I have knee pain on both leg since last month what can I do to overcome this problem please help me.

I am having movement disorder for the past 6 months combined with stiffness of muscles, not able to get up or sit down without support, having difficulty in eating i.e. spilling of food and feeling tired even after meals. I am 62 years old male.

Hello Mr. Prs, having trouble in movement and difficulty in eating properly suggests there is some problem in the brain. I would suggest that you meet a neurologist near you as early as you can as whatever it is, needs to be found out and acted upon. Please don't delay as prompt treatment can reverse your symptoms.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hello, mera 8 mahine pehle leg ka operation hua tha but jo back pe injection lga ta vo boht dard krta hai abhi tak. Kya kerna chahiye? Please advise.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises.

My mom is housewife. Breast milk secretion is occurred from 2 months after pregnancy. Its been long 17 years approx, last breast feeding. But she has no pain in her breast. Beetroot juice to stop hair fall This is the finest kitchen remedy to stop hair loss and promotes hair regrowth. My 11 month old son will keep on getting up at nights he won't sleep well even in morning afternoon . Because of that I am not having proper sleep. And I feel very tired. I have back pain too. For me c section. I feed him well. Will change diapers at nights. All perfect. Pls help doctor's.

Dear mother It's really difficult to get up at night time and again esp.when child is 11months now. Does he take feed at night when he wakes up? Do you give rice or other food at dinner or he takes milk only?Inthat case start giving him dinner and if he wants milk after that give him that and put him to sleep try to delay his sleeping time to 9-10pm. At 11months let him crawl a lot and play so that he is tired. Try this and let me know if any further question.happy motherhood

My mom is having knee pain since 10-15 years. Diagnosed with rheumatoid n osteoarthritis. She has diabetes since 15 years n now she is on insulin n sugar under control. Sometimes bp fluctuates. Can we go for a knee transplant surgery?
