Sir I want to ask that what different supplements and protien powders? I know that supplement is harmful for body but I do not know about protien powders. My health is week. College going youngsters love protein powder as a way to add in nutrients and calories without having to take the time to eat a full meal in the morning .Youngsters are always obscessed with protein powder as a super healthy choice but wait………. Are Protein Powders Healthy? • Pretty much every “health guru” and network marketing/MLM company out there has their own brand of protein powder, which they all claim to be the greatest thing • There is a lot of mis-information when it comes to protein powder marketing and that many aren’t as healthy as they claim to be. • With a few notable exceptions, most protein powders aren’t worth their cost. Source matters and any protein powder should definitely be from an organic (and grass-fed if dairy based) source, but there are additional concerns as well.A Consumer Reports investigation found low to moderate levels of lead, arsenic, and mercury in many well-known protein powders.Many other protein powders contain processed soy, artificial sweeteners, sugars, artificial flavors and colors, and synthetic nutrients that are not easily absorbed by the body.In a sense, protein powders can be thought of like a supplement. High quality ones can be beneficial in some cases, but they are never a replacement for a well-balanced, whole food diet.Some poteinpowder contain Body performance enhancing drugs called steroids.These steroids pump up the muscles in body spontaneously and are highly recommended by gym trainers and quack doctors in order to mince money as such products are costly with high margins and more over gym trainerss have taken an effective way out that other than to develop muscles by hard training they opt for such products to build ome good muscular body but body getss used to ,to such product and can harm our body organss and can pose some serious health hazard.So dont go for such Steroidal Protein powders but always go for Organic protein powders like Hydrolyzed Collagen , but they are never a replacement for a well-balanced, whole food diet.

Natural protein source like sprouts pulses and milk. In summer lot of hydration and lemon water or butter milk or coconut water ànd water melon and musk melon for instant ènergy anď hydrayion. If non veg then egg white anđ fish and chicken.

I think that you are moving in hot sunlight that's why skin discolourations. Avoid to move in hot sunyday if you are moving than use spf +30 sunscreen lotion on all open parts like hands, face, nack. Use cap. In night massaje body oil daily.(oil mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company.)

My left hand is shaking at times. When watching fb or browsing something coming after work. Right hand is normal but left hand is much powerless. Any nerve problem?

. 1. It could be due to essential tremor. The cause of the tremor is unknown. In some cases it is hereditary and runs in families. There is no definite treatment unless it is severe 2 other causes of tremor could be stress, anxiety, panic, nervousness, inadequate sleep, physical exhaustion, strong emotion, hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, smoking/tobacco/alcohol abuse/withdrawl, excess tea/coffee, drugs like steroid/amphetamine, neurological disorder, cerebellar dis order, 3. Investigate yourself to exclude the above causes of tremor after consulting neurologist 4. Avoid stress/anxiety/nervousness/ panic etc 5. Avoid excess tea/coffee/ smoking/alcohol if you have 6. Take good nourishing diet 7. Have adequate sleep. 8. Do a thyroid function test to exclude thyroid problem 9. Consult neurologist for further advice.

lybrate-user, Diabetes even if not in very good control is unlikely to cause an increase in menstrual cycle. It is better if you get a thyroid assay done and see if there is any problem with it. Plus it is good to consult a local gynecologist. Thanks.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Beard is purely a genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, Once your personal and financial matters are solved then you can sleep peacefully right. First do not worry. Stop worrying bcoz if you worry you can't concentrate on any job right. I want to help you overcome this problem completely. For now I shall give you a small suggestion, try to solve your financial matters bit by bit. Your personal problem may be due to financial reasons only I feel. I will give you one small e.g. Have you ever seen ant storing food for future without giving up working so hard, even when injured it will try to get up and walk or run. Ants will work so hard that is non-stop to achieve. Same way I wanted you to solve your financial matters first at the same time do not allow your personal problem to get worst. Save each and every bit of money to solve your financial problem (part by part). Use money for necessary purpose only.
