Dear sir, I am 51 years house wife. 4 years back I got the l5 place replaced (operation done at sunshine hospital, secunderabad. Operation conducted & done by Dr. Naresh). This is for your information. Since last year I got the urinal problem. Now resolved with Dr. Hegde treatment. After that I am feeling very uneasy due to left portion of the body is getting timmirulu. Also unable to get the trepulu/avulintalu. Yesterday night suddenly lot of breathing problem and left portion of the body problem. Please advise me correct solution to get the good health.

Hello, You are suffering from gastric disorder, causing pain in chest due to gastric pressure on diaphragm. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body to prevent constipation, diluting acid  in stomach. Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish your body including digestive system to check gastric disorder. Kindly show me a photograph & xray of hips. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take treat it on war footing. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi Amit... The complaint you are telling is not a simple cold that will get ok in a day or two... It will need proper and long treatment.. so do yourself a favor and consult properly for accurate treatment... We hear just advise health queries.. mostly and cannot prescribe the full treatment... especially in cases like yours... Take it seriously and consult to your desired doctor...

lybrate-user. Being a sport person you need to remain fit. Along with d moves also work on proper muscle length and strength. Take a balanced diet to meet your requirements that will help you to recover faster from wear n tears. Apply ice packs for little finger pain 2-3 times a day. And last but not d least do not forget to visit to a physiotherapist for adequate recovery and proper guidance so dt you can avoid further injury and excel in your field. Thanks.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi. Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? the pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

If there is no history of an injury to your affected shoulder and there are no s/s of inflammation or infection, then it is advisable to: - ice packs application intensively at home for pain relief - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine, tab diclofenac etc or anything which suits your body for 5-7 days - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. You should feel better in around 2 weeks time and if your symptoms still persists, we will have to get you evaluated in form of investigations. Hello, You need to reduce your weight, first,if you are obeassed. It might be postural disorder need to be rectified. Go for meditation to reduce stress ,nourishing your body. Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. As you are above 40 I would advice get a Mammography and ultrasound both breasts and axilla done to be sure there is no concern.

Backache is normally two types: structural & mechanical. At your age is commonly mechanical back pain, due to bad ergonomics leads to bad posture finally ends into back pain. I would recommend you to see physiotherapy doctor n get it checked properly and take treatment. Tens, ultrasound therapy & heat therapy is best choice of treatment. After pain reduces start with mild strengthening exercises n stay fit.

Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.
