Hello. It's too early to come to the conclusion. Better wait for another few more months. As the bay grows, the vellus hair falls of and they are replaced by the thick hair. The number of hair follicles (roots) he is born with will remain on his scalp, so feed him properly for good healthy hair. Now, after 6 months, can introduce him top foods like 'mashed moong/ masur dal', 'khichri', mashed banana, mashed apple, mashed potato, suji halwa, par-boiled egg, etc. Apart from the diet, do give him Homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Biocombination- 6 (which contains calcium & iron both for good built) - 2 tablets thrice a day for 3 months. Get back to me only after an year or so or else even before that. All the best!

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

If you have a psychological or psychiatric problem, you need to take medicine for a longer period and also continue seeing a psychologist. It takes usually longer to see results. Along with medication you may also try following. These days chronic stress due to our life style and work demand feeling stressful, burnt out might lead of depression. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. Thus will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Hi. You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area. For acne pits: If you are talking about pits on the skin, then they can only be taken care with various skin treatments like microdermabrasion, skin polishing, chemical peels, laser, etc. but getting totally rid off this is a bit not possible or else you can consult a dermatologist.

Physical exercise one hour daily, regular diet with good amount of vegetables, fruits and nuts, cereals and fiber rich food enhances overall health. Hello, If pregnancy is ruled out then you may wait for at least 2 weeks post missed periods to allow menses to start naturally else you can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.

Dear, consume balanced diet with more protein rich foods to build muscles. Since you want to build muscles, the amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 1. 25 gm protein / kg of ideal weight. You can include sprouts, milk & milk products also in your diet. Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles. These r few things you can take care of. Otherwise as such no options available which wd increases your eyesight.

You should always mention the weight of the baby when you discuss hie health concerns. Poor food intake can be due to hypothyroidism and check up TSH and inform me .ALso do CBC to know if he is anemic. Next, not important if he is feeding in bottle you must stop bottle and feed from a cup or sipper.
