Please what causes excess prolactin in the female body and how can it be normalised?

Certain drugs or medications are capable of increasing prolactin level in the body.Certain type of diseases or medical conditions are causes of elevated prolactin levels.. Eating a healthy, balanced diet will help reduce high prolactin levels A healthy, balanced diet is rich in whole “natural” and unprocessed foods. I had unsafe sex with my girlfriend 2009 to 2012 maximum 5 to 6 times in that period. (She's married past 12 years) I have completed 9 years from 2009 to 2017 but there are no symptoms on the body. I tested my std panel in 2016 my all test results came negative (only hsv1positive ). But still I am a healthy male. No health issues. So now my question is. I have been reading about hpv over the past several months, I feel like now I can be hpv too. Now day's I am fully in depression (1) Can there be a possibility of HPV after so many years? (2009 to 2017)(2) How do I get rid of HPV from my mind? (3) My exposure was last in 2012, after that I have not had sex yet. (4) I have never seen any signs in so many years, whether I am free from HPV or I will have to wait longer.

Hello, Please rule out pregnancy first by doing a urine pregnancy test. It that comes negative, then it could be some hormonal imbalance in body for which you should consult a gynaecologist. Hope it helps.

Remedies for menstrual problems if your periods do not go as per schedule you may feel a bit vexed. One of the best home remedies for delayed periods would be to grind radish seeds and consume this powder along with buttermilk on a daily basis. Parsley is another effective herb for menstruation disorders, especially in the case of delayed periods. In fact the best way treat menstrual problems is to drink parsley juice on a regular basis. You can add a generous amount of fresh parsley to the carrots you juice and have this mixed juice on a daily basis. Women who wish to avoid pharmaceutical drugs can try several home remedies for heavy menstrual bleeding. The banana flower is used in cases of heavy bleeding. The gooseberry has a high content of vitamin c and so it is effective for heavy bleeding. An effective home remedy for menstrual irregularities would be to eat unripe or raw papaya. The raw papaya contains an enzyme called papain which ensures a proper menstrual flow. It is also effective for women whose menstruation has been adversely affected by stress and tension. Sip chamomile tea every morning during your menstrual cycle. This is an effective home remedy for menstrual cramps and pain. Recline in your favorite chair with a hot water bottle on your stomach. Relax and unwind with a magazine or your favorite book and you will notice that the severity of your cramps will reduce almost immediately. A low-intensity work-out can help to ease muscle cramps and body aches. Discuss your workout schedule with your doctor and ask him/her to suggest a few exercises for menstrual pain. Yoga breathing exercises can help to eliminate the emotional problems such as anxiety, stress, and tension that are associated with pms. Set aside a few minutes each day for these exercises and if it is possible, try to schedule a morning session as well as an evening session.
