2-4 pus cell in the urine is ok . nothing to worry about or the reason to make you unfit. too many puss cells in the urine can mean a urinary tract infection, a sexually transmitted disease, kidney infection, or abscess near the kidney. if the pus cells are more then 5 then you may need antibiotic to reduce the level of the pus cells .Take care

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician/me for further management.

I am giving you A brief diet chart Breakfast : never skip breakfast, i am giving you few option of food items you can take 2-3 toast + 1 bowl of milk with cereal OR a bowl oats/porridge OR parathas/upma/poha Mid morning / snack: 1 fruit + yoghurt, you can make fruit raita + nuts OR fruit juice Lunch: 2-3 rotis + vegetables + 1 bowl pulses (dal) +add a bowl of yoghurt + 1 bowl of rice / paneer sandwich + salad Evening snack: Vegetable /sandwich can add cheese / Night dinner: Same as lunch Can avoid Rice Consult privately for further management

Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! It is not true that Masturbation will cause small penis/ or bend or lack of proper sex and weakness. The size has no relation to the enjoyment or fertility. If you have a penis and it can be erect and ejaculate semen you can have pregnancy and women will enjoy the penetration as only the initial part of the vagina is sensitive and not the length The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

Hi your scoliosis is called degenerative scoliosis. Which can cause back pain because of wear and tear. Only thing anyone can do is mainly to control pain, but can not be treated completely. With you r other heart problems - you can still try some swimming if possible. Regarding the medication - you should try pregabalin + methylcobalamin will help regarding the pains. Furthur assessment by mri scans and clinically too.

People are all different - some of us have many dreams and some of us have few. If you have lots of dreams every night then their meanings maybe more difficult to analyze. But if you just have occasional dreams then they are more likely to be linked to major issues. They maybe caused by big events that have just occured. But if you have lots of long dreams then their meanings maybe much more trivial. People who have few dreams tend to remember the most important dreams. Dreams tend to follow your immediate moods. So if you were lying awake in bed prior to this dream then think about how you felt. It maybe that the dream captures your mood then. If you felt about tackling some major issue the next day see if that dream seems to capture that mood. If you were fantisizing about how you may act the next day at a party then it may link to that. Some people just tend to remember dreams much better than others. But it probably just means that they remember many more trivial dreams. We all tend to think that a dream is significant. But if you get lots of dreams then they cannot all be significant. Dreams tend to focus in on our key intuitions. Some intuitions are more important than others. So if something major has been going on then try to remember any such dreams. They will almost certainly link to these major issues. Also think about how active your imagination is. Do you tend to fantasize? do you suffer from depression? if so your dreams will tend to follow on from your moods. They will reflect recent paranoias and moods. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination.

Hi. Take following medicines nat suph 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days kali bich 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days r-16 drops (dr reckweg, german) 10 drops in 1/4th cup of water, drink twice a day 1/2 an hour before meals take plain water steam once a day avoid eating curd, icecreams, pickles, papad, citrus fruits, watermelon, green skin bananas, pineapple, strawberries, custard apple, guavas. Stop using mosquito repellants.

It could be due to gastritis, indigestion, anxiety, stress. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Take milk, curd, buttermilk. Take antacid tablet 1 before breakfast . If complaints eg palpitations, Discomfort, heaviness in chest, breathlessness appears,it needs evaluation. Hope this helps u.

At your age and with the course you are doing there may be a lot of distractions going on that may be the cause of the problem. There may also be mental fatigue from over-studying. In that case you may need to take a useful break for a short period and then return back to your studies. In your case the subject may have reached boring proportions and so it may not find appeal to your mind. In that case the drowsiness will prevail. You could try group study to generate some interest because of the others involvement. Also, study difficult subjects in the early part of the morning when your mind is freshest and the metabolic rate; mood and energy levels are rising up to 11 am. Here are some things to do that will alleviate the situation, if you followed them meticulously. If you are under some stress, there will be difficulty remembering. So if you handled stress better, you will certainly improve. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is rested well to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. So, catch a good 8 hours of sleep every night. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out, if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. You may also meet with a counselor to take care of the stress related emotions, and then you will fare better too.

There could be Stretch / tear in the ligaments either outside or Inside the left Knee joint. This requires consultation of Orthopaedic Surgeon Who will get X-Ray of Knee. then may advice Crepe Bandage/Plaster.Some time Nerve stretch in left leg could be due to Sciatica. Patient lie on her back and tell her to lift her Right leg up to 90 Degree. Then lift her Left leg up to 90 Degree. In Sciatica she will get pain if she lift beyond 45 Degree. While standing straight normal person can bend forward and touch her own toes with her fingers. In Sciatica she may not be able to touch her toes. Hard bed (with Cushion) , Hot fomentation of lower back may help. Patient lie on her abdomen. Flex (Bend) legs to touch thigh may help. Get it confirmed by Surgeon and take medication as per his advice.
