How can release liver infection, intestine infection also. Sperm problems how can solve. How can gain sharper Brain.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
How can release liver infection, intestine infection also. Sperm problems how can solve.
How can gain sharper Brain.
You have to take healthy food avoid liver toxic foods like alcohol and for liver and avoid contaminated food for intestines and take light non spicy non fatty food . With healthy life style sperm production will be normal.Your brain is like a muscle. You need to exercise it regularly. The exciting thing is that you don’t have to be a millionaire to increase your brain capacity. All you need to do is invest a little time to regularly train your brain. So what can you do? Here are 10 simple ways you can increase your brain power and improve your intelligence! 1. Do something new When you experience something ‘new’ you actually ‘stimulate’ your brain! Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence. You could take a new route to work, try a new recipe for dinner, or even a new form of exercise – mix it up! 2. Exercise regularly It’s been proven that regular exercise helps to increase brain function and enhances neurogenesis. This means that every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells! Get off the couch and get moving! Your brain will thank you for it :) 3. Train your memory How often do you hear people say “I wish I had a better memory!’ Yet no-one does anything about this! If you discipline yourself to memorise phone numbers and other important numbers (passport, credit card, insurance, driving license) you will start to see a marked improvement in your memory 4. Be curious Instead of taking everything at face value, get into the habit of questioning everyday things/products, services that you come into contact with. By being ‘curious’ and questioning everything, you force your brain to innovate & create new ideas. Curiosity may have killed that cat, more importantly it created super important things like electricity and computers! 5. Think positive Stress & anxiety kill existing brain neurons and also stop new neurons from being created. Research has shown that positive thinking, especially in the future tense, speeds up the creation of cells and dramatically reduces stress & anxiety. Try and get a handle on negative thoughts and make an effort to replace them with positive ones. 6. Eat healthy Our diets have a HUGE impact on brain function. Our brains consume over 20% of all nutrients & oxygen that we consume – so remember to feed your brain with the good stuff! (i.e. fresh fruit and veg & plenty of OMEGA 3 oils found in oily fish) 7. Read a book Reading relieves tension & stress (brain-cell killers) because it’s a form of escapism. Research has also shown that using your imagination is a great way to train your brain because you force your mind to ‘picture’ what you are imagining. Reading is a great way to trigger your imagination! 8. Get enough sleep Sleep is like a mini detox for the brain. This is when your body regenerates cells and removes all the toxins that have built up during the day. Get to bed between the hours of 9pm and midnight to benefit from the most effective hours of sleep! 9. Ditch the GPS Gone are the days of map reading! Sat Nav may have made our lives easier, it has also made our brains lazier and less efficient at the same time! Go back to the old school and use a map to navigate every now and then (this exercises the part of your brain responsible for understanding spatial relationships). 10. Ban the calculator Remember back at school when we were taught to use our brains to do simple sums like times tables?! It’s incredible how we now rely on devices like smart-phones and laptops to calculate really simple equations. Resist the urge to work things out using an external device – and use the device you were born with – your brain!

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user. Yes, there is a permanent solution to your problem. Ibs is mailny a psycho-somatic problem which has cause and effect rooted in both body and mind axis. A person needs to be very relaxed. Having food at proper time, in proper quantity with mind focused on nothing else while eating makes the most important part of treatment. Avoid hurry, worry and curry. Use more of buttermilk. Regular practice of yoga helps.

I think these medicines are quite safe and could be easily continued for a month. But the most important thing in gas formation, is to be careful about the water you drink and your daily routine. Plenty of fluids, regulated meals and avoidance of too much spices is desirable.

Here are some treatments and symptoms of gall bladder stones

Symptoms and Treatments of Gallbladder Stones
Dear friends. I’m Dr. Manish Kumar Gupta. I’m a Consultant Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeon in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
I have my own clinic with the name New life clinic at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
Today, friends, I’ll be talking about gall bladder stone which is a very common problem in North India.
The gall bladder is basically a pear shaped organ which is attached to the liver and the bile which is formed in the liver gets stored in the gall bladder which is later goes in to the intestine, and get mixed with the food to cause digestion of the food.
Whenever the component of the bile like cholesterol or bile pigment increases there is formation of gall bladder stones.
The symptoms of gall bladder stones are basically distension of abdomen after having heavy meals or discomfort or sometimes patient can have pain in the right side of the upper abdomen or which can radiate to the back and shoulder.
Sometimes, these gall bladder stones can be silent stones, and they lie in the gall bladder without causing any symptoms but if these stones are in patients having diabetes or if these stones are very large more than 2 cm in size then, the treatment is required.
The diagnosis of gall bladder stone is very simple. By a simple ultrasound abdomen, one can be easily diagnosed whether the patient is having a gall bladder stone or not and it is almost a confirmatory diagnosis. One does not need a very special investigation or test to get diagnosed these gall bladder stones.
The treatment for gall bladder stones is basically a surgery.
There’s nothing like, you can’t do anything to prevent gall bladder stones to form but yes, if you eat less oily or less fatty meals, the symptoms get relieved to some extent.
As I told you that the treatment is surgery. Nowadays, there is no big cut in the tummy to take out the gall bladder but what we do nowadays is a laparoscopic surgery.
In laparoscopic surgery, we make three or four pencil size holes in the abdomen and through these holes we operate. Through one hole, we put a cylinder like camera inside and by two or three ports, we put our instruments inside and get these gall bladder removed from the abdomen through a 10 mm port.
Nowadays, this type of surgery is basically a day care surgery and one can come to the hospital and get operated and can be discharged on the very same day if it’s an uncomplicated gall bladder.
Gall bladder can cause complications also other than these symptoms and if the stone gets slipped down and gets inducted in a common bile duct which is a channel which joins the gall bladder to the intestine and if the stone gets inducted in common bile duct, then, one has to take out that stone endoscopically through ERCP and then after that one has to go for gall bladder stone removal.
So, it is like a two stage procedure. So, one should not wait to get all these complications to occur because , if the stone gets inducted in the CVD then, the chances of jaundice, chances of acute pancreatitis can occur which can be dreaded complication .
So, friends I have told you about the gall bladder stones and if you have such problems, if you have gall bladder stones even though it is asymptotic or you have symptoms you should go to a surgeon or a physician who can guide you.

You can tell you what need to be done or if you want to meet me you can come to me at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital or at my clinic which is in Indirapuram with the name New life clinic or you can talk to me through Lybrate, you can chat with me, you can text me at the lybrate.com and I will be available 24 hours to you.
Thank you friends! Thank you!

Hello doc, I recently developed anal fissures. When I try to pass the stool, it's very painful and burning, almost like a tear during the initial phase of passing stool. There's no clear visible blood, but I definitely see some trace of it in the stool. Afterwards it's irritating for a while, and during nights I get itching in the anal area. This has been going on for the last 45 days and not getting any better. Kindly suggest me what to do. Thank you.

Mr. lybrate-user. Gone through your complaints history is suggestive of acute anal fissure. I tell you this problem starts when There is irregular and inadequate diet I mean you should take three full meals plenty of vegetables, fruits and water And salad. If you are passing hard stools add stool softener in your daily routine. Sit in warm water for 4-5mints 2 times a Day.
