Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Shoulder advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Neck. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

what are the size of the stones? stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, most kidney stones won't require invasive procedures. You may be able to pass a small stone by: drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, according to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers. I am a doctor and renal (kidney) registered dietitian who will also prescribe a customized diet plan and medications to help pass your kidney stone quickly and with less pain. This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back(spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going take.

It might be of ls spine or of gluteus muscle strain of rupture do consult neuro physio and take appropriate therapy.

Hello, use a hard mattress to sleep and commode in the toilet. Do hot fomentation and apply a pain killer gel. Take a pain killer tab for 5-7 days. You will settle. Once the pain settles. Go and learn exercises from a physio. And do them regularly. Take care.

Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

She needs to undergo panchakarma therapy. Only that will restore some mobility. In panchakarma janu vasti & anuvasan basti needs to be done for 1 month. Please consult a panchakarma centre or consult me privately if there is no panchakarma centre near your place.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.. .

Hello, Lybrate user, It might be due to spondylitis or postural deflect. Rotate your shoulders clockwise & anticlockwise. Tk, Rhus tox 200-6 pills thrice. Avoid, cold intake, lifting weight, jerks. Tk, care.

I am 23 years old male. I have knee pain since 2 yrs. I go to gym regularly. I have visited some doctors. One said there is swelling in the cartilage and don't do squats in gym. I don't do that but there is no relief in pain. I feel this pain only during running and using stairs. Rest of the time I don't feel pain in normal movement of the joint. But that motion of the joint is not smooth. I feel some crackling sound in my knees. I do exercises to strengthen the quadriceps but nothing happened. Is there any damaged in the cartilage due my high and frequent sports activities. I feel pain in both knees.

Dear lybrate-user, you appear to have damage in the cartilage of the knee cap portion of the knee joint. It is advised that you do not continue doing squats/ climb stairs, etc. However if these precautions are not improving your symptoms then you nee to get the consultation of a sports surgeon to assess the degree and size of the cartilage injury in your knee joint. Superficial and small cartilage damages can be managed completely with physical rehabilitation. However large or deep lesions would need stem cell treatment techniques to repair the damage. Hello Start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1)Take hot water fomentation for 20 min. at every 3hrs. interval. 2) Do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3)Do not wear high heals Do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Dear sir, My age is 37 years, I had back pain and sciaticasince 28 april 2010. I was continuing treatment in all Ayurveda, allopathy, homeopathy. I had a temporary relief at the time of taking medicine. But no permanent relief. My family back ground got married in June 2009. We lived together around five months, she was pregnant and she left me for delivery to his home. A male child born after that she did not returned to me. Many family councils attended but no use finally we got divorce. She got married by october 2016. Now also am getting thoughts of her. Unable to forget her. My father aged 72 years and prepares food for me, now am in search of bride and no one is coming forward to marry me because of second marriage. My present behaviour/symptoms as on November 2016. Numbness in both foots, hands, some thing wrong in my head that I can not say clearly about it. Feeling uneasy when I sit, walk, lethargy mind, forgetfulness, when I speak to some other person, I think of my behaviour that how I behaved with the person, some times laughing, speaking the same lonely. May be she is having knee Osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis can occur at any time of life but the incidence increases with age. It usually affects people over 40 years of age. There is no cure for osteoarthritis but the progression of the disease can be slowed and pain and disability reduced. Treatment options include: Healthy body weight: Maintaining a healthy body weight will reduce stress on the arthritic joints. Nutritional supplements Supplements such as glucosamine have been reported to relieve the pain of osteoarthritis and halt, or even reverse. So please try to take this supplement once a day. Exercise Exercise can assist with the maintenance of muscle strength and the mobility of arthritic joints. Activity at a level that does not cause pain is not thought to worsen osteoarthritis. Non weight-bearing exercises such as swimming or aqua jogging in a heated pool may be beneficial. Range-of-motion and stretching exercises will help maintain the maximum possible movement in the joint. Stretching will help maintain or restore flexibility to the joint’s muscles and tendons. You can apply cold or heat several times a day to reduce your knee pain. Just remember to cover the cold pack with a towel and keep your heating pad at a low setting to avoid burning your skin. Whether you use heat or cold, remove it after 20 to 30 minutes. If the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities you should avoid until knee pain and swelling resolve: Squatting Kneeling Twisting and pivoting See a Physiotherapist for detail exercises programme and manangement.
