostatitis

This can be defined as inflammation of the prostate gland. In most cases the cause of this inflammation is unknown. However, there are two types of prostatitis; bacterial and nonbacterial. While the former reacts well to antibiotics, the latter is more difficult to control. Symptoms of this disease vary from one person to the next. Some of the factors that could trigger this disease are:

1. Chemical irritants
2. Past bacterial infection
3. Dysfunctional pelvic floor muscles
4. Sexual abuse
5. Chronic anxiety

Enlarged prostate

As mentioned earlier, as men get older, the prostate gland tends to grow in size. This growth is benign, but can block the bladder neck and prostatic urethra. This can cause problems urinating and lead to acute urinary retention. This can be very painful. Inserting a catheter can provide temporary relief and help release stored urine. Chronic retention is much less common and is associated with high bladder pressure and can damage the kidneys.

Prostate cancer

Advancing age and family genetic history are said to be the main triggers of prostate cancer. This type of cancer can remain restricted to the prostate gland in its early stages but may spread to the other glands as the cancer advances. This can also cause the growth of secondary tumors in the bones.

The only way to correctly diagnose a prostate problem is with a thorough physical examination. This includes a digital rectal exam where the doctor will insert a gloved finger into your rectum to check the size of your prostate, a blood test, mid stream urine tests and ultrasounds. In some cases a biopsy of the prostate may also be required. Depending on the diagnosis, your doctor may prescribe antibiotics, surgery, radiotherapy or hormone therapy to manage your prostate.  If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Urologist.

Hi lybrate-user. I appreciate you seeking help. Following is what you can include in a low fiber diet - (a) poultry - tender meat cuts, chicken (well cooked and soft), scrambled egg whites. (b) dairy - fresh yogurt, cottage cheese, custard, ice cream, soups etc all (c) breads & cereals - white breads, white rice, plain pasta or noodles (d) vegetables - fresh and well cooked tender vegetables without any seeds, skin, stems etc all. Vegetable soups and juices (without pulp) can be taken too. (e) fruits - small amount of soft cooked fruit without skin and seeds, clear fruit juice, well ripened banana in small amounts, (f) apart from the above-mentioned, he can have dark chocolates, mayonnaise, plain gravy, honey, jellies etc all too subject to his health condition foods that he needs to avoid are as follows - high fiber foods including peas, beans, lentils, legumes, nuts, processes meats, tough meats, brown rice, dried fruits, raisins, wheat germ, canola, coconut, bran, whole grains and whole wheat products, steamed vegetables, corn, cabbage, cauliflower, onions, potatoes with skin, berries, marmalades, pickles, potato chips, olives, horseradish, cucumber etc all are best avoided. The above-mentioned is subject to your consulting doc's concurrence too. He may have to drink lots of clear fluids unless advised otherwise by his doc. Your consulting medical oncologist can best advise on the next steps post surgery. However, an integrated therapy that extrapolates the best of conventional medicine and naturopathic/ alternative medicine to further treatment shall be a desirable approach to treat, going forward. You may connect with me should you require me to complement appropriately. Hope this helps. Take care and all the very best.

I can't able to sleep since last 3 days I can sleep only 3 or 4 hours in a day What should I do?

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
I can't able to sleep since last 3 days I can sleep only 3 or 4 hours in a day
What should I do?
1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.
