It is a normal thing. It may or may not cause pain while intercourse depends on severity of tightening due to the connection. It will definitely not go on its own or during intercourse. If it hurts routinely or during intercourse then is the only indication to undergo a frenuloplasty or circumcision depending upon your case findings.

I have been having difficulty in breathing for quite some time now. I have been trying to identify the cause for nearly an year now. I recently has a severe throat infection and even my nose was blocked due to inflammation and I had breath to breath using my mouth. The cause for my sore throat was diagnosed as Acid reflux and was prescribed to have gaviscon and rabeprazole sodium. My Nasal block is not completely getting cured. Any suggestion and advice.

After reading your problem it seems that you have chronic sinusitis. There are very good medicines in ayurved and panchakarma will also help. Consult any good ayurvedic hospital near by. By the time follow this- avoid cold drinks, junk and fermented food, dairy products specially curd. Avoid banana and citrus fruits. Take steam inhalation for continuous 7 days, gargals with salt and turmeric powder added in warm water. Take a pinch of turmeric powder in 1/2 cup water and drink at night for 5 days. Take 5-7 tulasi leaves daily morning. Whenever possible drink warm water 3-4 times in a day. Regards.

Sometimes malaria fever relapses or it could be re infected again unless you take proper precautions against mosquito bite. You should get blood tested for malaria parasite. After suffering from malaria one feels very weak and fatigued.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.

You need to have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. The foods should be low in volume but high in nutrient & calorie density (concentrated). Include foods like paneer paratha, til ladoo, peanut chikki, rice with ghee, thick atta-maida rotis with ghee, soyabean cutlet, almond/banana milkshake, lassi, cheese-potato sandwich, atta halwa, thick creamy soups, malt with cow/buffalo milk & sugar, premix with milk/ soup/ fruit juice, sugarcane juice, fresh fruit juice, dry fruits (raisins/figs/plums/apricots). Practice bench press, push ups, squats to increase muscle mass & appetite Avoid junk foods Drink plenty of water (but not with meal or just before a meal)

Stay away from hot and spicy food items Avoid fatty and fried foods (junk/fast foods) Stay away from caffeine & alcohol Follow a low sodium diet regime Use Coconut, rice bran or peanut oil for cooking than using almond, sesame & corn oil Do not use nuts in your daily diet as they are known in increasing the body temperature rapidly. Try to have them 2-3 times a week Try to follow a vegetarian diet regime or reduce your usage of red meat. Home remedies for reducing body heat Drink a glass of pomegranate juice daily. Buttermilk a glass with meals is a great digestive too. Orange and sweet lemon that contains citrus in it, are excellent foods to relieve body temperature. Don't do liposuction. I suggest you some method of losing weight. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5.
