Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Sir, I've numbness in hands and feet from nearly one month. I have taken MECOFOL PLUS NF for 20 days. It improved somewhat but as I discontinue it started as before. Today I have visited hospital but they gave me B complex and aceclofenac. Sir, there is no relief and I have exam on 3rd Feb. What to do for quick relief. Please suggest.

First get your blood sugar done. Visit to the Neuro surgeon. Take a soft Swiss ball in Hand and press it. Repeat it for twice day. Start the heal slides, Calf stretching. Visit the Physiotherapist as per advice of Neurosurgeon.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports

If it is in a joint then gout or infection are commonly considered. Apply cold compress. See a local doctor who can assess your condition. A good family physician will be helpful who may consider referring you to a specialist as needed.

The ankle pain is caused by muscle injury i. E strain or sprain i. E ligament injury of the ankle, most the time it is due sport injury like jumping or twisting while walking. I am suffering from back pain and shoulder pain since past 3 days. It is intolerable. What should I do?
Keep ice which will reduce the inflammation and that will there by reduce the pain anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the back bone. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. Back bone. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to back bone pain. And also wear mcr chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain. We suggest neck mobilization exercises that would reduce the stress falling on the shoulder. We also suggest patients to do shoulder mobilization exercises ie. General shoulder movements/neck movements which will help you to improve the blood circulation.
